2/17/20 - Today I am once again posting on the GALACTIC page and on the GODDESS page, because it is getting too much for me to post on 3 separate websites. I will maintain the separate websites for awhile but because I am unifying, as compared to starting new projects (which I was for awhile), everything I wish to share with the public will go into Anakosha. I am Anakosha and it is getting tiresome to have to separate postings by subject matter so people can find them. Everything that is of interest to me will now be be united and posted here. It simplifies things for me to gather all my chicks and children into one whole website presence. I am Anakosha, known as Diana, and I wish you a pleasant day today.

​1/20/20 - Well, hello again!  It is a new year and over a month since I have blogged on Anakosha. However, I have been busy posting on the GoddessSphere.org website and also on the Galactic Federation website, both of which can be accessed by clicking "Goddess" and "Galactic" on the menu. Also I have been sending newsletters under the GoddessSphere signature. Busy, busy, busy, going back and forth between 3D and 5D reality and trying to stay balanced. Time passes quickly in 3D but does not exist in 5D, so it is a challenge coming and going.

Today I created a new category on the ARTICLES page called "Ascended Master Djwal Khul Speaks". These are messages he has given me over the years. I thought I would be able to organize them, but time is passing too quickly so I've decided to post them as they make themselves known to me. In 5D you do things as they flow by your window - that is, if you can capture them on the fly-by. DK has been my guide for 44 years and they are priceless dictations of wisdom and instruction. I will post them as time permits. 

I wish all a wonderful year in 2020. The world is about to change and unfold in quick succession. Stay centered in your own heart and mind no matter what happens. Be real. Be solid. Be at peace within your skin. Your first obligation is to keep yourself in the center of your universe. Everyone has to hold their own center. You are not responsible for them (except for the children who are not mature enough to make their own decisions.)

12/20/19 - After a good solid 10 hour sleep last night with no lingering dreams, an awareness started to dawn on me like a sunrise casting ah-HA! rays all around as I laid on the acupuncture mat. I urge everyone to get an acupuncture mat. It stimulates the meridians and helps back pain.* (See footnote*) 

Over the last month I’ve been plugged into an extraterrestrial group called www.girk-fit-niir.com, which is akin to plugging into a galactic wall socket. Before this, I believed it. Now I feel it. On this website beings from outside our world speak through channels and give us wisdom. It’s not just information. There's a feeling of familiarity. There's a sense of finding something that had been forgotten. Like, “Yes! Of course, of course, I know.” So it’s plugging in to something I once knew but had somehow lost the thread and I've been wandering around looking for it. It's similar to when you're on the phone and suddenly lots of static comes in and you can't hear them any more. Then just as suddenly it clears up and you hear their voice strong and loud again.

The aliens talk about it as telepathic. They are becoming stronger in telepathic communication with us. Instead of appearing in physical form in front of us, which they attempted to do right after WWII showing their ships, but it didn’t work well, there was too much fear, their efforts to approach us stepped back. They didn't want to cause fear and panic. They have been studying us to see how best they could reach us in a smoother way. Abductions took place for a few decades by some of the off-world races in order to get human DNA to mix with their own to create hybrid children. This is standard practice throughout the universe, to mix genes to advance a race. But the abductions, even with amnesia, were causing negative reactions, so that was stopped. They were stumped. They didn’t know how to reach us without causing fear because Earth and its citizens have been so locked down against outside interference.

Then everything changed when they discovered that some humans were empaths. They didn’t realize. It was a profound discovery. They had been perceiving Earth humans as having disorganized minds and emotions that made us impossible to reason with. Thus channeling began through people who were meditators and empaths. They are connecting with us by telepathy. Mind-to-mind. The problem is, most of us have been taught that such things are ridiculous and not remotely possible. It's just so-much fantasy. So people are not pickinup up on higher-dimensional whisperings through their extra-sensory perceptions. The website mentioned above is a portal. It is now online at: www.girk-fit-niir.com. The point for bringing this forward is to share how it fits into a very personal local matter. It dawned on me as I listened through earphones. As the awareness grew steadily brighter and saturated my entire understanding, I realized this is about couples' relationships.

We speak about our relationships sometimes while focusing on issues we have with each other. And yet, issues aside, there is something larger that holds us together inside the relationship. While the aliens are addressing this on a galactic scale, I am seeing the positives playing out personally in our individual relationships. I didn’t see it until this morning. What we have going for us inside our couples' relationships is the same thing the aliens are talking about - telepathic communication. They are talking about a species “collective”. Couples have a relationship "collective". The aliens speak of being part of a collective on their planet, and we don't understand collectives because we on Earth are not one. Not yet anyway. But we understand our own relationships. Those of us who are coupled anyway. Singles may not understand right now, but they have had relationships at one time or another.

The relationship is our collective of two. In swinging we have evolved to include more. Those who are engaged in intimate friendships have moved themselves into a collective. Inside our couple relationships we have built a trust and we have faith in each other. We know what each other is capable of, what motivations, what intentions, what weaknesses, what strengths. We may have disrespected it, we may have cheated or done things behind the other's back, but we knew when it was against the health of the relationship and we tried not to do it again. We who are couples live inside this larger agreement that we could call a collective because it is so much bigger than two individuals. In swinging it is not two individuals who participate, but the relationship itself that participates. And other couples can sense it when a couple is not in agreement with each other. In swinging, there is no confrontation between couples, but there is knowledge, intuitive knowledge, of what the others are thinking. These couples who align with each other grow their twosome collective into a moresome collective. And so do mature civilizations grow also into planetary collectives.

When two individuals fall in love, they join forces, not just bodies. They join minds and hearts and souls and life forces and belief systems and errors and mistakes and issues and everything. Everything that life has to offer is there and present in the relationship. It's a force to be recognized. A relationship is so much more than I understood last week. A nation is a collective, and this week it made a collective agreement to impeach President Trump. A huge sigh of relieve or a long, low moan and beating of breasts. That's what collectives do - they grow together through consensus. Issues are resolved. We as a nation are growing. I believe we are also growing as a planetary collective. We are moving towards consensus as a planet.

Because the aliens are reaching out to us and revealing big-brother wisdom and maturity, and trying to do it in a way that is soft and benevolent, not to cause fear - that's how they reach us. That's how anyone reaches anyone - through gentleness and wisdom so they don't cause fear. Then there is a growing of respect. Perhaps even reverence. When I watch the channel’s eyes and see his arms and hands moving to try to express, and hear the different tones and inflections of the voice, it's easy to recognize a presence that is different from the human who is allowing his body to be spoken through. There are over 2,000 videos posted on the Girk-Fit-Niir website. By watching, my understanding of universal love is expanding. Love works through inclusivity, not exclusivity. Exclusivity is not even mentioned because it's a dead end. Fighting one another does not work. They are pointing out how the wisdom and logic of including those who appear different at first. By including them it gives us more power as a larger whole, whereas excluding them by hating them or holding them in contempt or making intellectual arguments against them, is loss of power. It cuts one off from the whole. They say that the enemy is another you, another aspect of yourself, so why do you fight against yourself? Instead, you should be gathering the different aspects back into yourself to make you more complete.

We know these words from religious texts but we have been schooled away from that approach. We don’t live them because we were trained not to. Now, our neighboring brothers and sisters are reaching out to us to add their voices to our emerging consciousness as a planet. To help, not to conquer or control. They who are coming through Girk-Fit-Niier are a small alliance of 6 species, just a small part of a universal collective. They in turn are communicating with other collectives.

Because couples swinging is my rooted reality, where I evolved personally in understanding the power of inclusivity, I am sensitive to the issues that are often raised inside the couples collective. It takes two to form a relationship and close body contact is an important part of it.   As they bond together physically, each one's personal inner net changes and modifies.  When two, four, six, eight couples bond together physically, each individual grows to the degree they accept the others. We grow in freedom. Close body contact through swinging, also known as couples dating, is an evolutionary path. It takes us into other dimensions, beyond current "norms". Interdimensional experiences take place when there is a larger love, or a larger acceptance, a larger agreement. Without SOME form of love, there is a closing down, a competition, jealousy, fear, suffocation. There are many names. Love is the word that means “inclusive”. Love finds a way, including someone is a way enlarge and evolve. We enlarge to accept the other's thought patterns and emotions, which modifies one's own thought patterns and emotions. Everything becomes larger and more whole. I'm carefully avoiding spiritual words here, but the word "holy" simply means more whole, more wholey, instead of less whole.

Those in swinging are on one hand finding marriage to be a conundrum in the primitive sense of the word (too confining) and on the other hand it is more wholesome. To those on the spiritual path trying to become more open and free, if their spouses are not willing to go along with them and are holding them back, what do they do? Some older people are finding they need to separate from their partner of many years, in order to complete themselves before they die. The galactics are bringing us a reminder of universal love, not the restrictive one-on-one love where you feel you have to protect yourself against invaders. Communication. Communication. Communication.

If we as an individual can't get along with our mate on this little ol' planet of nations that can't get along, where does it all start? I can't help but think close loving body contact. It's a beginning. There are pockets of people gathering to include others up close. I really don't know if the aliens swing or not, but I bet some of them do. If the species are compatible. Watch Star Trek and the like. The question is raised and considered. With the myriad numbers of planets and star systems out there whose inhabitants are getting along with each other, it goes without saying that they have found the answers that they are qualified to pass on to us. Granted there a few races that refuse to get along with the others, but they are diminishing in number because more and more of them are joining together and relinquishing the belief in separation. The light forces, known as the benevolent ones, are of higher dimensions and higher standards. They are winning because they are joining forces and are more powerful intellectually, emotionally, spiritually and technologically.

This all makes so much sense to me, this joining of forces. It is practical. It is logical. And it feels good. It is joining everything together, no matter on what level one comes from. The effort creates harmony. The universe operates on harmony. Disharmony causes galactic wars. In 1987 there was a harmonic convergence which not many understood at the time. Understanding is growing about harmonics. Sound healing and Reiki is becoming popular and saving lives. The harmonic convergence was an intervention. Joining forces is spreading as a result, globally. It happening in couples' relationships. Swinging, couples dating, polyamory, all forms of alternative intimacies is being explored as a joining of forces. It works when two different individuals, or four or six, sit and talk honestly from the heart with each other, and really focus the light of their understanding on what is being said. Both listening and revealing honestly. So many people are avoiding “the talk“. The inner dawning is slow to rise and shed light, but it does rise if all involved are willing to stop and listen, not just talk but really listen. And not pretend to go along with it just to keep the peace. There is no peace if there is pretense. 

A common problem is where one wants to have "the talk" but the other doesn't. Consider this: it is not a problem but an opportunity to try something different. A refusal or rejection is like a door that quietly opens up to give permission to go back and re-consider. What comes forward in the moment is a path to consider. Choices arise. We create by the seat of our pants. We choose as we go. We learn by mistakes. And if there is a brick wall in front, you walk around it to see how the view appears from over there. I saw a mimic recently work his way along a wall of air. He moved his hands up, down, left and right and he eventually found the end of the wall, and he turned the corner. He got past the wall. You never know what you'll find when you turn the corner. A new view always appears.

A choice is what we do when we are faced with a brick wall. There are many choices. You can back off and let the other win.  You can argue and fight back. You can get in the car and drive for hours. Or go to bed and forget it. Or call a friend to talk to. Or you can go meditate and try to transcend it. There is no end of options. You can leave. What I do - I may appear to give in and let it go, but I am including what is uncomfortable, into my heart. I'm allowing it and respecting it. I am revering it as best I can. It is something the higher ones are teaching us to do. It works for me. It's only the ego that fights and feels it must win, but the heart is not an ego. So I feel more whole and actually feel more peaceful and expanded. It's almost a sensual feeling.

My late husband’s way of dealing with a brick wall (me) was to say, "we're not going to bed with an argument unresolved." He was the wiser of the two of us. He would wait me out. I would eventually fold and sit down to talk with him. He was bigger than me, and older by 14 years. As I listen to the extraterrestrials I realize they are bigger than me. They are waiting us out but they're sitting there waiting. They are reaching us through thought to help us in our understanding. How to overcome brick walls which cause separation and loneliness.

They don’t want to interfere with us but they want to share with us how THEY did it. They are acting like older brothers and sisters. Each species has their own collective, and they are constantly working with other collectives. They use mind-to-mind communication which we have yet to understand. Extrasensory field communication. They are in touch with their collective constantly. In the video sessions I am watching, it is a call-in show, and callers call in with questions to the aliens. Every once in a while after a question is asked, the person who is channeling will sometimes say, “One moment please, I will ask.” There is a pause and then the channel speaks again. The alien presence apparently reached a questionable point where he or she was unsure whether to speak on this line of thought. If the advice is no, then they say, “I cannot say at this time.” And if the advice is yes, they alien presence continues elaborate on the subject asked.

We have this kind of telepathic agreement in our couple relationships, and work relationships and gender relationships. There are relationships of all kinds that are networked into our lives that go far beyond what we are normally conscious of. It behooves us to be more conscious of this beautiful network upon when we rely and have faith it. Having faith in a relationship is a wonderful thing, and we don't want to abuse it by overstepping our boundaries of what is appropriate. By being more aware of this faith-based network that exists between us, we can expand on it with positives. We are all learning. When we feel not to say something out loud, then we don't. We are designed to be in communication with our larger collectives, of all sorts. There are many different ones. The aliens are teaching us about this harmony that exists among us. We are learning how to retain harmony. When we go against our innate feeling of harmony, otherwise known as conscience, we experience a “bad feeling”.

Couples don’t have to put it into words. They understand each other. They know each other. But if something new comes up and there is a question, maybe a feeling of separation, then that's the time to talk. Allowing a feeling of separation to remain, doesn't just "go away". Without noticing it, it's an energy and it would sink down into the body's muscles and tissues. infiltrate muscles and tissues. “The issues are stored in the tissues”, say the healers, and become blockages. It is healthier to clear the air. Sometimes a jealousy is not jealousy at alla, but rather a sense of separation and the worst is imagined. It could be simply a bold new thought coagulating in the unified field where harmony existed, and the other senses the separation. Telepathy at work. The larger network of harmony that keeps the parties informed has thrown off a ripple. Wives often suspect husbands of having an affair because she “just know”. Sometimes it's true and sometimes it's not. Female instincts are commonly used as a crutch when they're not reliable. Some men do the same, although often men don't pay attention to their inner feelings the way women do. Clear the air when in doubt. Bring the unified field up to par, up to current, to reposition the understanding.

The galactics are from all over the galaxy and some from beyond. They are here to assist us into the galactic neighborhood. They are not here to disturb our planetary collective, but to enrich it by adding light and understanding. To help us bring ourselves more into alignment and to a higher standard of inclusiveness to join the rest of the galaxy. They are all different species and so are we. Each a part of their own collective but they have matured in spiritual, moral, ethical levels to respect the other collectives. They form alliances. They arrange meetings. They have ambassadors they send to delegations, just as we have here on Earth but they are not fighting each other. Instead, they are working at how to join each other. They discuss whatever comes to the foreground to be discussed.

That is what I‘m doing with the women‘s gatherings. We are meeting to discuss whatever comes up. We do not know what will come up. It’s an alliance of females. The galactics do this in a mature, grow-up manner because they have greater understanding of the power of telepathy. Women use telepathy more than men do in our world. That’s why I am inclined to meet with women first. Later we can form an alliance with men and see whatever comes up that may be inclusive and respectful to enhance us all and bring us closer together. When the galactics meet together with their vast differences, they do it better than us. We can learn from them. Women are easier to connect with because of their underlying nature being affectionate, spontaneous, loving, unifying and nurturing.

Higher dimensions are higher in all those qualities. We don’t understand what dimensions mean because we don‘t understand what love means. The galactics of higher dimensions are expressing these qualities. Empaths and spiritual people are the ones listening and spreading the knowledge. Everyone has the capacity to be an empath. An empath is one who listens and allows new thought to enter and be considered. It allows differences in. The world is in chaos because people are fighting against others who are different. We can change and we are changing. More light is coming to us and we are receiving it. Galactic intervention has already been happening. There is growing evidence from scientists and others that they have always been here. And further that we are related. They are our extended family. Their genes are in us through our DNA. Hybridization has always been done, from race to race, since the beginning, I am learning.

The galactics, or so-called aliens, live outside of our physical reality but that is not a problem. That is fact. All races have their own physical reality on their planets. It is by consensus that a planetary civilization grows together, evolves and matures together because there is a force field to the planet. We are maturing enough to be aware of their presence. Some are eager, some afraid. But they are peeking in through our windows and waving at us and we are receiving them. This is so amazing to me. I am so excited. It is part of why I am inspired to anchor a women‘s group as a portal to that which is coming. Contact with aliens has been represented as a dark, scary thing. The military has been armed, trained and prepared with super-hero warriors and weapons ready to fight to protect our planet, even while ridiculing the idea there is such a thing to protect against. How strange that they should turn out to be like the lovable ET in the movie by Steven Spielberg. And that the beloved Yeshua and his mother was one of them.

12/4/19 - My evolutionary journey to higher levels of understanding continues. Spirituality and sexuality has always been the central theme of my entire adult life. However, from the spiritual love perspective, I found men were slowly but surely wearing me down to where I did not want to be. It was uncomfortable but I didn't know how to not be there if I were to be a loving, giving person. I was both in the lifestyle and a professionally licensed massage therapist working from the spiritual love perspective. But I found myself being reduced, when in contact with men's bodies, to the lowest level of skin contact. It was making me resentful and on the verge of becoming embittered. One day after an encounter where I hit rock bottom, I asked the Ascended Master Djwal Khul, who had been my spiritual advisor for over 40 years, "Please tell me what's wrong with me? I love massage, I love people, why do I hate it now?" And this is what he told me. This is Master DK speaking:

“When a man has his release in a sexual orgasm, he is expelling all the toxins and misqualified energies that he has allowed to build up within him. These impure energies which he himself creates, drop downward, pulled by gravity to the lower parts of his body.  Uplifting happy thoughts and feelings gather around the upper body and head and bubble upward into the atmosphere above the head, but negative particles are dense, made heavier by impure thoughts, selfish motives, unkindness, anger, hatred and meanness. These fall earthward within the auric field of the individual, creating a heaviness that encircles him around. The desire to have sex is a desire to rid himself of unclean emotions and thoughts which he terms “stress”. He feels it as stress and as a suffocation because it really is preventing his own clean and pure life from shining forth and expressing freely in his life.

