The first Goddess Gathering for women is underway for Monday, January 7, 2019. Our two guests of honor - Tamsen from Hawaii and Elle from Naples - bring a sense of freedom and delight to this our first gathering. It is a coming together for the three of us, Tamsen, Elle and me after many years, and we want to include those of you we have met over the years. Each time we women meet in freedom (without the men) we have no agenda. We simply soar. We love the atmosphere. There is so much to tell in this special, sacred circle of women. Little did we realize at the time 8, 9 years ago that we were planting seeds of goddess energy into the soil of Naples. There are many changes going on today that were not available back then.
Goddess energy is a waking up. Goddess energy IS an awakening. It happens in men too. It happens to ALL souls no matter what gender. We focus on women today because women are the most repressed and locked up, buried inside a patriarchal mindset of brittle old men. We need to gather without the men to break free, but we assure the men they also have goddess energy in them too, and it is needed very much for all of us to understand that. We are all very much alike underneath. Not on the surface but underneath we share the same feelings and the same consciousness, but we've grown crooked and separate from a heartless, soulless society.
We live in a murky sea of effluvia down here at land and city level. A murky and tumultuous ocean composed of centuries of wrong thoughts, erroneous habits, false belief systems and depressed or repressed emotions. It's not our fault! No, it's not our fault but we're in it up to and over our heads, so it's up to us to get out of it. To get out of It requires lots of inspiration, lots of love, support, caring and hand-holding. And when it's time to break the seals, it's time. But not until. So if you're ready, read on. If not, stop here, it's not for you.
It starts with a quickening, an alertness, an attention-getting flash of light in the mind. It's a wakeup call. It's a germination. In that flashing moment there is an opportunity. We are not a lump of clay, blood and bones, but a conscious mind waking up from a dream. A conscious mind that has not been seen in centuries. It has been buried in effluvia. Our CONSCIOUS mind (emphasis on conscious) is a light that flashes on and off from time to time amidst the semi-conscious state of normalcy. But when it flashes, it's like, "Pay attention!" Don't ignore it. Most people don't give themselves enough credit for receiving flashes of inspiration from within. They pass it off as "whatever". We are so buried. This flash of light is a germination. It is a cracking open of the hardened shell of effluvia we call our mind but which is the mass mind, not our own mind. We have grown accustomed to the mass mind which bogs us down. The flash of inspiration from within is a signal from our unique mind. Let it be free. Liberation is the delight of the goddess - to be free. So when it happens, go into a non-thinking daydream state and zoom out like a camera lens, and expand out of this world into a wider one.