The desire to have a sexual blowout is a desire to get rid of this heaviness that has built up in his energy field and is now suffocating him. It is causing tension which causes erratic and moody behavior. It is like being in a straight jacket. Women experience this too, in subtly different ways. The life-long work is to learn what causes these mood swings. If a man or woman would learn to raise their thoughts to a happier, higher level and not permit negative thoughts or emotions to linger in them, they would enjoy a more pleasant and freely expressive life - one not driven by the constant need to have a sexual release to feel good again. 

There is nothing wrong with sex but the intent and motive behind it. A sexual "need" is selfish, where a loving attraction to be with someone is not selfish but an expression of joy and wonder. In the latter case a sexual encounter would be relaxed and equally loving rather than darkly demanding. When sexual need is present, there is force behind it which is unnatural. When one has become more uplifting and happy in thought and feeling one feels free and no force is required to feel loving. No negative particles are involved that are pushing for release.

Human kind is here to learn to choose wisely the types of thoughts and feelings entertained.  You are here to learn the cause and effect of negative vs. positive thought.  You are the masters of your thoughts; choose wisely for you prepare your future by the thoughts you carry around with you today.  Negative and depressing thoughts are best changed with forgiving yourself and appreciating even the bad thought. Love and appreciation is the transformative agent.  Do not permit negative thoughts to build up and you will not build heavy dense layers that suffocate you. 

Mankind is here to learn from mistakes, not be buried by the aftermath of mistakes.  Be wise. Become enlightened to the laws of life and flow with them, not against them. Man is here to raise the energies that flow through him cleanly, like a fresh sparkling river of pure undiluted LIFE.  Do not allow that pure undiluted life to become impure by negative thought whether it be a negative reaction or a negative experience.

There is a universal sense of “dirtiness” around sex and prostitution for this reason, though most people are unaware of the truth of it. Women who work in this field take these toxins into themselves in the process of giving the man the release they need. She is doing him a great service. Likewise the man who is performing the service for women. Or men for men and women for women. It does not matter who is performing the service, they are accepting the misqualified energies of the other. That is why you are resisting this behavior.  Those who perform sexual services should learn how to cleanse themselves before and after so they may remain healthy in body, mind and spirit.  

The introduction of Tantra is instruction in inner work. The Western version of Tantra is in error, with a sexual overcast to it. Tantra is a teaching in elevating thought. Practitioners are taught not to release their energies or physical semen (their dirty laundry) into a lover. Tantra is a beautiful purifying course of study that one may undertake alone without a partner.  This inner work involves keeping one’s thoughts and feelings pure and uplifted. Even when a thought or a feeling enters, one learns how to be the master of those thoughts and feelings, and how to change them to kind, loving, intelligent and beautiful thoughts and feelings. In this way he elevates and inspires himself and all who come in contact with him (or her). Purity of body is also required, which one would automatically and naturally be impulsed to follow, if one's thoughts and feelings are inspired by higher and more elevated living. These are the trainings of Tantra. When done in advance, prior to love-making with another person, one has most loving and sweet encounters." (End of message)

11/12/19  Thought for the day! Stay positive in your focus, even in the midst of challenges. A powerful period of change is upon us. There are so many changes happening at once, it's like a whirlwind. Staying positive puts you above the rocky changes so they don’t bother you so much. Joy is a lifting emotion, find ways to stay in joy. You won't notice the craziness so much. Transcend the changes and be like a bird flying over the terrain. Fly smoothly over the rocking of the earth by find something positive to think on, or do. It's your responsibility to stay sane and positive. Go up to the sun. Imagine connecting with the source of warmth, comfort, light and goodness. You are a creator. Create positive, create goodness, create joy, create vitality. Stay positive in your focus.

Listen to your spiritual guides and teachers. They speak to you by blending in with your own thoughts and thinking. You sometimes wonder, “Now where did THAT thought come from?” Say “Thank you!” to your spirit guides. They are blending with you. Your higher self and spirit guides are always trying to reach you to lift you up. They give you more positive thoughts than your own mind can give you, since your own mind has been programmed to the outer world of physicality, low vibration. Trust any new thoughts that come your way, even if they are out of your league. Trust them. There is a war in consciousness going on. A battle for where you put your focus. Lower forces try to attract your attention tramatic events that rock you, like bombings that cause you to fear, murders close to home, explosions, political dramas, even your own friends and family members spit out dramas and traumas. Don't close off, don't go into panic, don't go into fear and don't argue with them. Just go into positive mode. Stay positive in attitude, thought and feeling. Higher thoughts, higher feelings, higher attitudes. Raise your vibrations to higher frequency. Go up to the sun, give a prayer of thanksgiving, be in peace. Go to the top of a mountain in your imagination. Be above the rocking and rolling. When you do this you are a light worker and peace keeper.

11/4/19 - This message was given to me this morning without my asking for it. It surprised me. I  started writing a note to myself but my hand kept on going for two whole pages, front and back. While I was writing I was aware that I am to send this out today. No holding it back, which I am prone to do. Do it today. And I am to send it to the men as well as the women. There is no duality, I am getting. No feminine and masculine in the divine nature within. 

The human craziness we see in the world around us is not out there - it is in you. You fight against yourself. What has happened over many centuries is the imprinting of ugliness by bad controllers and dictators pushing humanity repeatedly into corners, and persecuting those who were not willing and obedient slaves. This created terrible marks on the genetics of those who experienced trauma. Our ancestors then passed their wounded genes on to their children who led still more damaged lives. Also buried in our DNA is rebellion. Our ancestors fought against the oppressors and went through many revolutions, wars and battles. So today we protest and express our frustration. Some express it by spewing hate words out into the already toxic atmosphere, while others attempt to apply reason. Still others retreat into the depths of despair and depression and others pick up guns and go on shooting sprees. It all adds more chaos to the world we live in but we were born into it, and we assume it is normal.

But it’s not. You carry a divine blueprint within you that is perfect, sane, loving and healthy. There are some who recognize this and take steps to raise themselves above the turmoil. They take up yoga, meditation, self-healing, and study ways to bring peace to their own world. These people are on the right track, focusing their attention on themselves, within, to get back in touch with the divinity. Increasing numbers are leaving religion in an attempt to find some semblance of a higher order outside of doctrine, but many still focus on what’s wrong with the world instead of what's wright. They do not realize they carry the wrongness within themselves.

The scars are still there from long-ago ancestors. You cannot be free from corruption when you carry corruption within you. The craziness is not OUT THERE, it’s inside you but it is not supposed to be there. Get rid of it. There are ways. Start the purification process today. Shift back to the center of your body, your heart, your soul, and find some peace.

I took a detour off to the side and started writing only to women, because I needed the feminine for validation. But as I get closer to the divine feminine within myself, I see that this is the same divinity in men, too. It makes no difference whether a man or a woman. I find myself oscillating back and forth in my understanding that men and women are not different. They are the same creature: human. It doesn’t matter if they have a penis or a vagina. They are divine in their inner nature. 

Through the GoddessSphere newsletter I am amplifying the divine feminine because that's who I relate to right now. Women offer me comfort because men seem to obstruct me. But, be that as it may, I see that it is the outer human nature that is careening wildly off the page and hurting people, whereas the divine nature is buried down under and inside the human. The human nature has corrupted us but the divine is still there within. This is the message that came to me this morning.

The Seven Seals

You are a divine being born straight out of the heart of Father-Mother God - a divine and holy spark of the Creator. Pure. Sacred. Innocent. And conscious of yourself as an individual. You had no corruption in you. You were simply a consciousness, a spirit spark, conscious of love. As you grew in self awareness you found that others responded to you, so you began to develop an individuality, just like a human baby. And eventually you wanted to explore. You learned about physicality and creatures and worlds and galaxies. And you wanted to go there too. You wanted to descend down into the form world. But before you could do that you were told you had to attend seven schools. These schools would imprint you with essential qualities that you would need, for you will enter a world of many different forms and opposites, and you will need to remember who you are.

Each of the seven schools taught a specific quality. There were many teachers because each quality had many different aspects to it. You were shown the many differences in colors, feelings, tones and vibrations. You were exposed to all of the God qualities before incarnating into flesh. Your mentors were elders who had been through all of it before, and they taught you how to identify subtle situations while on Earth.

You stayed in one school for as long as it took for you to absorb the quality fully so you resonated with it. And when your teachers felt that you were ready to move on to the next school, you began your studies with the next quality. There were only seven schools but each one had so many facets to it - today we have many slightly different sounding words that resonate near the same quality as another, only a smidge apart - so each school was vast, like a university. Everyone who desired to explore the world of form, or third dimension where we are today, had to complete the seven schools. They are referred to as the seven rays of the creator.

The seven qualities are accessed through the seven chakras. For bible scholars, they refer to the seven churches, or the seven candles, or the seven seals. Each quality has a color and a tone, hence there are seven primary colors on Earth, and seven notes on the musical scale. Following are the seven qualities:

The first school imprinted you with will power, for you would need to be fully armed with a strong will to go the whole nine yards and not give up, no matter what situation you faced. The second school imprinted you with intelligence, for you had to be well armed with enlightened intelligence so you would not get pulled off the beaten track by outside forces and do something stupid. The third school imprinted you with love and reverence, for you had to have enough love in you and reverence for ALL life in the outer world that, no matter how dreary a situation, you would be able to melt it with that quality.

The fourth school imprinted you with purity for you would need to know what impurity is when you encountered a situation that did not have the right vibration of purity to you. . It has been called the immaculate concept and you carry within you. It is your saving grace and you need to know these things.

The fifth quality you were imprinted with was truth. You were saturated with God’s truth so that you would know the true truth when you encountered the not-truth in your Earth wanderings. Truth is an immaculate science which is contained within you on a soul level and it heals all disease and error.

The sixth school imprinted you with peace and comfort. You were swaddled and coddled and held inside the arms of peace and comfort so long that you would know whenever you came into contact with not-peace and not-comfort while on the Earth. 

The seventh and final quality you were imprinted with was liberation. You were held within the vibrational resonance of freedom for so long that you were saturated with it and would recognize not-freedom whenever you encountered it.

Further, the essence of freedom was to be held in balance along with the other six qualities - will power, intelligence, love, purity, truth and peace. When you had completed attending all seven schools and were fully imprinted with the qualities of divinity you would need, you were then born into a human body. They told you that you would forget all of this when you arrived on Earth, but that you carry these divine vibrations within you, in your soul, and they would be there for you to use but you have to locate them after you arrive. They are your inner nature.

It doesn‘t matter if you are a man or a woman. Your inner nature is divine. Be aware of that. All imperfection that you today call "human" has been overlaid into your cells by human mistakes and errors. Remember that you are divine. Let your inner nature guide you. You have not been taught this. You need to know that you have that within you. You are a noble being from a pristine and high estate. Your soul is divine. You were created from the highest level of all, and you have angel qualities within you. You were born into a world of a myriad strange, foregin and alien differences, but you are armed with the highest and noblest. You are right to say, "I Am What I Am" and believe it. Feel it. It is you. Don’t let others pull you away from who you are. Guide your actions through the feelings of your highest, noblest and truest. 

Is it your will and not someone else’s will that you are following?
Does it strike you as intelligent or stupid that you are doing?
Does this situation feel loving?
Does it feel pure and innocent?
Does it have the ring of truth?
Does it give you a sense of comfort and peace?
Does it give you a feeling of liberation?

11/1/19  - The Shadow in you. What you resist composes your shadow. What is something you fear? Name it and repeat it. We need to face the shadow energy in us for the shadow forms at the exact moment that a strong conscious position is staked out. The shadow consists of all the rejected elements of the conscious mind. When we identify ourselves with one end of the spectrum, the rejected end begins taking on a life of its own below the conscious level. In this secret place, whatever is not acknowledged has to be projected onto the outside world in order to be experienced, for the creator has rejected it. The power of the shadow is equal to the degree of insistence and brittleness of the position you take and maintain. Monstrous acts. We must face and integrate elements of the shadow into our lives. 

This does not mean becoming a monster; it means acknowledging it. The activity that creates monsters is not integrating with the shadow and denying its existence in oneself. (i.e., Me? I would never do that!) Integration does not mean acting out, but genuine acknowledgement, admitting that one is capable of doing such a thing. Acknowledging the shadow in you, that which you are fighting against, acts as a psychic release valve relieving unconscious pressure so you are better able to hear the promptings of your higher self. Learn how to approach the shadow. Resistance is your barrier and block. What you resist composes your shadow. 

Resistance is the process by which seeds of evil are sown and grown. When you acknowledge a shadow element in yourself, you feel a sigh. A deep intake of breath. It’s a sign that there was a release. In me, in you, is the full spectrum of human experience, good and bad. We want to acknowledge this. It doesn’t change our approval or disapproval of particular factors. It’s simply willingness to face facts. Allowing a fact is integration. The act of acknowledgement frees you to make better choices. The shadow is redeemed by continual process of honest self-evaluation. When you’re uncomfortable, pay attention and ask yourself, “What am I trying to avoid or repress or deny?”  What is making me squirm? 

Be your own therapist. It’s never a person or thing or act that makes you uncomfortable. It’s something you are trying to avoid seeing and dealing with. Stop and look objectively at yourself. Perhaps someone is coming up your walk right now, ready to knock on your door, and you are uncomfortable for some reason. The best solution to this experience is to say to yourself, “OK, I don’t have control over this so I shall embrace it.” Acknowledgement and embracing is always the best solution. Walk into the discomfort or the fear. It is powerful.

9/28/19 - This morning I realized something. Instead of giving credit to a particular ascended master for the many dictations I have been getting over the years, I am supposed to OWN the wisdom for myself. Whatever I become aware of is MY intelligence in a process of recognition. I have been giving my power away thinking the words came from someone else. I did not recognize my own enlightenment process. (i.e., yesterday's NL) Today I see that God is not a "thing", God is a process. God is one's higher self blending with lower self. And there's a higher self beyond that, and another higher self and another and another, on into infinity. God is growing itself through the many parts. God is evolving. There is no end to God. There is only a process of unfolding. God is not a thing to chase down and discover. Rather, it's a process of recognition. God is the ascended masters, God is the galactics, God is our loved ones who died, God is the angelics, God is the tree, the vegetable, the animal, the insect, the stone, the air, the water. God is the many parts. God is everything. God is you. God is me. God is awareness, intelligence, wisdom. God is lighting up the world. God is your ex-wives and my ex-husbands. God is space. God is time. God is the sun, the moon, the planets, the extraterrestrials. Not different but the same. I am recognizing this. God is not separate. God is not a "thing". God cannot be owned, one becomes God through the process of elimination (of what is wrong). God is a process of becoming more aware of what is right, and therefore it is a process of becoming more connected. God is a process of evolving. God is the lesser, the dumber, the blinder, the more ignorant, the more dark, the more unenlightened, the more obstruction, the more resistance because God is the many parts. God is the evil evolving into good. The Buddhists don't use the word "God" because then it would become something outside of oneself, set apart, a separation, a difference. God is self. God is soul seeking its father and mother. Today I sense familiarity, I sense family. I'm moving closer. God is not separate and apart. I am not ready to say I am God and I am everywhere. But I am in process of becoming more aware than I was yesterday.

9/22/19 - Master Djwhal Khul speaking: When someone draws your power and focus from you, demanding your attention and you do not want to give it, they are sucking on your light because they are lacking in light. Love and light are synonymous. Light is masculine, love is feminine. They are one and the same. Those who suck on your power, drain you so you are fatigued beyond understanding and you don't know why.

Your movies call them vampires. They feed off your light and your love because they are  the soul-less ones. They feed off others and do not give anything in return. They are not evil, they are idiots for they have given their power away and have nothing left. So they are now mindless creatures who are ignorant about how life works.

They do not know how to build up light and love in themselves. They gave their power away by depending upon others for their food source, their fuel source, when they should have built up their own supply. By giving up their power and becoming dependent on others they have become dark. Do not be like them. Do not give your light away. When you are fatigued in the presence of such a one, walk away. Find an excuse. Any excuse or simply get up and leave. Hang up the phone.

You have built up your own light for yourself. Do not give it away. Give them instruction instead on how to build their own light. Give them instruction only when you are ready. Wait until you are inspired with a thought on how to give them instruction. Meditate until you are clear. Meditate and build up your own light. Wait until you feel the stirring of brightness and excitement. Wait until your higher self inspires you. Then you will know how to give instruction to those who steal your power.

When you are centered you will be able to give the best instruction. They do not want to do the work themselves and would rather steal it from others, so you must be discerning. Use the appropriate method to turn their sucking back onto themselves. Do not be food for zombies. That is the greatest expression of love that you can give: to turn back the sucking onto themselves. Let them see what they are doing. Give them a lesson in how to build their own light and stop stealing it. 

Light is endowed in every one who is walking, even the dark ones.  Even the walking dead, as some like to call the ignorant and mindless ones. Because nothing can exist without the spark of creator within. Light is hidden in the dark and so it must be uncovered and activated.  It may be denied and some minds may be wiped clean by sophisticated weapons. But there is a spark within that is a spark of creator. Blow on it.

Do not let the light go out, is the message from the sun, do not let the light go out but send it home again.  Blow on that light again and again until it bursts into flame and burns through the veil of darkness and confusion that clouds judgment and vision. Everything has light in it, even the stones and the waters and the trees.  Darkness awaits the light but it has to be blown on from within. Self-focus, self recognition, self-appreciation, self-love, self-discernment and self-empowerment. Meditation and prayer is the road to spiritual recovery.  Spending time alone with ones higher self, focusing on love and light and raising ones voice in prayer, song, praise, gratitude and love. It is through the use of sacred intention and sacred sounds that forms the sacred science of life.

Use the words "I Am Light" often for the words "I Am" whenever you speak those words, is the power of  the light. It is the creator, in you.  Love and light is awareness - clear, untainted awareness - uplifting, clean and bright. It is where all knowledge comes from and all inspiration. Blow on this spark of love and light within your heart and you are growing your own enlightenment. Meditate every day for 15 minutes and your higher self will infiltrate your awareness, through your body, emotions, mind and spirit.

This light and love melts away animosity and the desire for  vengeance. It melts away the urge to do violence. Blow on  light and love in your heart through meditation and prayer, as you would blow on a dying camp fire to bring it back into life. Fuel the flame in yourself with deep breathing and with sacred words. Give your attention to your SELF, not to those who would steal your attention. Your confusion will disappear. Answers will come surprisingly easy.  It is a proven method. Your desire to live will push back the darkness and confusion like a solitary blade of grass pushes aside the concrete in the cement sidewalk.

Look! Look! Look! Pay attention to the ember that glows red in the darkness. Blow on it with all your force and breath. Use the words, "I am Light!" Spend 15 minutes doing this, saying the words over and over:  "I am light, glowing light, radiating light, intensified light, God consumes my darkness transmuting it into light!"  The angels and the great beings of heaven will come to surround you when they hear you calling to the light. They come to support you and to give you strength.

Do not give your precious light, your focus and attention, to someone else unless you are strong and stable enough to support that person. Build up your power. Save yourself first. Your first duty every morning when you first get up is to give yourself 15 minutes of light. Maintain your own light so you may live to serve others and take your place in the grand design that is, at this very moment, weaving earth and heaven together through those who are supporting and maintaining the light.

You are here to hold the space right where you are. You hold your space by acknowledging and appreciating it. Raise your focus upward. Raise your attention upward. Raise your awareness upward to your higher self, your future, your brightness. Right now, as you are sitting here reading this.

Do not let the light go out, is the message from the sun. Do not let the light go out, but send it home again, meaning to your inner higher self which is your god-self, your goddess-self, your divinity.  Higher and higher the flame grows as you pay attention to it. Imagine it as a brilliant blazing sun above you. It is soon ablaze within you on the ground and in you in your higher self,  as you clear the debris from the channels that run through you.   Do not let the light go out but build it up stronger and stronger until it is in full blaze. Then you can help your brother and sister to stop stealing the light from you.

9/20/19 - I have been asking Djwhal Khul to teach me about Tantra. He tells me and I write this down as he is speaking. "Love made physical is healing. You want a quick fix, but it is not quick. You are accustomed to a society that takes a pill or gets surgery to remove a part of the body that has gone wrong. You are accustomed to having it “your” way but your way has not succeeded, has it? You must learn to open your mind and heart to new things, things that you formerly rejected. It is time to take down the walls that shield you from your healing on deeper levels. Allow your gentle side to take over. Allow yourself to feel the energies of surrender, of giving up. Let your toughness surrender. The whole of you, the whole of your God self cannot come into your life and body because you have created a shell of hardness. It is all done with your mind. Your thoughts of defensiveness, your thoughts of survival, fear of not getting enough, your thoughts of frustration that you allow to play over and over, your thoughts of anger toward someone you felt had wronged you - now feel the energy of surrender. Give it up. This is the attitude of Tantra. It is the path of love."

(There is a lull and I am feeling stillness now and I am being given the energies of gratitude, surrender, celestial, angels, joyful, peace, love, light, and then....)

"Until the hard shell falls away of these tough stones, nails and rubbish, there is no room for love and the family of light that accompanies it - joy, appreciation, reverence, honor, respect, humility, compassion, beauty, grace, dignity, warmth, peace, safety, freedom. When the family of love and light enter the body it produces wholeness, which is felt as bliss, ecstasy, rapture, nirvana.

"It is not a quick fix to reach the profound states of love, but once on the right path there is enjoyment, pleasure, fun. Just take the beginning steps to correct your path, from one of feeling lack to one of feeling delight and fulfillment. It is not sex that is the bridge to higher consciousness, it is love. You must not limit your love to one person and shut off the rest of the world. Your life partner with whom you live is in your life for reasons other than romance. They are in your life to help you learn and grow. The challenges you meet both at home with family and outside of family are your own resistances. You are challenged by your own resistance. Tantra teaches surrender of resistance so that you may blend with the energies of life that are everywhere. Tantra means in Sanskrit “net” or “web”. It refers to the web of consciousness that pervades all existence. Love is the glue that holds us all together. When you are free of resistance you may blend with and enjoy making love with all of life, becoming one with a butterfly, the wind, the grass, the rain, a stone, a child, an old man or woman. All of life is either formless or formed. You are life currently in form but you are only temporarily in form. You are spirit - consciousness - with or without form, and even while in form you may cultivate love without limits, without resistance and enjoy the sensual pleasures of the body to such an extent that you are thrown into rapture and nirvana. It is not sex that does this but love without limits."

9/14/19 - This is a re-post of one written a year ago. It's worth repeating.   

Much of what I post here is in response to someone who wrote to me. This comes from a personal letter. Personal communications open us to draw an knowledge that we have inside us but isn't stored in the brain, like memory of where you put your glasses or the name of your next door neighbor. Without having meaningful communications with people, these inner doorways to the soul would not open. Soul memories are stored in the body, not the brain. This is the reason for the all-women's goddess gatherings - because girls like to share stories and men don't appear to. Not in the easy way that girls do it. The following may shed a little more light on why we are gearing up to have goddess gatherings for women only.

What is happening across the planet is a deep underground movement of inner hearts opening up. The power is coming from below, from the cracking open of the heart. Each individual is feeling it differently. The power of each person's soul is joined in with the heart of Mother Earth, so there is no question how powerful this movement is.  It's growing in momentum. It's very human and very humane. The power of the feminine is expanding and it is tender. It is coming up from underneath a crust that is so thick, so dark and so lonely and dried up from the lack of love on the surface, that it's like a feeble old man who has spent his life being mean and selfish and has grown crusty and brittle. He can hardly walk any more. The old men are dying from lack of love and tenderness in the heart. The power that's causing the shift is love in the heart. The outer crust is dying from the brittleness and ready to crack open. It's not a revolution, it's a healing. But chaos is happening because people are confused. They feel changes and don't know which way to go with it. Many individuals are not prepared for this new influence in their lives. It's a powerful force that is surfacing. Storms, tornadoes, floods and fires are part of the breaking up of the crust, but human beings will survive if there is love in the heart. This is where women step forward with their tender and loving nature. Feminine love is not logical, not premeditated, not scientific, not measureable with instruments and not provable with due diligence and court documents, but it's going to save the planet so it is wise to bite back the taunts and be quiet about it. Just listen and go with the flow.

I have been writing about it (feminine love) for years, and the more I write about it the more it opens doors within me. There are vast underground vaults which are opening for me. I have access and I keep getting more insight the more I shine the light on it. It's coming closer and closer to the surface, like a galactic-sized tidal wave. Men are responding as well as women, to this love. Each of us are feeling the depth deep inside, feeling the softening. Or resistance. Some are resisting and hardening themselves and refusing to go with the flow. But it will only cause pain. When women gather and share their stories, it grows and spreads outward and eases the pain in the world. Women need to gather under the influence of the goddess energies because women are the generators. They are not generating very well right now. Women need to share from their lighter side, not their darker side. It will take leadership. The men will just have to wait their turn because men aren't prepared to listen yet because this is not a verbal language. It is a feeling. 

I've been posting on Anakosha about my experiences with kundalini. Recently I've discovered that kundalini IS the goddess. This is a major piece of the puzzle that was missing. There is an earthy side to spirituality. Fitting that piece into place (for me) enlarges the picture. Kundalini is feminine. Kundalini is the goddess. The female side of God in human form. Not separate. Kundalini or the Goddess is flowing through muscles, blood, tissues and bones of the body and it affects the genital organs in a big way in its flowing northward. Women are aware. Goddess love is the infrastructure but it needs to go higher up, not stopped and obstructed.  It is larger than the physical sensations that have enthralled us and kept us superficially focused, busily hungrily seeking action. God in human form is the goddess underground. It has been kept down and under and needs to be released and liberated. Love has been missing from the whole body enjoyment. The mind, mental, ego, logic, competition, selfishness (male ego) has taken over and held tenderness, graciousness, nobleness, compassion, caring, nurturing (feminine) back and locked it in and did not let it flow naturally. All-women goddess gatherings will help to unlock those prison doors because women share stories that have feelings. Men don't share stories with feelings. A lot of sharing that needs to be done is the spiritually-motivated connection. Sexuality is included in the larger picture, not excluded. Spiritual sex becomes love. Sex and spirit belong together but women have to be given permission to express from their hearts because the quiet within has been overruled by the loud male voice and power structure. 

I posted a blog on Anakosha a couple days ago about a dream I had of this power. It came up from the earth as it was drawn up by the magnetic pull of the sun. Sun is positive, earth is negative. Father Sky and Mother Earth. The power came up through me and caused my body to undulate. I was sitting on top of my husband in the dream, and I was in a transcendental space. Revelations were washing through me. A power like a tsunami took hold of my muscles and I was undulating like a snake as the power rose upward. I awoke still undulating and lay there thinking about it. I published it and, since it touched on sexuality, the number of hits on the website tripled overnight. People don't respond to spiritual writing very well, but they are hungry to know how spiritual love fits into sexual love. How it overlaps. There is great hunger to know how love works in the human body and it is connected to sex. This power (kundalini) expands the outer limits of of the known world, of sex and romantic behavior. It changes it. It pushes it further and further out beyond our limited understanding. It's not something we can read about in books. It has to be felt and experienced. I was amazed to realize that Kundalini is the goddess, the divine feminine. I had a kundalini awakening 42 years ago which was very dramatic. It changed my life. Like, whoa! What is this? I've been trying to figure it what happened ever since. Now, today, I will gather the women together and draw out the kundalini in them by asking them to tell me their stories. I will not teach. I will listen because they have a piece of the vastness that I don't have.

Many women have been following in their husband's footsteps. He has been acting as the provider, protector and voice for her. He was programmed into that role and that responsibility just because that's the way it was. And he did it as best he could. Now it is time to move past the husband as the only authority, giving him some relief and the woman a chance to build her own authority, within. This is a solitary work which requires some release of attachments and issues. It does not mean separation, it means creating equality in how men and women do their life together. This leads to immense relief for the one who carries too much power, and to liberation for the one who does not have enough. It is time to stop catering to the one person who seems to hold authority over others as a ruling power. It is time to start catering to one's own power within, to wisdom, love and truth within. By withdrawing the focus of attention on someone else, and turning the focus of attention to the within, we find peaceful corrections taking place. Equalizing the power structure of the home. It is the great work that we call the spiritual path and all must undertake it sooner or later, when we get tired of chasing rainbows and wars. We come into the world alone, and we leave alone. Hopefully we leave it with more wisdom.

We hold our mates back more often than not by showering them with phony or fake attention, as if that is the role we assumed when we formed the relationship. And the mate is probably doing the same thing without realizing it. We hold each other back. We each need the solitary connection to the god/goddess within, to that which we call the soul. We need an hour or so every day to commune with that powerful presence within. It is calming. Give yourself space. Give yourself time out. Just breathe, relax and allow some inner peace. And when the hour is done, get up and leave feeling lighter, more peaceful, happier and with more energy. The power within supports us. It is mysterious. We can't put our finger on it. We have built superficial personalities, very colorful characters, and we wear it like a costume and a mask to the world. Our outer personality is unique, and precious beyond belief. It is not to be discarded but to be integrated with the god/goddess within, which is soft, quiet, gentle and wiser. What happens is, we merge our outer personality character into the immortal that exists within. We are becoming immortalized as a human being. We become more patient, more kind, more honest, more peaceful, more helpful to others. The goddess within is not a separate being. It is you, but it is still in hiding. We have simply GOT to find out how to loosen it and set it free.

9/5/19 - Notice: After today I will no longer post on Diana's Blog but will shift updates to the Goddess page, where I will continue to post. As a receiver personality I receive so much from the warm, nurturing, loving sacred feminine energy fields, which are more fifth dimensional than third or fourth, it feels flat and unresponsive to continue to write here, knowing that it is mostly men to read it. This website attracted men in the beginning because it began as swinging site for couples. But this has faded over the years into a finer approach to love. Of course it does not exclude lovemaking, but I've noticed that most men don't relate to this approach and it saddens me. I really wish it could have been otherwise. But time moves on and most males appear to require a physical focus with physical words to make logical, practical sense of anything. So that is why I am leaving Diana's Blog and focusing on the Goddess blog. I feel better posting there. Anyone can read it if they choose to. It is accessible to the public. 8/28/19 - I've been working from the feminine side of life, the yin vs. the yang. The yin is an allowing side of life, and a receiving and nurturing side, but due to karma it has been a disempowered side. At least in THIS world. But I am from another world so it doesn't matter. I'm staying balanced. Tantra is a science designed to help people balance their yin and yang sides. It was left behind by great masters, so of course I've been looking into Tantra, reading it, absorbing it, and finding anomalies in it. It seems to me to not have enough "yin" in it. It's focus is "off", but it was a male teaching so it's understandable. The feminine teachings are just now getting started. They will straighten out the anomalies and bring balance to the too-dominant male focus.

I've just been led to re-visit the Taoist exercises. I bought three books back in 2012, read them, found them interesting enough to take notes, then shelved them. Seven years have passed and they are taking on new meaning, BIG new meaning. New understanding. New Light. AHA! I understand! 

We have had a lot of cold "male" teachings given to us. This morning I was given a message about the body being the feminine side of God. God is 50% INSIDE the body as our feminine mother God, coalesced in the root chakra as a pure ball of light on the etheric plane. Pure as the driven snow. God as feminine is inside the body feeding us with warm loving compassion and understanding. While the male side of God is the 50% unformed, in space. The male religions have been pounding into us for eons and eons that God is ONLY up there in the sky and the body is sinful, worthless, filled with the devil's forces, and we all believed them. We've all have been looking for God in the sky. This has confounded, confused and tormented everything and everyone. And the struggle continues to this day. The patriarchal society is still operating its cold, judgmental, superior control "up there" in the brain. It is all analytical There is no room for emotion in the brain. No compassion. No warm love or motherly encouragement or friendly support or welcoming kindness in these cold aloof teachings from the male religions.

When a person begins to listen to the INSIDE of the physical body, they will feel the difference. They will FEEL it because it's a caring feeling. The body has senses built into it. It feels emotion and kindness and love.  It's warming and good. Then a person begins to realize there is divinity flowing through the flesh and blood. Then the male superiority of the brain mind will begin to loosen and surrender to these warm feelings. The ideal ratio is 50% God is in the body and 50% God is out beyond us in space, in the sun, in the stars, wherever. Right now the world is operating (expressing) nearly all through male eyes, out in space, looking up for something not there. It's a cold, isolated, condemning trip, a power trip for some and a worthless trip for others. It creates superiority complexes. If you're 100% in your head, you have to think you know everything and everyone else is dumb or stupid.

When humans start to focus down into the body and meditate in sacred silence on their naval or heart or liver or anything down there in the cells and tissues, that's when they will start to lose their cold superiority. They will start to notice there is harmony here inside. It feels like home in the body. It feels peaceful. It feels "right". This is the feminine side of God. God is here within. Heaven is within. There is bliss within, and beauty, and grace, and freedom from all that bothers and traumatizes. It's very compassionate and welcoming. This is where the Taoists are teaching through their various exercises. It's a very human teaching. Not religious at all.

8/21/19 - Things are changing for me. I've been visiting the past by re-reading old journals, journals of higher mind. I'm deciding what to post here on this website. I am clearing out inner closets. Ever since kundalini awakened 43 years ago and brought mystical experience into my life, I've journaled to keep myself sane. Over the years I wrote much of it down. The first 5 chapters of a book entitled, "Mystical Movements" - half channeled, half me - has now been posted on this website here as a book in progress. I'm not promoting it, just getting things out into the open. It's helping me to lighten up.

I'm unsure where this is going to lead. Well, actually I have an idea. As I go through old pictures that take me back into the old timeline, it feels as if I'm finalizing things - not for death and dying but for a new beginning. There's a new mission coming. I've kept so much hidden over the years (as everyone has) compartmentalizing this and that in order to fit in, but it's all unraveling now. As I post these things onto the internet via Anakosha, there is a lightening effect. I don't care what people think. For awhile I thought I should create a new website more appropriate to my spirituality, and another for massage, but, no. That would just be creating another room to put things in, separate from the rest of my life. No, it's time to unify everything into one harmonious whole. It's not about spirituality, it's not about massage, it's not about the galactics, it's not about relationships or sexuality or any one particular aspect of life. It's about integrating oneself into one whole being. I've been thinking about this deeply, and too long. So I decided to just put this out there on my blog and stop trying to write to the old timeline. How Anakosha first began was not for swinging. That came later. Anakosha came to me in a vision during an unusual trance meditation high beyond the earth, out in space. So I suppose that what's happening now in my later years, is coming back to my origins.