Whenever the flash of inspiration comes, it's a light that has been buried for eons in the thickness of human mistakes, which is really depressing on us. We've grown accustomed to the heaviness pressing down on us. We've adapted, sadly to say. We've lent our own thoughts to the world, adding to the depressing state of affairs. But this light that is cracking open the everyday mind is not of this world. It is that which the religions have referred to over the centuries as God/Goddess, Creator. What the religions didn't tell you (on purpose) is that God/Goddess is YOU! God/Goddess is not someone outside of you or above you far away. It is within and we have to take responsibility for it and uncover it. It is our own unique truth, this light within. YOU are the light (!) and you - the real you - has been buried underneath the heaving, ponderous, confusing waves of human error and conditioning.
You are the light that is flowing through your earthy body. It lies beneath the mask. It is not ego. It is you as conscious light weaving through the substance. There is a divine you and a human you. We've been distracted by human stuff happening. This is effluvia that has built up over on top of us and we swim in its smog. The light of the natural man and woman has been hidden, buried. We don't know that we are not natural because we have adapted, but there is an awakening going on. There is a quickening going on, a shift going on that has a lightening effect, a breaking-of-the-dawn effect. It is time to notice the dawn that is breaking and not sweep it under the rug. It's not an explosion, it's subtle. Pay attention. It's gentle. It's comforting. It's stirring our finer selves. It's seeping out tenderly, bleeding out quietly from within through a crack in the crusty outer mind which is growing tired of the game and saying, "Enough is enough! I'm tired of all this." The seeping is coming from a light inside the heart. It's a feeling that is erupting and drawn upward into the brain as an inspiraing thought. It's not raining down from clouds above. It's coming from within. It's a germination.
A seed goes through the same thing when it cracks open in the heavy dark soil and sprouts a new growth. The new growth moves steadily upward, drawn to the surface and daylight by the light within itself. We human beings do the same thing. We germinate from something inside. Our new growth starts as a feeling and then becomes a thought. It is an opportunity to let the light in the mind express itself and be seen by others, for it has been buried through many lifetimes. It is a consciousness expansion.
We don't grow new limbs, like the seed, we expand our awareness. We become more alert. We become more attentive. We become more mindful. We become more thoughtful. We become more sensitive. More caring. More truthful. These are the attributes of the divine light, the divine mind, within. It is unknown and unseen until it becomes consciously aware of itself by streaming forth through the brain. We must own it by recognizing it. This is the dawning of the new world, the new day. It is natural. It is not supernatural. It is simply the revealing of what has been hidden. Who we really are. Each one of us has been uniquely built out of light. We are the ancient, forbidden, holy and sacred that was seeded on the earth a long time ago. The light within is the divine feminine and divine masculine that is being seen on the internet, referenced in articles, in women's gatherings because the women are leading the way.

When we have such germinating moments, when the light flashes on in our minds, we pay attention. We might think to ourselves, "Now, where did THAT come from?" Sometimes it is ignored and swept away in the distractions of the moment. Those artistically inclined compose music or paint pictures or invent new healing devices or technological improvements. Others of us don't pay attention but the world is changing. The light is dawning and the goddess movement, the women's movement, is calling attention to it. It is a liberation. In the past, most people would pass it off as impractical, impossible, fantasy, and it would be rejected and unappreciated and re-buried. But the time is fast approaching that we can't sweep it away, because there's too much light out there. We are noticing the lightening effect. We are appreciating. People's minds are waking up. In everyone. It is a goodness. It is not just in women. Notice it. It is a crackling alertness. It has been there all along, for life after life after life. Now, in this one life, there is an opportunity for a gigantic leap forward. It is a spiritual evolution and everyone is involved.

But we don't want to call attention to the pain. Instead we want to call attention to the growing sensitivities of love, caring, kindness and helping others, including themselves. Women need to spend more time supporting themselves and stop putting so much attention on other people. It is draining them. It is time for women to be appreciated and elevated to a higher level of respect. And who is going to appreciate the inner feminine better than other women! As women begin to gather together in little groups to honor and celebrate feminine values and feminine truths, these values are spreading out, as grass roots spread out underground. Goddess movements, women's movements, are underway across the globe today. We see them on the internet. It is a gathering of light and it is growing more powerful as more women attend so that it breaks the seal and the crust of centuries of patriarchal dismissal of feminine values. It requires courage and daring for a woman to express these truths, for their families do not recognize them as they truly are. My mother did not come out, so I was not aware of who my mother was. And my family did not recognize me when I broke free.
When a woman dares to express even one little tiny iota of an original true thought, they are not expressing a vendetta against men, though it may appear that way on the surface. They are kicking off the covers. They are owning the light and truth within them that has been long hidden and denied by them. When women decide to that, they are seen as crazy or demented. A friend of ours recently did that and suffered negatives in response. Women need each other through the crust-breaking stage to hold life together. It is love that is missing. Love is the glue that holds everything together. Lack of love, understanding, consideration, empathy, caring, listening is what has caused women to go underground all those centuries ago, that have been passed down to daughters today. Love has been missing from the world and it's now being re-born. The soul is being quickened. In time men will have their own gathering ceremonies to awaken their hearts, but first it is the era of the woman because she is the most buried and she needs to be healed first.