I am in a softer, quieter, dreamier place, reflective and calm. I'm writing to people differently, with more depth and meaning. Yesterday I went to the chiropractor and after the treatment I started telling him my observations. Bless his soul, he sat and listened and talked with me while clients were waiting outside his door. I came away feeling as if someone heard me. I felt good. Unusually tender and transcendent. Driving home I became aware of how brittle people are, driving fast in their cars, all going somewhere to get something done, unfinished, incomplete, unhappy, moving fast-forward and leaving their essence behind. Where are the quiet, gentle people? I wished once more to have a women's circle. But not just any women - gentle women. Women of the feminine soul. I've been waiting for clarity before taking the next step. Waiting for understanding because the last women's gathering 6 years ago was a disappointment. Now I have a better idea what to filter for. Women of the soul, of the feminine spirit. The women who are not rushing to get somewhere, or who have a chip on their shoulder or a battle to fight. Women who are wise, cool, calm and collected. Yes, a wise women's gathering.

8/6/19 - (Newsletter today.) There is a power in you that is waiting to be released. The focus of this newsletter has enlarged from women-only to include men. Please cheer me on as I grow beyond my personal limits to see the WHOLE picture of the divine plan moving in unison. The feminine in everyone is coming on-line, integrating into the software of our bodily structures.

Many people walk the spiritual path looking up, as I did. They are seeking refinement, beauty, love and connectedness. They are to be commended for they are seeking more light and love. However, many on this path are intending that sex ought to be toned down or discarded as a crude or low vibration. They do not realize that they themselves are made of light and of love, and by continued looking UP they will not achieve their goal. We must look into our physicality and make peace with it.

There has come a great crudity into and surrounding human sex today, but it's not real. It's fake. Let's look at this with logic. Sex itself is not a sin. It is not what we do with our bodies that is sinful, it's what we do with our minds that causes the negatives. Sex is not a sin. It is the thinking that cause the sin in us. Feeling shame but doing it anyway, coercing people against their will, allowing oneself to be coerced into doing what we don't want to do, then hiding it, lying about it, pretending all is well, stuffing it down into repressed tension, manipulating to appear all is well. These are the things that causes negative eruptions. I am not immune. I don't want to preach. I am investigating my own deep down under.  We bring forth our own negative backlashes. This is the evil that surrounds not only sex but our whole reality. We are not aware what we do to ourselves this way. I explore love.

My study of spirituality and sexuality has been a life-long study. It has been going on for many years, engaging in both sex and spirit simultaneously for 40 years. Now I am in the process of reporting my summary conclusion: Love has won. Victory to the Light! Love and Light are the same energy. One is male the other female, and sex without love does not sustain itself. It is a downward spiraling action. In order to connect us to spirit we have to open the door to love. The door is in the heart. We cannot fulfill ourselves without adding love to our sexual life. It is not about giving up sex, which is the underlying girder that supports human life on earth, it is about adding reverence, love and spirit to the sex act. That is what opens the door to higher experience. If we give up the sexual component, it closes our hearts. It turns us into brittle bones. Romance, passion, and the continued lessons in the art of love adds spirit to the act, it doesn't distract from it. We stay in the playing field of life, and continue to fulfill ourselves, not just in bedroom activities but in the ever evolution of fulfillment. Ongoing. Forward motion. Interaction. Exchange of ideas.

Even though this website started from the sexual field, I'm not implying that a person must engage sexually with someone. Not at all. But because sex is a bodily function like food, drink and eating, there is a resonance in the lower part of the body that is important. The power of love comes up from the earth. It is called kundalini in the east, and the holy spirit in the west. There is more to this story, but basically, this power is the other half of God the creator. It is the half that drives physicality and evolves it so the body can open to the inflow of spirit. Spirit is trying to come to ground. The power contained in earthiness is equal to the power from on high. The power coming up from Earth is the feminine side of God. It came from God.

We've been repressing it. It is what flows inbetween the cells and tissues of our organs and muscles, seeking its other half which is spirit. There are two halves to spirit. This earthy half maintains our physical body. It is feminine and it is holy. It is sacred. It nurtures us. It cares for us. It is a power that has not been accepted well. It has not been used adequately. It is tender, kind, compassionate, forgiving. I has never been released in human beings on the vast global scale that is happening today. It is happening now because we are at the end of a cycle too huge to understand. What is happening is a correction of the too-far-out-of-balance masculine power. The feminine is not awakening so much as it is being released.

Every one has their own purpose for being here. Mine has been to correct past lifetimes of inadequacy as a female being. I allowed myself to surrender, submit, and subjugate my tenderness so I died without fulfilling my mission. This life has been an intense learning period. My study has taken me to the brink of death, and up into the heavens of infinite light and love, and then I've become stabilized as a normal person. I have accumulated knowledge that I've not seen in print yet. 

The conclusion I've come to is that we have a light body covering us that is pure love.  The religions called it the "christ". But they have twisted that label around and attached it to someone who lived 2000 years ago, bless his name, and the rest of us are sinners. But it's all been a lie. There are many potential christs walking the earth. The light body which I call the crystal body, is a layer of energy surrounding the physical body and it is unique. It is beautifully formed and it is perfect in every way, for it was created in perfection. Each person's light body is slightly different for purposes of individualization. The creator wants to play and enjoy the pleasures of physicality, so it made a myriad different light bodies. It looks like a diamond crystal with the sunlight streaming through in many colors. It is a prism. It reflects perfection, and it is love. Unconditional love.

Your light body which surrounds you has never been contaminated by human error and the many lifetimes you've lived. It's impossible to corrupt the light body because it is of divine origin. But there are four other, lower, bodies that HAVE been corrupted through trial and error. They are the mental body, emotional body, etheric body (past life records), and the physical body. These have been contaminated in comparison to the light body which is unconditional love. We are human. It is acceptable. It has been our journey.

We've gathered much wisdom in our "away" missions. What works and what doesn't work. We carry unresolved issues still within us, yes, it's true, but our light body is alive and well surrounding us. It courses through the molecules, atoms and cells of the body, but at a very slow trickle in most people. As we learn about this miraculous power intellectually, we can begin to open to it. It can be released so it flows more evenly and bring us more abundance. It is the divine plan for humanity. We've been away and we've been lost. The change coming on us in these days is bringing not only chaos but more understanding. More light, and therefore more love.

This beautiful heavenly light body is a true and real part of who we are. It is a band of light around us waiting to be released and called into play. It is what gives us the feelings of love in its many diverse forms. When we resonate with someone, with a group, or a book or an idea, we can feel it. It's a warming. That means our hearts are opening and the light body is flowing. It is love. It is not personal love, it is heavenly love. Universal love. It is spirit coursing through physical cells and tissues. It gives us emotional feelings. We may feel a sudden impulse to cry because spiritual love releases blocks. Love carries us to higher planes. It is experienced alone as a religious or mystical experience. It can be anywhere. In one's own room at home, or walking in nature or watching the sun rise over a city, and it is experienced when in the arms of a lover, perhaps unexpectedly, when suddenly the heart opens and the earth moves and the angels sing.

But sadly, human romance has been degraded in our hurried, busy culture. There is so little time, that love is harder and harder to find. The love component is often missed in the bedroom. One master recently said that every couple should have a special room set aside strictly for lovemaking. So that the energies are always retained for love. No arguments ever to take place there. Only low lighting, low beautiful music. Everything in harmony.

Love has been removed from our lives by the intense focus on what is occurring in the world. Issues of the day keeps us distracted with a sense of whirling busy-ness. We need to make conscious effort to detach from those issues, if we want to bring love back into our lives. It requires taking time out and slowing down and consciously focusing on love. 

The power of feminine love, what I call spiritual love, has not been released in mankind for eons of time the way it is being released today. It is that sensation that feels beautiful, warm, divine, heavenly and it feels feminine. It is the kind of love that inspires us to want to join and share and make love. It is sacred and it causes a feeling of reverence. This love is available to us at all times. It courses through our bodies, but we don't use it. We've blocked it as a species, as a race. We have not seen it flowing through the community yet. But it will happen. It's coming.

We've been defamed, degraded and defaulted to the lowest common denominator by the consistent mind-bashing of religious preachings of evil, sin, shame, zealotry and bigotry. It is time for religions to go. It is time for humanity to blossom so that love can come out through the beautiful emotional hearts. We haven't seen this yet in the world around us, but we are starting to. It is paying forward the goodness and kindness. 

I have been fortunate to participate in the sexual lifestyle for many years, but at the same time I studied, read and experienced ascended master consciousness. I know  first hand what it looks and feels like and what it can do. It is still there in every human being, or we would not be alive. This is what sustains us. We can forget about it and not know or be aware of it, but it protects us nonetheless while we enjoy our adventures. It is the creator's plan. The creator lives in us through our experiences, and guides us through our instinct and conscience and nudges. What is lacking is education. We have to be exposed to the reality. It is practical. The religions took the concept too far away and made us feel small and sinful. They were wrong to do that. The goddess awakens in us to remind us WE are the gods walking, he's not in the temples and churches.

Our light body is beautiful and right here on the ground. It is the unconditional love in us that wants to see the world at peace and all peoples taken care of with clothes on their back, enough food to eat, clean homes and everyone is safe and loved and happy. That is not beyond our reach. It is our very own inner nature. We are gods walking and we have unconditional love within us to guide us. The search for freedom is this love awakening within the cells of our body. We've been brain-washed to accept the pain and constant hate-talk and bashing of innocence. There is innocence inside us. It hasn't been driven away, it's only been repressed. The feminine side of us is uncovering it now.

Our civilization is not ending, it's just beginning. The end of the old cycle is ending on the stage by shining the spot-light on a devastated landscape of brokenness. But those who are surviving are picking up the pieces by opening their hearts and feeling the grace of unconditional love. Peace to the planet. Love to all beings on the planet. It is already growing and prospering. Those who can't see it are still with the old ways. Enjoy love freely. Enjoy free love. It is not sinful or shameful. Don't cower any more or cover it up, or hide it or lie about it. Don't become deceitful or argumentative, but pass on the openness of love to the children and the younger generations. They already have it. Encourage it in them.

It is through giving and receiving love that we bring forth more of the same to our families, homes and communities. Through unconditional love, not just personal love, we interact and engage with people who are different. We learn how to glean the value from those others who are different and together create something new and better. Through the physical exchange of ideas in a cooperative and kind way, including sexual, love rebuilds broken worlds. We are grounding the spirit into physicality. That's what we are here for. Love needs to be grounded and harmonized and made practical. Then it manifests in beautiful new sustainable buildings, cities, medicine, inventions, art, music, organic government and organic technology without weapons. The goal is to create the quintessential human race.

How could it be sinful to enjoy our physical bodies? If it were truly against the creator's wishes to enjoy pleasurable activities, we would have to give up delicious food, warm bubble baths, relaxing massage, comfortable beds and cushions,  beautiful gardens, fragrant flowers, beautiful music, soft fabrics to wear on our bodies, elegant cars with luxury interiors. But that's ridiculous. Let’s not even go there. Our bodies are built to feel good in every way, including lovemaking. As Candice Pert, a cell biologist said, the human body is neurologically designed for bliss. But in order to get there we have to invoke unconditional love - free love -  because personal love is possessive and creates jealousy, envy, competition and imprisons us.

When true freedom is allowed to shine during intimate encounters, there is automatically a feeling of joy and reverence. It's impossible to hold back the bliss then. The problem is, too many people have been damaged by abusive and controlling sex, which is how spirit is cut off in the body. I’ll talk about this in another article. It’s complicated. A lot of healing is needed. That healing is underway by energy specialists even today. Be assured, sexual healing IS being done. Pills are not going to do it. Maybe in extreme cases pills will help, but patience and nurturance is  required. Spirit knows what to do. Apply unconditional spirit freely with open-hearted praise and forgiveness. This is the power that is waiting to be released.

 7/25/19 - Many beautiful people walk the spiritual path looking up. They are seeking refinement, beauty, love and connectedness. They are to be commended for they are radiating light and love. However, many on that path are thinking and intending that sex ought to be toned down or discarded as a crude or low vibration. Of course there is crudity, grossness and downright negative evil in many forms surrounding sex. Many are indulging on the dark side of sex. There are those who say that sex is perverted. However....

My study of spirituality and sexuality has taken me down into the caverns of the physical body. The light body which Christians call the "Christ body" is alive and well in the average guy and gal walking the street. It is through this light body that the divine plane comes into being. It is how bliss and rapture flow through the body. It is the driving force behind sex. If we deny that feeling, we are not doing the job we came to do, which is to master the physical body and be the driving force within it. What causes sex to become perverted so that people are damaged, hurt and come away abused and traumatized is simple - there is not enough love involved.

If there is not enough love involved in the sex act, well, that cuts out a lot of people. But insted of casting blame, let's start to make corrections in the sex act. It's a logical place to start in the enlightenment process. More education is needed. Of the helpful kind, not the blame kind. The first step in the education process is to look at the differences between men and women. Or better put, between masculine energy and feminine energy. Feminine love is different from masculine love, BUT women have been following the male version for eons. It's difficult to see women as loving when they are critical, obnoxious, catty and jealous. They've been damaged.

Since masculine energy has been in control and feminine energy (love) has been denied and repressed, there is an abnormal amount of cruelty, resentment, anger, loneliness, confusion, hunger, hurt and downright violence in the effort to get what one feels one deserves. This is a sign that the civilization is unbalanced. No one person can be blamed. There is simply not an equal amount of feminine energy flowing through the ONE PERSON, as there is masculine energy. The feminine energy is all-loving in an all-inclusive way. It's not personal. It's not jealous. It is open and spontaneously caring to others and wanting to please, but often it can be overwhelming and intimidate others, in which case he or she is unbalanced and has too much feminine energy. A balance would be a person who is open and spontaneously caring to others, wanting to please others, but also intelligent, aware and discerning of others in any given situation. This would be a good sign that masculine energy is also present (intelligence, practical and logical). It takes both masucline and feminine energy to be in balance to bring about balance. Unbalanced sex is the culprit of so much of our wrongness. Bringing forth balance requires that we bring forth more of the DIVINE feminine, not the personal feminine who is hungry and lonely and off-kilter. Both men and women are needing this balance and everyone has a different ratio presently flowing. It is up to each person to self-examine for traits of unbalance, one way or the other.

Most people, especially women, are present in the sex act on a one-dimensional level only, or two dimensions at best, with some extremely rare exceptions.  It's physical only. Yet, we have four vastly different facets to our makeup. We have a physical body, an emotional body, a mental body and an etheric body. The etheric body has hundreds of our other lifetimes present whenever we have sex. And so does the one we are having sex with. These energies intermingle. The physical body acts one way, often there are physical problems. The mental body thinks another way, and the emotional body is feeling all sorts of things that are not aligned with the mental or physical. Now, if the mental, emotional, etheric bodies in each person were better in alignment, the love energy could trickle down into the physical body better. Then they could make more beautiful love between them.  Imbalance is created by being out of balance and out of alignment. It will take some education.

My entire life's journey (in this body) is leading to a culmination of understanding about sex and love. I'll be writing more about it in days to come.  Right now, the feminine love energy is not present during the normal sex act as we know it today. But, who knows? Who can see into bedrooms? I speak from personal experience through the swinging lifestyle, which has an element of liberation, and also from my friends outside the lifestyle. Feminine love is not an act. It is a presence like the sun. And like the sun it can be clouded over and dulled even into a state of darkness, or it can shine with such brilliance it overwhelms others and warms them and attracts them.

This is the power in women that has not been released. It is the goddess energy. It's in the cells and only another woman can release it and draw it out because like attracts like. Men can magnetize personal love in a woman, because men have a different biology in their cells. It is a personal power that the male body contains. Men and women attract each other but men dominate in the patriarchal traditional way which we have become accustomed to. In reality sex, or lovemaking, whichever you prefer, is a battle between two natural powers flowing in opposite directions. When a man and woman become close enough to influence each other, as in physical relationship or simply sexual intimacy, each must adapt and adjust to the other. Personality choices are built upon moral, religious or cultural beliefs, but there is something else - a natural LOVE - which is designed to fit well together that has nothing to do with human beliefs. It is a divine love from on high, like from the sun, which is no respecter of persons, places or things. It flows easily outward when a similar love is present or a reason to flow. It is meant to flow. It is meant to shine. It is the goddess energy, and it exists in both parties. 

But the personal mix, based on belief systems, preferences, desires, hungers, needs, all cut this natural love down to personal size. It enters the picture as a "spin" on the playing field. But it COULD be a beautiful intimate act if both were in reverence of one another above and beyond "the spin". So often there is tension and compromise. This one-on-one dynamic that occurs in relationships hurts the relationship because of the differences each imposes that is less than pure love. It drops a veil down over and love, adoration, reverence, the sense of sanctity which comes from on high, can't get through. Human beings are on a journey to learn how to surrender the small personal "spin" and let love flow naturally. Surrender is a good term. 

The power that is in the cells of both genders, is a divine power that is divinely split for the purpose of having duality. The split is natural and both male and female are flowing with natural divine power. The problem is the personal "spin" that has been adapted to. The natural divinity flows both ways, in both parties, and it is LOVE but the personal aspects have cut it down to not-love. Love has been left out of the equation.  However, there is a saving grace. The female body is designed with the original blueprint. Her body is designed to flow love. When she is free and liberated, she flows impersonal love freely, which gives her a natural motherly presence which cares for all living things and the earth itself. She is the nurturer. The male body is designed to focus on form, structure and organization, which must by necessity exclude that which doesn't fit the scenario he's trying to build. Enter the human imbalances (complexities) and the male body and female body have become opposites, when they are designed to be complements to one another, like hands in gloves. And can be again.

The emergence of women's empowerment groups and goddess circles  is not a human endeavor but the birthing of the goddess within - the mother god. The father god is formless and remains above while the mother goddess is built into the form and the structure. The goddess is a universal, creative power that does not move. It is silent. It exists everywhere as a support for form. This power has been buried. Repressed. Denied. Tortured. Put to death by hanging, fire, rape, shock.  As a result, it is veiled. The women in the Middle East symbolize this by covering their faces. The mother god power is a mystic power. It is not controlled by the personality or the intelligence which has been learned in the present life. This power is like the sun that shines. It does not depend upon a mental understanding. We don't have to know how it works but after many lifetimes, many, many, many, of trial and error, we learn to trust it. Some people have had more lifetimes than others, so they carry more wisdom. Others are relatively new in the human scene and have much to learn. But eventually we all learn that there IS a higher power that performs through us, and is not "us" as a personality. It's not a human power. It is something supremely bigger and more intelligent. It is the intelligence that lives behind chaos that, if allowed to play out, forms workable and sometimes beautiful, exquisite designs. This supremely huge power has not been released yet, but it is starting to come forth. The women's empowerment movement is not a movement of human personalities, though it may appear that way. It is being supported by an increase in the goddess flowing forth. 

The goddess power does not depend on prior knowledge. It comes from within the body's cellular imprinting of emotional experience, much of which has been buried. It will surface along with the emotional memories of trauma and repression. Once the body's cells have learned to trust this supremely vast power, then the soul who lives in the body will be able to come through better. The power is pure spirit. It is the Oneness. It is unconditional. It has never been tampered with, or corrupted or diluted. When this love starts to melt the veil composed of many lifetimes of corruption, transformation begins.  One may experience feeling out of the body in great bliss for periods of time. Then it recedes until the next time. Soaring and receding, and gradually the vast power that has been repressed starts to melt the veil and one experiences liberation on a soul level. 

If this power had been free to express through the female over the centuries, we would be living in paradise today. Men would be free in their own form of naturalness. What we call goddess energy is the same power that the mystics, sages and saints have tapped down through the ages. It was supernatural during the dark periods of mankind's history, but in the enlightened periods it came easily to men and women. Great strides were made as minds were cleared of confusion, as we see in ancient ruins of magnificent temples. Goddess power is a natural power available at all times. We are entering a new age of enlightenment. While we are barely in the early days of this new cycle, it will become brighter as time goes on. It is bringing the female out of hiding. She does not need training because her body is designed to carry light, the same energy as love.

The female biology is built to energetically shine support as a presence to all of life. It supports the male purpose of building in form and structure. Feminine balances the masculine.  I'm not qualified to speak on male power, only on the feminine. I am emerging out from under the veil of feminine repression and this is how I'm experiencing. As I said on the home page, Anakosha is my platform. I am writing about my journey and now the male energy is coming more into focus. Male energy focuses on materializing on the physical plane. He makes physical structures by eliminating what does not fit the desired plan. He excludes what doesn't belong in his picture. Materializing is matter-realizing. One must focus intensely on what he wants to materialize. He doesn't have room for the all-inclusiveness of the female. My journey has been through the maze of trying to understand why men and women are so at odds. Why there is so much suffering? Now, towards the end of life cycle, I see how we have become separated. Sex has been the means by which men have dominated women. Lovemaking by itself is not the culprit. Men were afraid of her powers of freedom, and he called it "looseness". He removed the love from the lovemaking and reduced the magical act of lovemaking to physical penetration.  Sex without love. Sex alone, without reverence and sublime adoration together between each other, may bring the male to a bliss state through the orgasm but it is temporary and short-lived. It leaves the female wanting. See how soon he wants more? And more? And more? In the end he does not receive the love he so desperately wishes for. He thinks he can get it from physical sex alone. but he can't. In the end he is just as lonely as the woman he boinked.

In the original design, the female is a divine counter-balance for the male to assure that he doesn’t go too far down into the density of the concrete life. On the other hand, the male is a divine counter-balance for the female to assure she doesn’t go too far into the non-physical and lose touch with the ground. The need here is to re-establish the love energies WITHIN ONESELF up to par with the masculine energies so there is a balance. In those who are too feminine and without boundaries, they are to re-establish the masculine energies and ability to focus on boundaries and structure WITHIN ONESELF up to par with their feminine energies. There are techniques I will bring forth in time to exercise with. Bringing balance to one's world will transform one's life and the relationships within it. It takes self-examination in meditation with the higher self. One must listen to the inner voice of the heart - and pay attention! Take notes! 

Love enters a couple's relationship when there is reverence, sanctity and sacredness coming from both partners. When this is present before penetration, as in a quieting time together in preparation for surrendering to the higher self, the lovemaking act may be profound. Deep fulfillment may occur on both sides. This can be done in degrees, little by little, to test it and experience the results. The higher power is not present in a "quickie". The presence of reverence and adoration for oneself must be cultivated as a way of life, which then spills over to the beloved. Practice is required. It starts with a 15 minute meditation together on love and reverence for one another. Consider this as sanctifying the upcoming lovemaking act. Before rubbing and caressing stage and before penetration. It begins the unifying process. It brings the partners together better into alignment, called oneness. This is a next step in our evolution to higher levels of life and consciousness. It is done through loving reverence to the higher powers within self and each other, bringing them together. We are forgiven for not knowing. We were not taught. The absence of such sanctity of sex and love was imposed eons ago. It was not an accdient that we have been kept separate and in confusion over sex.

The first Tantric teachings taught it, but that was in a more enlightened period in human history. We lost the teachings when the dark cycle came upon us. There are natural cycles around the central sun, half of which keep us in the dark and ignorant, half of which is in the light. The dark has been called the Kali Yuga in Indian texts. We are emerging into another period of enlightenment. This is knowledge coming from BENEVOLENT extraterrestrials. They are here to help us remember and awaken. Our current culture has not identified the importance of love yet.  Sex is a foundational power out of which human beings grow upward to more spirituality. Sex is like the bottom of a ladder with two legs on the ground and we start there and climb up. There is no end to the top side. But first we have to own the bottom of the ladder within ourselves and add the principle of caring and loving the other. That's the beginning of the climb to the next rung.  We are to learn the principles of love, and stop the selfish acts of pushiness and demands.

Free feminine love would shine naturally as a feeling of warm openness and freedom and nurturing goodness during the sex act, but so many women have been damaged. Men too. Love has been taken away. It's just physical now, focused on the orgasm. Sexual perversion is the result. The freedom to love warmly, naturally, openly and freely with someone who is also warmly, naturally, open and free to reciprocate with enjoyment and pleasure, without guilt or shame or the need to hide it, would take the two lovers to the highest their souls are willing to go. 

When physical and spiritual love are equal in the lovemaking act, it is both human and divine playing together, bodies remaining on the bed and minds and spirits soaring aloft. We are designed to enjoy it. Love is a gift from the gods, but we've been tampered with. When used to the highest and surrendering the higher self forces within, then together they expand to include other dimensions. They blend and merge into oneness. They are doing what the gods expect them to do, what they were designed to do. Most of all they experience bliss not onlly together, but individually. They grow from each togetherness act, but they do not need to own or possess each other.  Their greater love defines them. They know it now, who they are. There is a greater benefit from taking time to prepare for lovemaking, to prepare for reverence and adoration.  If one person is pushing for a fast orgasmic release by dominating the other, then it's one-side. The other person is not engaged. It is one-sided and orgasm for one is selfish when it doesn't include the other.

6/23/19 - Around 3 am this past Friday I woke from dead sleep to wide awake and sparkling alert. Energy was popping in me. My muscles twitched. I undulated. I wiggled, tossed and turned. A half hour of this and I got up and went downstairs and out into the pasture in the dark. I grabbed a cotton sheet on the way. I keep a chair out by the burn pile so I put the cotton sheet on the wet grass for my bare feet (against insects) and sat down. The moon was overhead 3/4’s full. It cast a soft white glow in the ground fog under the trees. I tried to silence the popping enthusiasm in me but couldn’t. I was exhilarated. I was in joy. I was ready to start dancing but instead I started chanting and clapping my hands - in deference to my age. I wished I had a drum. There were sparkles in the atmosphere and there were rays coming off the trees and shining from the ground and even coming from ME. I was radiating! Suddenly I remembered - today is solstice. I forgot. I thought it was Saturday. There have been warnings of new cosmic waves coming in. An hour and half later I came in from the pasture, still not tired, and started this newsletter but didn't finish it until today.

I am writing a newsletter because a few people have been inquiring and I feel obligated. There's really nothing to report. What’s happening with Anakosha and the women’s circles? Well, actually I’m at peace. The need to start the women's circles or massage circles or anything else, has disappeared. I’ve been tapping into the larger picture, and it’s SO big that I'm dissolving into it. There's too much going on and I can't focus on the small things. The GoddessSphere letters which were going mostly to women are fading away. The bigger picture is absorbing my attention. And that is that MEN are just as important as the women in this shift of the ages. 

I am replacing the Anakosha logo today with the GoddessSphere logo, as it better depicts the process of merging masculine and feminine together. The former logo of a man and woman facing each other implies duality.  (picture of logo)

Each of them are looking in opposite directions. In the GoddessSphere logo, I see the planet as the masculine or physical aspect of our oneness, and the curvy shape of the woman as the feminine, or spiritual aspect of our oneness. Our masculine engages with the outer world and is ultra busy, and our feminine engages with the silence within - that infinite love which holds the planet together so it doesn‘t go too far out or come unglued.

I am seeing that we as a culture are lacking in the holding of the silence and infinite love. We are both physical and non-physical equally. Both masculine and feminine equally. Both matter and spirit. Men and women are not different after all. Underneath the biological (physical) differences, we are the same spirit. It is only where we place our attention that makes us different. Putting attention on the outside world and the chaos that exists there, draws us to become involved in human affairs where we remain limited to human knowledge and keep recycling it. We try to fix things from a narrow base. It is the masculine approach to focus on the outer world and want to make them better, but instead it captures us into a darker matrix without the counterbalance of the infinite powers of silence and receptivity within. The feminine.

The feminine is the silent side of us, the receiving side, the hope-filled, faith-filled, reverent and prayerful side of us that looks up. This side of us has been forgotten and almost lost. But not quite. The link is still there. It is the connection to the peace within. Because we reside in a masculine-oriented, overly-agitated world, one which nearly killed off the feminine or spiritual side of us, humanity is degenerated into confusion. We have messed up royally. Only the rare few have switched over to the contemplative life and transcended the chaos, although more and more people are considering it. Those few don’t pay much attention to the saber-rattling or politics. They live quietly in the world, enjoying the diversity and adventures just like everyone else. I know I do. 

It's a quieter life. A peaceful life. A higher consciousness. I am married to someone who doesn’t think like me or believe like me, but it doesn't matter. We have worked it out. We enjoy an inner life AND an outer life. It's a balance and it's exciting. It's a journey of a growing realization that I'm on my own path and he's on his own and the only thing we can give each other is love. Not advice, not correction, not fixing, but just our presence. I used to want more. I used to dream big and want to do things to help and change and move mountains out of the way. But that's all going away now. I find myself with not enough time in the day to complete the process of living in the now. I'm experiencing wholeness. I feel as if I am home. It's not a stagnant feeling, but a rich and abundant feeling. Moving into a higher consciousness is not leaving the planet bit coming into the present moment, which is so full there isn't enough time to enjoy it all.  The here and now is busy, not stillness. The process of coming into the present means leaving the baggage behind. I've been dropping off my hopes and dreams and desires and plans and projects along the way. Today, this moment, is jam-packed with more than I can handle.

OK. Moving on. The feminine movement. I started out several months ago focusing on the women's movement. I wrote about it and moved through it and learned a lot. Now I see that the women's movement applies just as much to men as it does to women. Women are the first to respond to the increased radiation from the sun (the warming of the planet) because their bodies are built to receive spiritual flows. They are the connecting link. Women hold the center for the form world so the male body can use it to build. Men use this spiritual power to push the boundaries further out into form. They invent, imagine, build space ships and sadly war machines. Men focus attention outward. In the primitive times of human history, men were the ones to leave the camp fire and go exploring, hunting and gathering whatever they had a desire for. New territory perhaps or new tribes. Men are built to wander (no pun intended) while women tend the fires and kids at home. Women are the hub of the wheel while the wheel turns and traverses rocky ground.

However, the new woman is not going to stay at home. Just the opposite, in fact. She is going out there and starting to make her own way in the world. She is creating a new image of what a woman should be. She is no longer subservient. In addition, the new man is also changing, some are even stay-at-home dads while the wife starts a career. Many of the older generation are struggling with this change in our culture. Their fixed focus on "how it used to be", is not working for them any more. Hang onto your hats, the ground is moving. It's going to take time to adjust to the new roles of men and women. It's going to take more open-mindedness, and the quicker the better.

It is important to point out that the feminine side of a man is no different than the feminine side of a woman. The feminine in all of us is our spiritual nature. This has been largely dismissed or ignored. Or relegated to religion and dropouts. But we are mentally, emotionally and energetically, fully 50% spiritual (meaning feminine) and 50% physical (meaning masculine). We have not been equally blended in the long history of our past, which has caused us to be unbalanced. 50/50 would bring a wonderful balance to humankind. The new women's movement is a correction period. We are showing us the way to blend our humanness with our god-like natures. How we do this is unique to each person. It is a soul journey. How we begin to live more restfully, more kind and tolerant and wise, is up to each person alone. 

How we cultivate our feminine side is what makes us each unique. Our personality radiates out to others and reveals either a sensitive and kind person, or an up-tight angry and abrupt person in danger of exploding. We reflect our humanness, but we may also reflect as like a child of the sun, of the creator, of god or goddess, or whatever name or you don't have to call it a name. Call it feminine. But the patriarchy has not allowed the feminine in us, the spiritual in us, to be free. It has killed it off over the centuries. In men especially. Men don't easily accept the feminine side of themselves. They don't cry. Real men don't cry.

What is feminine, anyway, but the ability to feel and express freely the joy of spontaneity. It is living the feeling as it flows. It the power that comes from the sun, and it reflects the higher angel in us. It is pure delight, noble, loving, happy. It is caring, compassionate, kind and tolerant. It is beauty, refinement, dignity, grace. It is all of the qualities that human beings admire. But for some reason they have been rejected in favor of the coarse and ugly. We know what feminine is but it has been held back. When it is held back, we become frustrated. The free play of beautiful high emotions is not allowed. They are illegal. Only the grief, pain and suffering are allowed and amplified in human nature. The feminine side of us - the full 50% of our spirituality - has been suppressed. The pure and beautiful divine side of us has been repressed. This is what the feminine represents. It's quite different from the definitions of today.

The goal of the women’s movement is not to separate and divide against the men. It is to embody the qualities of the high feminine, the higher nature, the spiritual nature. The women's movement is to resurrect what patriarchy has almost killed off the planet. The women's movement is a remembering what has been lost. Women don't know it, but they have the closest link to it. The traditions that are upheld today are  masculine creations. Men were afraid of women and needed to control them. Otherwise women would love everyone free and they didn't want to everyone to be free. Control was a masculine trait. Even the male church didn't want women to be free or love to be free. The spiritual values are myriad. They shine like the sun, but they were curtailed. Clipped. And decency became unnatural. Love has been the enemy of the dark side of human nature, held back out of need to be the controller. 

Today we are seeing a turn of events. More women are waking up. They are entering the political and commercial sector and showing a natural talent for it. How do the women know what to do? Where are they getting their talent? They are activating their masculine side. Women are tapping into their own prior life histories. Men are doing the same thing as they activate their feminine side. 

Both women and men are shifting to strengthen their weaker sides and softening their stronger sides. Male extremism has been in control  for thousands of years, believing in the rule: “Real men don’t cry“, which is a lie. Men DO cry, they just don‘t show it. They repress it and the repressed emotions turn into selfishness, competition, loneliness and bitterness. We have seen it in creaky, brittle old men. As men break out of that creaky old box of rules that has caused so much pain in the world, they are experiencing release. We have a ways to go yet, but it's coming. Men of every culture have been burdened by extraordinary responsibilities simply because they were born a boy, and it's not fair.  We have the potential of a life of pure delight, happiness, freedom and balance when we live the 50/50 balance of feminine and masculine.
Becoming emotionally free is perhaps the first thing to consider in experiencing peace. Owning one's emotions means acknowledging it, sharing it with a trusted friend or at the very least, journaling it into words to review later. This will cultivate your feminine side. Plus leading the contemplative life by taking three times out during the day in silence and reverence. This is the feminine side of human nature. It has been ignored and laughed at.

There are women who have lost touch with their feminine side too. It's not just men. Angry and embittered women also need to cultivate their higher nature. It is a personal responsibility to own and express and sanctify their higher nature and stop bending the knee and compromising with the lower levels of life. Groveling is an ugly word, but people do it when they give their power away to less-qualified people. No reason is good enough to do this because there is a link to the divine within the human heart, and it could be accessed. It's up to each person to look for it and practice opening the heart. Investing in little acts of truth or kindness or taking a stand for decency is a beginning. It starts out with small things to make a change. Instead of fading into the background pretending to be invisible, stepping up to the plate is how one turns a downward spiraling life. 

Recognizing that there are men who are more feminine and women who are more masculine, we see that we simply can't divide the genders down the middle and put women on the left and the men on the right. We are quite intermingled and mixed up. We are all one species called human. It's called in higher spheres and other civilizations, the Adam Kadmon. Our human species exists everywhere in the universe.  It’s time to address the truth.

We've all lived many lifetimes before this one, and on other planets too. We've lived in both male bodies and female bodies and in many different cultures. We are the human species - gods in training. Other types of species do exist, also gods in training, but we are the human species and there is a divine blueprint mixed in with our DNA. Our mission is to fulfill the human blueprint by becoming masters of all conditions we face. We've lived and learned through many lifetimes and in many different circumstances, so we have the wisdom and experience stored in our cells. We've lived as rich and poor, as royalty and commoner, as famous and infamous, as  saint and sinner, and we've been guided by the homing instinct of our oversoul. The higher self is guiding us to fulfill the dream - the divine blueprint that is locked within the human DNA. Our blueprint knows what we should look like and behave like. It's time we recovered it. It brings great joy and peace, knowledge and abilities beyond what we've known up to now.

Men have been women in past lives, and women have been men. We switch genders to keep a fairly equal balance on our progress forward. Can you imagine what you'd be like today if you had been a woman in, say, 99 lifetimes in a row? Or if you were a man in all 99 lifetimes, what would you be like today? The soul switches back and forth to maintain an overall perspective. In the meantime we get to enjoy our male and female bodies. We explore them in every which way. The divine in us is the driver, leading us to achieve balance, but we need to have a full 50% feminine active in our genes. Until we do, we are unbalanced.

Reincarnation is commonly accepted in other cultures, and is becoming more accepted in the United States. But consider - it’s not easy to be a boy when the last three or four livetimes you were female. As a boy today you would still feel you are a female in your instincts and innate abilities. Your energy bodies need time to adapt to a a male body. They say it takes three lifetimes to adjust switching sexes. This would account for the feelings of gays and lesbians being born into wrong bodies or being repulsed by the opposite sex. It is a sign that the veil is thinning, allowing individuals to tune into past lives. The energy body, called the etheric body, is real. It contains the whole history of the individual. Flashes of deja vu are memories seeping through to the conscious mind. It behooves us to pay attention. Talk about it. Share it. Acknowledge it. It is the wisdom of the higher self making itself known to the lower self. The soul is in charge of past life knowledge. Why resist it? Feel it. Emotions are feelings. Work with what you've got. Adapt to your growing largeness. Tune into your oversoul, your feminine side. Ask questions of your higher self and watch for how the answer is revealed. It will surprise you. This is what feminine people do. They are connected to their divine within.

6/8/19 - During a meditation recently this information started pouring into my mind. There is a massive blockage in the solar plexus. Mental processing takes place in this area - the third chakra allows in your mental abilities, it doesn’t come through the brain.  You think your mind is in your brain but the brain is merely the computer for the body. It is not the spirit of the body. The computer has taken over the body, like in your movies where the computer starts thinking on its own and makes war on the humans. This is what the ego does but the brain is the little man, the little woman, not the real person. The real man, the real woman thinks through the solar plexus region. It is here that the information from higher self comes in to you. Your higher self is the larger you, the divine immortal self who survives death and makes decisions. This comes through as a stream of awareness through the solar plexus chakra. Because you don’t know this, the information is not being maintained or recognized. You know it as gut instinct but you notice it only when you have a negative reaction. The information that comes in very alert and sensitive but because it is not being acknowledged, it becomes garbled and builds up a massive confusion in the area of the solar plexus until it becomes a huge ball of twisted strands of unresolved ideas, concepts, principles and awarenesses that haven‘t been processed. It is time to clear that area by knowing it is there. Acknowledge it and begin focusing down there. There are several ways to clear the area. One way is by chanting through your solar plexus the OM, which means “I Am!’ or simply “I Am!“ while holding an intention of clearing the area of darkness and confusion. Imagine a sun shining in here, very intense, very bright. Mentally chant “I Am clearing. I Am clearing. I Am clearing. I Am! I Am! I Am!” Breathe into the solar plexus while mentally chanting the “I Am”, the OM. See the sun shining there. Do this for 5 or 15 minutes, as long as you can. The longer the better. This area is the big block that prevents the energy rising up from your sensual feelings in the genitals to the heart. The block is in your solar plexus. Your body is designed to raise the energy from the tail bone or first chakra, up through the central column to the heart and then the head, to circulate energy all through your body, but this solar plexus block is holding it down to the genital, sexual/sacral center, the second chakra. So you can’t raise the energy up to the heart, head and higher.

5/27/19 -  Be conscious of extending upness, the light of an upward consciousness. Happiness and carefree delight.  So you are confused. Delightful!  What you DO with these confusions is the greatest opportunity you will ever have.  The confusing onslaught of light energies is God's energies, is God - use them to shape and mold your divine personage.  What YOU do with your confusing energies is uniquely you.  Figure them out, play with them, instill them with your uniqueness.  Make them your own and become the Immortal Self.  Remember love.  Some focus on freedom, some on truth, some on ascension flame, some on joy, some on healing.  Each of the masters has chosen an attribute to mold his thoughts and feelings around.  What will you mold yours around?  What is the most important attribute to you?  

The meaning of grounded is feeling like you are a part of the earth, that you belong here, not a foreigner.  As you develop this sense, you descend more physically into your body. You are not your body; you are consciousness becoming conscious of your body. As you develop a sense of being part of the earth, you rearrange molecules in your environment to suit you. Becoming descending more physically into your body is connecting with the feminine energies, earth energies. When you bring the light of your consciousness to earth, you "ground" yourself. You live here better and more firmly.  Whenever you close your eyes, picture gold light  - for you are a golden light - condensing within your form.  You are capturing your own essence as gold light into your body when you stop giving it away to other people and allowing others to vampirise your energies. 

When someone asks questions, seemingly picking on you, know that it is only because they sense you know things they don't know and this is their way of getting you to talk. Our advice to you is, don't give them answers to their questions; give them what they need according to your perceptions.  Be astute.  We give you new inspirations every day to keep you ever active and moving.  Give THEM new inspirations beyond their questioning.  Their world is fixed within carefully defined borders, help them to break down those boundaries, for that is what they seek.  They want to move on as do you.  We will keep you mentally stimulated. Our meditations are designed to increase your vibrancy and agility. Your world is being agitated, like water boiling on a stove, letting off steam.  Go with the energy flow and don't resist.  Do what is before you and don't worry about what is ahead or behind.  One step at a time. Stay in your center.  Strive to stay grounded here and now.

5/2/19 - Last week I slipped on wet tile and ended up with bruises, nothing broken, just stressed and strained muscles. After my own home remedies eased some of the soreness I went to David whom I haven't seen in a while for one of his fabulous massages. David is sponsored on this website on the MASSAGE page here. And WOW! I had forgotten why he is there. It is THIS that I want to write about today, because under his corrective touch I remembered. 

As everyone knows who reads this website, love motivates me. It's not personal. I'm not seeking a lover. I've been there and done that enough to last me several lifetimes and it's a dead end. No. There's a greater love that I'm interested in. It's metaphysical, transitional, spiritual, yet we are all human. Where have we failed? The kind of love that motivates me is much greater than a romantic connection with one person. Words fail to define it. Is it the search for the holy grail? It's not a physical sensation but something wider, more liberating, more all encompassing. Everyone is seeking it. It's a life force.

When I discovered David four years ago it was a connection that expanded and blossomed in friendship. We explored the concept of love intellectually, not as lovers would normally do. David channels a life force in a way that goes beyond the traditional male-female connection. That's why he also does Tantric Massage successfully. Tantric Massage is not personal. He works with the life force of the body and re-connects meridians and pathways so the body is nourished and fed with more life. It's a living energy that I received during my massage and it liberated me so I was talking a blue streak, I realized later. I couldn't stop the flow.  This is part of my discovery as I continue to explore what love is. This is not love as much as it is a life force. It's not what men and women call "love" because it's not personal. I started out calling it love but now I'm trying to define it and learn its true nature. What is the secret behind love? What is the source? It doesn't come from human beings but it comes THROUGH human beings. It seems to require a connection with human beings. We can't find it all alone, by ourselves, at home. We need to engage with others. I must conclude that love is created through the CONNECTION.

There is a saying, "Love isn't something that was put here to stay. Love isn't love 'til it's given away." Our race, our culture has reduced love to an intellectual word and woven "love" into vows and promises that are fake and superficial. What is the real essence of love? We have bought into the reductionist approach hook, line and sinker. The reductionist approach is taking something you can't understand and reduce it to words or physical parts. As I study love out past the personal, sexual, friendships and on into forests and mountains and starry skies and further out into the Milky Way galaxy, because love is so hard to find here on the ground, I find myself coming back to myself. Love is in ME! I'm trying to find real love in other people but it's impossible unless I have found it within myself first.

David wakes me up to remembering that I am loved. He is a loving person. He channels love like the sun which shines on everyone alike, equally, without favorites. As young people when we find someone who we THINK is the source of love for us, we start to date them, and marry them, and then find it is less than we thought. For most people it wasn't really love after all, as things begin to go down hill. Again, where have we failed? So now when I find someone who is makes me feel more alive, what I have been calling "love", I don't turn it personal. I don't try to possess him, own him or date him (or her). No! No! No! That's totally the wrong thing to do because they are awakening something in me. I am supposed to receive it gladly, with gratitude, with happiness, that this "something" is activating in me. This personal is healing me, by reminding me that I am love. That there is love in me, clarity in me, excitement in me, freedom in me. I feel love because love is INSIDE me. Real love is always inside us. If it seems someone is giving us love, the wrong impulse is to credit that person for having something we don't have. We have been taught to look for someone outside us for answers. We were not taught to look INSIDE us for answers, and yet that's where love resides: inside us.

Real love is infinite and inside us. It is shining down on us as light. It comes through the portal of the sun, which receives it from a greater central sun and a still greater grander sun and so on. Light is shining down on us as individuals. This is an ascended master teaching. And each one of us is a baby sun in the making. Someday we too will be an ascended master shining down on others. But first we have to learn how to find the love inside us and KEEP building on that love and learn how to shine our love out to other people, and allow other people to shine their love back to us freely. Without owning each other or possessing each other or controlling each other by becoming jealous and restrictive.

Love is the energy of heaven. Love is universal, not personal. We human beings have made it personal, and we have a right to do that as we choose, but it is unwise to control, demand, disrespect or get angry at someone because they do not allow themselves to be "owned" or "possessed". We are evolving our freedom to express love and become the love within us. We are learning to recognize  the source of love is the life force of all creation. And it's there for us to enjoy, to give, to use for inspiring, for healing, for growing, for sharing, for creating families, new inventions, art, science, music and cleaner atmospheres, forests, oceans and mountains.  Love is the little particles sparkling in the air in the sun. Love comes through the sun as it shines on all creatures, great and small, without favoritism. As we grow in understanding how infinite love is, we don't want to build walls around people. We want to share ourselves with them freely, without owning them or being jealous of their time.

This is what I feel - and remember - when David massages me because that's what we talked about 4 years ago. What he is good at, is reflecting back to me my own inspiration and I am freer and larger and wiser when I leave him. I feel things and I know things that I'd forgotten.  I'm not even aware of what he's doing to my muscles - that's his job to work on the muscles - I'm engaged in receiving and feeling. I allow the feeling to grow. I don't shut it off. There is a quickening. An alertness. A remembrance. An intelligence. And I am starting to shine on the inside. I say things without thinking. I'm free to talk without censoring. I am more liberated. More awake. I am returning to the harmony that was broken in my fall and perhaps was broken from prior to the fall. This is the love that is not personal and yet it is very personal for I am returning to my own love inside. My search leads me back to myself as the source.

David is a muscle therapist. He is very good at it. But he is also an open conduit for the life force. I am sure there are others who also do this, but I don't know any. His hands are warm like the sun and while he works the muscles, that life force shines through his hands automatically and makes me blossom - like when a flower which has been indoors all its life is put outside in the sun and rain. It starts to thrive. It automatically grows upward, reaching towards the source. It's natural. It's instinctive. It's evolutionary. The sun evolves everything that comes into its radiation. Famous mystics and spiritual teachers have the gift and people flock to them for this radiation. Quickening the source of love inside a body is what a master does, or a therapist with warm hands. 

A quirky little fall on the tiles led me to go get a massage from David again. I wouldn't have gone without a reason. But I think it was more than the fall. It was time for me to receive more life force. A healing is when the body grows itself back together again, after a fall or accident or trauma. The body has the ability to heal itself, but this ability hasn't been awakened yet. In our current dumbed-down, limited belief culture, it takes  human beings who are marvelously awake to not only assist in repairing, but in advancing and expanding beyond former boundaries into full consciousness. We can't do it alone in the current state of mass hypnosis of not-love. We are meant to touch, to hold, to care, to love one another without restrictions that have hemmed us in with huge taboos.  But we must touch, hold, care and love one another. It's not personal.

The therapist isn't the source of the healing. The therapist is skilled in working the parts because of training.  What is the source of the healing? Ahhhh!  Where is the love?  It is inside of the person, covered over. It needs to be awakened. It needs to be remembered.

4/18/19 - This morning during meditation I asked for help in how to use my mind to better advantage and felt to post what I learned here. Others might gain from my experiences. Ascended Master Djwal Khul, known as DK, was a Tibetan Buddhist in his last life before ascension. He has been a silent adviser to me for over 40 years, bringing me guidance through both thick and thin situations. Ascended Masters are not known by many people, but they are real and more information is becoming accessible in these days that reveal who they really are. I am inclined to mention them just to plant seeds. Only in the last 5 years did I discover DK is a teacher of Tantra, that is, divine Tantra, meaning INNER Tantra. One studies ones inner workings alone to bring one's own masculine and feminine energies into balance. Tantra means “web” in Sanskrit, referring to one's inner web of life.

I consulted with Master DK this morning because I continued to feel unsure how to focus my mind. He showed me yesterday but I still had questions.  My question is: Should I direct my mind by actively forming visualizations and verbalizing decree work (affirmations)? Or should I allow my mind to wander peacefully without thought, which is my natural default program?

Yesterday he said, “Observe your mind. Simply observe. Remain in peace and watch the thoughts that enter your mind. Don’t chase them, just watch them. See where they are coming from. If they are coming from you there will be a feeling, a wanting to follow them, a passion, an interest, an excitement to the thought. Then you know it is coming from you, initiated by your higher self. If the thought does not appeal to you, if you sense even just a little, that you don’t want to follow that thought, or you don’t like that thought, why go with it? Why analyze it? Why even resist it? Remain in your peaceful state. Why would you want to leave your peaceful state? You like being peaceful. Why leave it to answer the call of another thought that you don’t even want? Watch your thoughts. Pay attention to your feelings in response to the thoughts. Observe while staying in your peace.” 

That was yesterday. Today, when I asked him again, DK showed me how I am distracted by what I assimilate from other people, “even from the Ascended Masters themselves."  Apparently when I read something from the masters this morning, dictations through a channeling, no matter how enlightened and beautiful it was, something grabbed hold of me and I was confused over what to do with it. DK said to me: "When you entertain what other people are saying, you are called outside and away from your central core, which is your natural comfort zone. It’s like when someone taps you on the shoulder and you turn to see who it is, you are pulled away from where you were going and may forget what path you were on. You break connection with your inner self."

He went on to say, "This is the state of the world today. It happens to everyone. The world has grown to become chaotic. Your world keeps you on alert, tense and ready to leap into action. It keeps you from your own  path. It prevents you from being centered in your natural, inner comfort. There is a lower comfort zone and a higher comfort zone. Your lower comfort zone is lethargic,  stationary, your energies are not moving. You may feel comfortable in a dull, sleepy way, but it is a low vibration. Your higher comfort zone is active, exciting, with a light step and eager enthusiasm. Your energies are moving in a positive upward way. This is where you should strive to be. You contain a perfect blueprint within, the perfection of what you are striving to become and how to get there and  what attitudes you should entertain. In other words, your perfection is ever accessible to you in the higher vibrations, but not accessible in the lower. Strive to be in your higher vibrations. It is the way to tap into the immaculate concept and the divine template for you as an individual."

As I retyped this for the post, I continued to feel his words: You know when you accidentally connect with it because you feel absolutely good with yourself. Depending on what you are doing at the moment you might feel light-minded, enthusiastic, excited and motivated if you are active. If you are in meditation or resting peacefully you might feel highly blissful, light-hearted and open to receive messages from your higher self. Be at peace with yourself always. Strive to find what is light, easy, fun and good for you no matter what you are engaged in, even during conversations with your friend. Your divine perfection is always trying to reach your outer world, walk in your shoes and engage with your world - its world. You are carrying your divine template around with you but you have not yet embodied it with the high qualities which have been given to you. You are not your physical body. Your physical body is faulty and contains errors and mistakes, You are spirit striving to create perfection through your flesh body. Study more the seven God-qualities given to you at the beginning of your sojourn into the world of matter: that of love, wisdom, power, purity, truth, comfort and freedom. Lack of understanding these seven qualities, which you are studying now, is holding mankind back from embodying their ideals and dreams.

DK says “There are two parts to you. There is human and there is divine. There is personality and there is individuality. You are a personality (mask) when you engage with others, but you are an individual behind the personality mask. You are the same individual in every life you embody into, but you take on a different personality mask each time. You are a new personality in this life but you are the same individual who has lived hundreds or thousands of lifetimes prior to this one. Each time you embody as an infant to a new set of parents in a new culture, you build for yourself a new personality, but you are the same individual, which you call a soul. Each time you re-embody you take on DNA from your parents and you become acculturated into your home and neighborhood, village, state and locality. The air is filled with energy patterns from lifetimes of  natives thinking, feeling and acting in that region. These energy patterns are different from the energy patterns on the opposite side of the world. These energy patterns flow continuously through your infant form and you assimilate them as you grow to adulthood. They become part of your interface with the environment. These become your personality mask to the outer world, as the world knows you, but the world does not know you as the individual spirit spark that lived in thousands of other bodies, gaining wisdom and knowledge.

“You are the soul amassing knowledge with each new embodiment, accumulating skills which shape your future and become innate talents. Behind the human mask, you are a spirit spark learning to master the human vehicle from inside it, by managing your thoughts and feelings. You were born as a spirit spark out of the one infinite Father-Mother God which created every planet, every sun, every galaxy, every celestial being, every worm, horse, alligator, tree, human and angel. As an individual spirit spark you set your own course of action in your own unique way that is different from everyone else. You are cultivating individuality, not personality. Embedded in a world of chaos as a human being, many times over, you have enjoyed both successes and failures. You suffer growing pains, yet all the while you are gaining knowledge that is building for you an inner strength and power that will bring you to the day of graduation, called ascension.

"This life you live with your many relationships, is not the real you. Remember you are the real behind the mask of personality and between the folds of your physical body. Your personality mask takes over from the moment you awaken from sleep, but the real you is ever present hovering in the background of your day and night. You KNOW THIS! The personality mask is a software program, no different from that in your computer. And just as computer software can be updated and obsolete programs deleted, so can you make changes within yourself through conscious application of wise choice, decision and determination. Meditation is a timeless method of sitting in silence in communication with your greater self. Silence is the shutting down of movement in the body, mind and emotions and feeling the comfort and peace within.

"Your personality mask comes and goes with each embodiment, but your individuality is the same consciousness that came from the heart of the one infinite creator eons ago. You have never lost access to that glorious beginning. You exist in that glory all the time in the inner, higher ascended state. It is only your outer personality, your suit of clothes, that encumbers you. Set them aside on a daily basis and come within to your own ascended state where we dwell. We will meet you there and celebrate. You are an immortal innocent having a human experience. Remember? Try to remember. Be at peace. Sit in silence. In an instant you can be back with us in the warm enfolding aura of Father-Mother God, and through FEELING - be refreshed, revitalized and renewed so life is once again exciting, passionate, happy, loving, beautiful and peaceful."

4/2/19 - Today I found an old journal entry from the days when I was in and out of higher dimensions, dated 1986. Today I am more grounded and trying to bridge the gap between spirituality - where I spend much of my time - and sexuality, the playground of love. As a student of the lighter way I seek to fill in this gap. I found this article quite by accident.

(Me in a higher state of consciousness) In meditation today, I saw the rod that is “like unto a man, or a woman“. Those were the words that came to me. The power is given to the human into the pelvic region, the center, a glow, a tiny glow at the base of the rod, glowing brighter and brighter and brighter. And then another glow above in the head, and above the head, the spiritual nature of man and woman, the higher divine self, the monad.  There has been a separation, this light of man. A piece has been sent downward into the dimensions of physical matter and encased and enclosed in, round about with matter and the higher self is trying quite desperately to reach the lower light - the mother light hidden within the soil of matter. Oh, how clearly I saw this! I have seen it over and over and over, each time with a new beauty and a new spaciousness. It is here now, this light, glowing here in the pelvis and it is up to each man, each woman, to fill in the vacuum and empty spaces in between the lower light and the higher. There is naturally confusion because we are fluctuating between the lower physical consciousness and the higher spiritual consciousness where we know all things and then we lose it and fall downward into the heavy dense condition again. Only to rise once more in moments of ecstasy and inspiration and in those heights we wonder why we were confused. The wild fluctuations are the polarities shifting, first below, then above, then below again. As I saw it, we look like a tube of light, a neon tube, hollow and empty in the middle, with the glows only on either end, first one end, then the other, always glowing on the ends but never in the middle?!  It is in the middle that we must fill in. The middle is our daily life and actions, here and now. We have to blend the higher and the lower and make it all livable and available to us every day as we walk and talk with our neighbors and do our tasks.

3/19/19 - Entity attachment through sex is something I have been aware of for years but was afraid to mention out loud, seeing as how I gained my wisdom and maturity through the swinging lifestyle (smile!) I still encourage swinging but from a more loving place because people are mostly unaware of the dangers of superficial, ignorant sex. Someone sent me a youtube this morning and at long last someone else out there knows what I know. This gives me confidence to bring this out here. I took notes as I listened to Thomas Williams. He speaks with an English accent. These words are his words mostly with some editing on my part because I come from a most beautiful, higher, all-encompassing spiritual lovemaking, and I want that to shine through.  Otherwise I concur with him entirely.

(Thomas Williams speaking:) Entity attachment through sex is just one aspect that nobody seems to be even aware of. Some talk about tantric sex and how truly powerful sex actually is. The danger of sex magic has long been known by occultists. They know full well its ability not only to create life, but any human desire one holds in the mind. They know that engaging in sex opens up an energy vortex. What people don't know is that sex can also open you up to whatever he or she has harvested during their life or past lives, which is held in their energy field. Entity attachment through sex is real. You need to take it seriously.

Sex between a truly loving couple is another story. It has the ability to anchor essence, meaning beautiful higher spiritual energy, down into this reality. Superficial, ignorant sex is why low energy sex is encouraged by society. Unaware people are feeling the "push" and "nudge" and "attraction" coming from unknown regions, dark regions, non-physical entities. These promptings contain all sorts of needs and desires and some very dark indeed, from unhappy earthbound souls that are disembodied and eagerly awaiting opportunity to re-engage with flesh. They come down through the vortex created through sex. Sex has the capacity to open portals into the nether regions and they can enter into the body along with what we consider "heavenly" feelings.

A slow, easy, loving engagement with someone you know and have grown deeper with, is not to be feared. What is to be aware of is sex with people you don't know, just because it's expected of you. Or the one-night stand that escalates in a bar. If it is a drunken sex act, it will be most assuredly of a parasitic and negative nature. A drunken one-night stand is harmful in ways we don't understand. When you have sex with someone, you energetically pull them to you for seven years, whether you're living with them on a daily basis or never see them again. An entity can attach to you in a brief one-time encounter, unless you have the ability to do energy work and cut the cord. You can cut or remove the sexual connection, but very few people are aware of it. During a one-night stand, a woman can take up to 50% of the man's karma simply because she is the receiver and her energy field is open and welcoming. An energy transfer or exchange can happen immediately, and she can also pass it on to other sex partners.

An entity attachment or energy transfer are two different things. An entity attachment is a disembodied soul that can hook onto you and cause you to think differently and change your habits. An energy transfer happens between both people during the sex act. It then starts to change old patterns, thoughts, moods and behavior. It's common to see. If a relationship is toxic to begin with, the less toxic person who may be a very loving person trying to accommodate the more toxic person, can actually take on the personality traits of the toxic one.  Understand, we live in a multidimensional reality with different forms of consciousness that exists outside of our visible sight. A lot of this energy is distorted and reside in what some call the astral plane. There are many disembodied souls on the astral plane who are parasitic and bottom feeders, just waiting for the opportunity for you to open yourself up. Sex is one of the five hooks, ways for entities to attach to living people. Religion, alcohol and drugs are the other ways.

The occult practicing people know this all too well.  They know that anal sex is particularly powerful. This is why anal sex is used mainly on young boys in pedophile circles. That particular practice is far more powerful sex magic. These people are sick. 85% of this planet is suspected of being infected with host possession. People need to be informed. Maybe people will begin to see why this planet is so messed up. Sex is available in a society with loose, decadent morals. It becomes a real problem.

Another way that the new age program has pushed onto the public as being all love and light is tantric sex.  Remember the Kali Ma and the dark practices that came out of India which spread into Egypt and then into Europe. Tantric sex started in India and is wrapped into Hinduism and Buddhism, both of which are bastardized and corrupted versions of the Vedas. (End of notes from video and podcast. Since I have been a student of the ascended masters, I have known about entity attachment and negative energy transfers. For this reason I have attempted to bring a more loving approach to the swinging lifestyle. I believe in positive energy transfers but, unfortunately, this hasn't gone very well because nobody has a clue! I haven't told anyone because I've been afraid of disrupting the desires and needs of men.  From my perspective, men have ruled the world and they get angry at ALL attempts to change their minds about sex. It has been a significant problem, trying to introduce slower, gentler, healing love into the act that is normally called "sex". The men don't want to hear it, or listen to it. Now that the women's movement is underway, I am thankful because this is a way to reassure the men that it is not the end of the world, but the beginning of a ic NEW way of making love, with more fulfillment. I know men don't like the word "connecting" because they think it means getting stuck and bogged down in a relationship. So women too need to become more educated and knowledgable about sex and love. Women too need to recognize that love should not be used to entrap a man into a marriage or commitment. The sweetness of a woman's body is a connection to soul. Making love is a way to connect with soul but it requires love. People can't be pushed, shoved, wheedled, cajoled, pounced upon, raped or violated - neither can boys or men - because it's a downward spiral. It only brings in more darkness to the planet and the people remain confounded and confused. The divine feminine is waking up in all people, so expect some enlightenment about sex and love to change the world. It will happen.

3/10/19 - Well, a few people have been asking what is happening on the Women's Empowerment front. So
much! Mostly I've been clearing my decks and phasing into a new thought process. This newsletter was sent to a small group of women a couple of weeks ago, but I'll modify it and send it to everyone since there are those waiting to hear. Yesterday was International Women's Day, and I can report to you that the universe is sending waves upon waves of wonderful, sweet divine feminine energy. It is overwhelming me. The transition out of the ancient male patriarchal system is in high gear. The turn-around is taking place. It's like a big wide U-turn on a fast-moving freeway. It takes time to turn such a big lumbering rig around and point it in a new direction.

Since I have been fluctuating through my own process of change, my writing is mostly to myself. I have lots of information pouring into me. Every morning I wake with phrases running through my mind and I start writing, but I don't have time to edit it and put it into publishable form. It's coming in too fast, and there's a reason for that. Ever since the Goddess gathering on January 7 and the newsletter on January 28 I have been peeling away layers of illusions, pre-conceived fantasies, a lifetime of projections - thoughts, expectations and feelings - onto other people. I am telling myself, "Stop doing that!" And I have excellent help from my guides. Every day I am given homework to do. I must find it in my heart to let go of ALL need to control. All personal desires. 

So I am detaching. I am tuning into empty. I was shown a method in how to get rid of bog-downs that ail me. I'll share it with you. Imagine a column of light running down your spinal column from your crown to tailbone. Imagine it about 4 inches in diameter and then spin it clockwise. Just play with the concept. Spin it. Spin it faster. The column of light is in your etheric body, not your physical. By spinning it you throw off everything that is not light. Centrifuge it off. The etheric body and your light body are trying to pop through into your physical body so you have the added benefit of higher consciousness and clarity. Old fears and delusions block the road so we're clearing our energy fields.

Women are waiting, wishing and wanting something to happen to break the stagnation that is blocking the highways of movement. It is a priority now for women to break out of the masculine control system which is an ancient system that fixates on rules and control over others via the rule book. It's a stuckness that has been holding all of us back because there is only one true power, and that power is YOU. And that power has to flow. It's been stuck. As I break out of the old stuckness in me it is leading me into open-ended flowing, not fixating on anything at all. I am fortunate to live with a man who is also doing the same thing in his own way, so I am free. I know that others do not have the same freedom in their home life so I'm sharing what I know. Maybe it will help.

I'm staying in my center most of the time. The center is in the heart. The heart is where your higher self resides -- the part of you that is eternal immortal. So I am neutral most of the time. There is no movement in the center. It's a portal into light. There is clarity in the center. I can see better when I don't move around so much. Most people are distracted by movement. They go here and there and everywhere, as the outer world demands attention. But, as Lao-Tzu, the great philosopher who founded Taoism said, "Care about what other people think and you will always be their prisoner." And THAT's a turn-around, isn't it? We were taught from childhood to be nice to others no matter how much it pains us. We were taught by the old patriarchal rules to kill ourselves from within. Kill ourselves off by denying our own feelings, shut down the freedom and the love we feel, shut down our opinions and our own needs and our own connection to our immortal self and soul, and stick to the rule book. Lao-Tzu has many famous sayings that will turn your head around to look in the other direction. Look them up on the internet.

There will not be any more goddess circles of the type I sponsored in January. I am nearly finished with the peeling away of the illusions that have had me spinning my wheels and not getting to where I'm trying to go. So stop. Let everything go. And I'm almost done. As I get rid of the peripheral attachments that do not belong to me (they belong to someone else), there are two remaining focuses that I'd like to see happen.

One is an all-women’s ascension massage that would call down the light from above first, before doing any hands-on healing. This will be for women only. Soon. I really want to experience women massaging women so we can allow our natural feminine nurturing love to flow freely without distractions from the opposite sex. It's a divine instinct to apply sweetness and light, kindness and warmth - and the divine feminine responds freely to this calling when they are able and beyond reach of outside temptations that would put pressure on us. Women need time with their own gender in order to feel what it's like to experience their own femininity reflected back to them. And to feel it deep within their own cellular tissues and feelings, free of male influence to turn it sideways and outside. There is a deep healing potential here. Feminine love is naturally healing, naturally sacred, naturally wholesome, but when men and women get together it gets diverted, diffused and turned aside. 

My second wish is to have an open-minded gathering of women as a steering committee for Anakosha and the GoddessSphere. The GoddessSphere is the second level of Anakosha. It is like a second story of higher, more refined quality being built on top of a very strong, very solid, very committed and structurally sound first story laid down by men and women in the lifestyle of swinging.

The ascension massage for women is my personal desire, but the No. 2 plan is more practical to start with. Perhaps they can be dove-tailed together.  Time will tell. The universal energies are lining up. Every day we (the earth) is coming more into alignment with good will, harmony and unity. Cooperation and world peace is approaching. It's coming forth slowly through the 7 or 8 billion individuals who live on the planet. Some of them are coming around faster than others, while there are some who are kicking and fighting against the tide. Well, it is their loss because we are heading towards a world of happiness, freedom and equality for everyone.

As the second story is being built on Anakosha by expanding women's capabilities to express freedom to love as they wish, the women will help the men by supporting equality for all and thus bring forth the abundance that comes with the flowing of the inner intelligence. An open-discussion for women with fun, casual talk with their sisters, old and young, and the sharing of dreams, ideas, passions and intelligent plans. A planning committee if you will. Perhaps on a Friday afternoon. For some reason I like Fridays. Weekends are for family. 

Those who attended the Goddess Gathering at the Comfort Inn - thank you. It helped me over the wall of non-movement. It was something I had to do, and WE DID IT!  And now it is past and I am moving again. Sharing is what it takes to move things along. Truthful sharing. Authentic sharing. Quality time sharing. It's not easy to bring forth the truth (gulp!) so it takes courage to say what you really want to say. And if you have not noticed, the truth DOES set you free. It is the first step to come unstuck.

Nothing stays still for very long when people are talking authentically and truthfully, focusing on quality time together with equal amounts of listening and speaking from the heart. A new world is birthing and a new reality is forming. Many are still stuck and need a way to move themselves. This is the formula. Try it out. That's why the women's empowerment circles are happening. They are moving closer together to share. Stay open-minded, be as truthful as best you can while being kind, and follow the stepping stones laid down immediately ahead of you. They are not hard to find. Life will provide the stepping stones. Deal honestly and authentically with each situation that falls in your lap. Go with it and fall forward along the path that is in front of you.

After the Goddess Gathering on January 7, I was so very inspired that I was led to investigate other women's circles to see what they were doing. I attended three separate events - a meditation, a gentle yoga class and a shamanic drumming. The meditation was held at the Goddess I Am metaphysical store on Goodlette Road in Naples. www.goddessiam.com. Beth, the owner also has a Facebook page “Goddess I Am“. She has several gatherings for women on her calendar in the temple room. One on the full moon and one on the new moon, alternating months, and meditations every week on both Wednesdays and Fridays. $10 donations into the dish. I encourage women to check this out. It is a good place to interact with other women.

The gentle yoga class I attended at Happehatchee in Estero was helpful for me. Called Happe for short, it is a sanctuary for healing and personal growth classes held in their screened-in pavillion in the jungle. It’s a lovely setting in the woods. I was reminded that I had given up yoga years ago in favor of spontaneous kundalini movements that gave me so much more in benefits. But I have slacked off and forgotten them. So I’m starting to do those again.

The shamanic drumming was also held at Happehatchee. It was surreal or supernatural, led by a lovely woman from Toronto. This shamanic drumming class left me, however, wanting something more. I  realized, while we 8 women sat around in a circle together not touching, kind of closed off from each other listening to the beautiful sounds of a guided journey - that I do this myself at home. I now want more open engagement with other women. Meditation is an excellent practice and a class is good for those who haven't done it before, but it is not for me. I want more action. My first priority is massage but a special kind of ascension massage to call down the light. And just with women, not men on this round. I am still struggling to detach from this incessant need to serve men. I don't know if this is a default program in all women, but it certainly is in me. When a man is around I don't speak freely. I've noticed other women do the same thing. One day I saw a woman walking down the sidewalk seemingly self-contained. (I detect auras, though I'm not sure if "seeing" is the right word). A male friend came up beside her and locked step with her and her entire demeanor changed. Her energy field slide sideways and meshed with his as she turned to answer his questions, listen and respond to him. It was uncanny. I never noticed that before.

You can walk-in unannounced for most of them. There might be a few that you have to register for. See the calendar. Bring $10 with you to put into the dish and you simply sign a card that is available at the table, so they know your name. The pavillion is very close to where you park your car in the woods. Chairs are provided if it’s a sitting class, and mats if it is a yoga class. The leaders are very friendly and welcoming. Most of the classes are women. The outdoor setting provides a looser atmosphere than an indoor class, like a campfire in the woods but without the fire. And at night fairy lights are turned on so it is not completely dark. You should attend some evening just for the sheer experience of the outdoorsy setting.

I subscribed to Natural Awakenings recently and received my first copy in the mail. At Happehatchee I had picked up some old copies and noticed that there are many new activities in our local area, and most are led by women. Not all, but most. There are one or two men’s support groups gathering. These are wonderful to see. It is so rare to find a men's transformation group. All good signs. The Goddess lives in men too. Opportunities abound for enlightenment and enlargement of consciousness.  The next evolutionary phase is coming forward and presenting itself so it is easy to find. I’ll try to provide as much information as I can. Send me anything you run across that would be of interest to other women. I will use the GoddessSphere banner to send out newsletters.

Because I find the high cost of enlightenment off-putting, I seek free gatherings or basic $10 donation gatherings. I'm at that point where I can't attach a dollar value to spiritual information. To me it is freely given. However, I understand that people need to earn a living and if they have something to offer along the lines of enlightened healing and spiritual evolution workshops, then by all means, go for it. It is personal for each of us. We create our own pathways. There is no judgment. We live in a world of great diversity which is constantly changing. Change is often like a U-turn, switching to an opposite direction as the pendulum swings.

One of my U-turns has been a long, slow process of discovering that the spiritual path does not lead up into the vastness of blue sky, but down into the body. The new spiritual path is not worshipping a God "up there" but the god within the body which is the Self. It's a new way of thinking about God. God is here within. We are each a child of God, and Father God and Mother God reside within us. The religions have sent us on a wild goose chase, with all due respect. I mean no harm to religion, but neither should religion harm others. The new perspective is to make holy this human body and ground that humble realization into the cells and tissues of this world. Then the lightening process begins to take place within, as glands, muscles, tissues become brighter and brighter. Reverence, grace and self empowerment is the result. Consciousness slows even while the hands on the clock speed up and time and space are warped. Coming to peace inside the body brings unconditional love, clarity and serenity with the world. Stay in the heart and see clearly from this sacred location. There is no judgment here. The women's gatherings are engaging the energies of the higher, gentler dimensions. It behoves men to step back from trying to control the outcome of things. So what if things don't go the way you want it to go? There is fresh air in change.

It is quite extraordinary, actually.  I’ve been married three times and all three of my husbands continually reminded me, "Don't talk about your breakdown. Don't talk about the ascended masters. Don't talk about UFOs and galactics. Don't talk about swinging. Don't talk about private matters." Don't talk, don't tell. This has been a low hum in the background of my life ever since I married the first time. I hesitate to say it but the men have closed me down. I can remember times talking with a woman freely and having a man come in and suddenly the conversation changes direction. Women are sensitive to the presence of men and women instinctively change the subject or the tone or the vibrational frequency when men are around. That's why I want to spend some time with women alone without men, and see if I can bring that hauntingly familiar feeling of freedom back again. I am sure it is from past life persecutions that I carry within me for I’ve had some interesting flashbacks.

I ran across a journal entry the other day and when I read it, I immediately said, “Yes! that’s it!” I had forgotten. It was written in the '80's. In the dream I was gathering people for an advisory committee meeting. In the dream I asked everyone to form a circle. I asked them first to hold hands and then to, still holding hands, come and move closer together in the center, as if to form a hugging circle as best they could considering their numbers because I wanted their bodies to merge and connect. I did not want their mental energies, I wanted their body energies. I was still talking to them as I awoke so I could remember my words and wrote them down:

Your minds are the filters, filtering out what society says is not appropriate. Your minds censor what your bodies are feeling.  Your minds are opinionated and restricted, but your bodies are full of a vaster, far superior intelligence. Your body cells know precisely what to do and they are fed with a magnificent energy, a powerful knowledgeable healing energy that is a oneness energy. But your minds filter out this energy because society says it is not acceptable. Since it is the mind’s job to interface with society and make sure everything is done according to society and not upset the apple cart, your minds are continually censoring, rejecting, resisting these powerful knowings that are inherent in the body.

What I want from you is your body intelligence, your gut intelligence, your intuitive reasoning, the talent that you have built over a lifetime and many lifetimes of experience. Your body cells carry this ancient wisdom in them. You each have a unique history and superb talents to give Anakosha. Beautiful extraordinary knowledge, long histories of successes and failures and volumes have been written into your body cells. You know SO much, but you are continually filtering out this knowledge. And THAT is what I want from you -  all that you are. Everything that is in you. I want you to express and I want you to pass this on to those coming behind you. Each human being is so full of energy and talents and this energy and talent is so wasted in a structured society when it is held back. THAT is what I want from you on this advisory committee and I think partying after a committee meeting is very appropriate, if it is your choice to share your body intuitions. They are genuine. They are not masked.

Only the mind masks those feelings. I don’t want just your regular corporate mask with your censored beliefs and opinions. I want what you REALLY know inside. And as I was talking I felt this to the bone. I felt this through and through to the depths and beyond. I was totally drenched and immersed in the knowledge that THIS is where we are headed. THIS is the body wisdom that I am seeking in the people. THIS is what is going to make Anakosha grow. End of journal entry.

Now, this was written during my swinging days when we were holding parties. Those days are now gone, but I was liberated through swinging and I still feel these words are appropriate today. Today we are trying to bring down the light into action, movement, sharing, smelling and feeling the exquiste sensations of spiritual light and spiritual love. We've been censoring it out, trying to follow the rules of society. But the soul wants to walk freely on the ground. Anakosha is my platform and so I write about these things, and the Goddess gatherings mark a more advanced phase of Anakosha.

3/2/19 - Much time has lapsed since blogging here. As I wrote in today's Goddess blog, there have been huge fluctuations on an inner level. But I don't want to talk about that here. This blog is different. Whenever I write in Diana's blog I am writing to both men and women. When I write in the Goddess blog, I write to women only. Men can read it if they want to, but I don't consider male needs. I consider only women. Since Anakosha began as a sexual site and the male perspective weaves in and out of the Anakosha philosophy (it's a couples site) the underlying forces that motivate me cannot ignore discussions on sex. When I write to women only, I feel them hurting and damaged and in need of healing by nurturing loving feminine beings, not men. Over the last few months my thoughts have been pinging back and forth between the needs of women and the needs of men. Today my thoughts revolve around sex which pertains to all genders - not just male and female but the gender inbetween. But I'm going to discuss esoteric sex.

I must start with spirit. Total atheists may exit at this point. We are spirit before we come to earth. Spirit means consciousness. We are intelligent before we came to earth, born into a baby's body.  Consciousness means light. It means spirit. It means intelligence. When we are conscious we have light in our minds. When we are unconscious, we are "dead to the world" but only THIS world. We are alive on other planes of existence.

As spirit, our life force comes down through the top of our heads. AND, as spirit, the life force comes up through the bottoms of our feet.  We have two flows going through our body at the same time, and both are intelligent. The one coming down is abstract intelligence and the one coming up is BODY intelligence. Both life forces are the same intelligence. In fact, both life forces are the same life - they are YOUR intelligence split in two. They were separated at conception.

A piece of your great light was split off and plunged to earth to establish an anchor at the location where you were born. Namely, where the two people lived who were to become your parents. The piece of your great light embedded into the earth became a beacon for the rest of you waiting in the infinite for you to grow up. You as a separated piece of yourself still held that immortal thread - there was no danger in losing it - but the big job was now on you in the body form. As a baby who couldn't walk or talk, the process of growing up was slow but your infinite self remained tethered like a balloon. There was no way to detach it because it IS you. And it is there waiting for you to "remember" it and invite it to flow downward more strongly.

Before you came into a human body, you were at peace in the summerland of the infinite. You've had many incarnations and gained many lessons, accrued much wisdom and knowledge as a unique consciouisness. But when you decided to be born again and take a new human body, you sent a piece of yourself to earth and caused a split in your consciousness. You have a spiritual consciousness and an earth-bound consciousness. Your job is to reconnect the two sides of yourself through, once again, a long life of trial and error.

There is a process to reconnecting the two polarities of self. The process of reconnection is following the inner thread. The inner spark or memory. Remembering who you are underneath the thick and abrasive skin of human form requires that you FEEL what is natural to you. This process is lost in the earth-bound ones. The technique has been consistently taught and passed down through the ages as love. Remembering who you are requires loving yourself as a flawed human being, warts and all. Fat and all. Wrinkles and all, emotional dumps, mental beatings and spiritual disasters, one and all. Love is the plan. If you can love yourself and stay positive through all of the misfortunes and ups and downs, and continue to forgive yourself and others, that's the path to reconnection with yourself.

That was the plan anyway. Most of us have not succeeded very well, but the good news is - it's not our fault and we should be kind to ourselves and forgive ourselves for not suceeding. You see, there was ANOTHER plan that superceded the original plan, and that was free will. We human beings were given free will to do anything we wanted to do while here on earth, because Mother Earth was chosen to be the home for a special test project of the creator. The test was a challenge. It was to find out if, in a world of vast diversity such as caused by free will, could human beings find their other half again and become whole? Could they remember and reconnect their masculine abstract self - we call it Father Sky - with their feminine called Mother Earth?  

With free will in place, all sorts of souls came to Earth to play the test game of free will. We all had choices from the very beginning. Each of us knew what kind of world we were being born into. We carefully chose our parents, just as we would choose chess partners. And we scripted our lives out before even being born. We had many lifetimes before this one. And once again we entered into this life feeling confident we could remember who we were and make the grade. We each know on inner levels that we are spirit and that intelligence does not have a gender. It is pure abstract consciousness. But the human body is animal and there are two genders in animals, each with different body parts - one male, the other female. And we forget. We are born as human animals. In the animal kingdom there are magnetic attractions. There is chemistry. There are tugs and pulls between genders.  So the question is, can we remember our spiritual thread of Oneness and reconnect with it? Can we recall our purity? Our pure abstract intelligence that moves through animal bodies?

The spiritual path is one of becoming transpersonal. That means moving beyond the limits of personal identity. One does this through brutal honesty, brutal open-mindedness and brutal self-awareness. Not by self-deprivation but by self-fulfillment. Soul-fulfillment through self-love. Self means soul.

It is through remembering ones own FEELINGS of love moving through the animal body, the physical body, that one reconnects the divine thread.  It is the feeling of love moving that connects us. We are meant to remember our divinity while living in animal bodies. We then transcend the animal nature and become god-men and god women - the pure consciousness living in human bodies, walking on earth, smelling the sea breezes, eating the wonderful foods of Gaia. The haunting search for something unnameable is the supernatural feeling of divine love moving through human skin, muscle, blood and bone. It is coming very soon. We are on the verge of discovering it within our own bodies. 

Ancient rituals and practices have been given to us to follow when we hear the calling to take a step onto the path. Spiritual technology is the path of self love, meaning soul love. The goal is to bring the downward flow and upward flow back into balance equally, so that we experience the joining and the reconnection of our masculine and our feminine into oneness. This is how it was before we descended into the many lifetimes that have distracted us and taken us on detours away from ourselves deep into further separation.  The plan is to reconnect what was once whole while we are still living in a physical body. We can do this inside our physical skin so there is peace, harmony, clarity, expansion of consciousness and a gentle flow without separation.

Diversionary tactics were put in place long ago to tempt us away from soul love. Religions have been the worse. Sin, shame, guilt and fear - all of these take place just above the root chakra at the second chakra. The upward flow of purity comes up through the legs, drawn to the downward flow from above the head, but it is blocked at between the first and second chakra (between the tailbone and womb, male and female genitals).  There it gathers, diverted, stopped, halted in its upward flow because of the animal nature in heat. Animals in the wild seek a partner because it is in their nature to reproduce. The soul who comes into a human body inherits this same animal nature. However, the soul is spirit-made. It comes from spirit. It has a haunting memory of something higher than animal. Its search is to discover what that something is. It has forgotten. It must find out.

The soul uses sex for as long as it takes to find out what it is seeking. Meanwhile, a whole lot of damage is done by those people who are unbalanced with too much masculine force, who are aggressively trying to attain something, and who put the pressure on those who are unbalanced with more feminine force, who are feeling inwardly for the same thing. Each is trying to find the spiritual thread of oneness connection, which will bring peace, love, harmony and balance to the inner male and female which hungers for it but which another person can never fulfill.

Once balance is achieved through inner love-for-soul practices like mediation, yoga, chanting, or in whatever form a person is called to do, and inner peace fills him or her, then sex does not hold the same attraction. A  new stage is reached. A higher experience of love-in-body awaits the person who has achieved inner peace through the Father God - Mother God connection. Being at peace, comfort, clarity and joy within oneself, should that person meet another person who is also at peace, comfort, clarity and joy, driven by spiritual rapport, not hunger, appetite or pleasure-seeking, then the two are drawn by grace into a greater love than they've ever known.

1/16/19 - Today I launched the Galactic page on Anakosha. I decided to do that today because it's the next step in our evolution learning about love. I will introduce information about the Galactic Federation of Light, a long-standing interest of mine, which includes ascended masters, celestial beings, angelics and the entire company of heaven which goes further up into the light than we can handle right now. But we are getting there. 

The reason I'm introducing the Galactics is because  it's the next step in MY exploration of love. I just finished launching the goddess gatherings, and suddenly the Galactics are a "must" looming largely on the horizon. The discussion of ETs, et al, can't remain outside the box because they are here with love in their hearts, right now, on the ground with us as, well as in the air above us, though they are keeping a low profile.  They embody Love with a capital L and it is selfless. If you see someone in the supermarket and you feel like hugging them, they may be an ET. They have an aura of calmness and peace. They are here to help us in surrendering our guilt to a greater trust in love. To love on a galactic scale. 

The women's movement is an empowering of FEMININE truth. Men have feminine in them too so it's not just for women. But it is mostly women who are starting to speak the inner truth. Men are not quite ready for it yet. Feminine truth is heart-centered, innate and connected to a greater love, a galactic-sized love. Women's truth has been buried for eons due to the heavy hand of the patriarchy and its approach to life, which reduces the complexity of life, such as sensitivity and emotions, to interactions on the physical plane. Higher civilizations don't do that. Higher civilizations are multi-dimensional and honor the emotions.

Most people today believe ETs exist, although perhaps secretly, and have been here for a long time. In fact, they are not visitors at all. They are our brothers and sisters. They just weren't born into the physical and don't walk in earth skins like we do. The fear-mongers of our race love to scare us with movies of monsters from outer space, but I and others know differently. Higher dimensions are physical like us but they are not dense like us. They can shift time lines and energy lines. They are not weighed down by fear, distrust and psychological smog that we were programmed with. ET's live in harmony and obey universal laws which are based in fact, not fiction. They have learned to live with other ET's from other civilizations who might look different, but they honor them and work side by side with them. And they form the Galactic Federation of Light, here now in fleets of uncountable numbers of ships. 

They are beaming love and light to us consistently, daily, guiding us with telepathic messages of peace, good will, and advice when we ask. They do not force themselves on us the way we do to each other. As we grow in understanding about the extraterrestrials, we will grow in our ability to love ourselves and honor each other. It will help us to live in more harmony and peace with our families, neighbors and associates. Life will get better and better, arguments will cease, frustrations will disappear, cheating and betrayal will stop, transparency will take its place and we will be fulfilled. We will become liberated of that which disappoints us. All because love is ready to expand out of the box - out of the ivory tower of our brains. Our job is to simply remain open-minded and wait for it and love everything that pops up in front of us.  complex things by reducing them to the interactions of their parts, or to simpler or more fundamental things.

1/14/19 -  Yes, we held the Goddess Gathering on January 7, 2019. I will report on it a bit later. I am still unsettled and processing what I learned. As I shift focus to the feminine and spirituality, I am researching my journals to try to find hints of advice from the Master DK, who I have been channeling for over 40 years. I found an entry in April 2015 where I asked a serious question and received  a serious answer. I am posting it here because it is relevant to virtually everyone.

"The man-woman issues that you experience and continue to experience are actually an inner journey as you seek understanding about yourself. You learn through bumping up against what is NOT comfortable to you. You play with this for awhile, struggling with it, and if you are successful in accepting that this really is not what you want (some people never discover this) then you will shed it and not do it again. Of course the evolutionary journey is about discovering this process in a kindly way so that you do not hurt other people in the process. So when you reject them you find ways to let them down easily. This is the hard part. But what you are learning about yourself is what doesn’t fit comfortably with you, and what does.

What doesn’t feel right to you? Do you continue to hash it around and try to make it work? This prolongs the pain and the struggle. What feels good to you on all levels, will cause elation and joy. If it feels good on only one level but not the other two or three levels, It does not cause elation, but rather a sense of a pulling towards something as if that something will give you completion. For example, a piece of chocolate cake might taste good to your tongue, but your mind knows it is wrong for your diet and your feeling causes a feeling of guilt. The man-woman issues are the bumping up against energies of other people, to show you that there are many energies that exist in your life and it is a matter of selecting those energies that complete you and fulfill you, rather than trying to “make” something fit when it doesn’t fit you at all. Like a dress two sizes too small just won’t give you a good feeling.

The man-woman issues are a journey in self discovery but many people do not give themselves enough credit to believe their inner intuition. They may have a gut feeling that this person is not right for them, but they try to make it work because they don’t believe their feeling. They believe MORE in being courteous and trying to fit in. This is being dishonest to yourself when you do this. It is damaging not only to yourself but to the other people you are engaging with because they too are not feeling comfortable. If you’re not feeling good about the connection, then they are not feeling good about the connection. Elation and a joyful happy feeling is always the sign that you are doing the right thing.

The man-woman issues and struggles that you have pertaining to sex is your path of learning about what fits with you and what doesn’t. The discovery part is what doesn’t fit. Trust that and release it and let it go. You will move on when you become consciously aware of this. To remain unwilling to accept this is how you remain in the struggle. Evolve your awareness by trusting your sense of good and bad. By discovering what makes you feel bad and releasing it or taking steps to release it (it may take time) you are discovering the truth of your inner self. It is a discovery of awareness. it is not an outer world discovery. The outer world presents things to you one at a time. As if on parade, these things and people come into your view. It is up to you to say “yes” or “no” to these persons and objects. You must decide what doesn’t fit with you. As you eliminate the not-self, you will be left with your authentic self. Your real self. That which is what has been called “the Knower”. This is the part of you that is eternal and lives on after death of the body to live again in another body, all the while gathering wisdom and understanding.

12/22/18 - Today there is a new post on the Goddess page - Goddess Newsletter #5. I am unable to maintain Diana's blog since all of my attention is going over to the goddess or divine feminine philosophy. This is bringing about a dramatic shift in consciousness. It will take time to see how this all plays out. For many, many years I have written to a lifestyle that included men, but excluded true feelings of the feminine spirit. As I grow in inner strength and purpose as a woman, the focus of my writings are shifting. I would like to say, however, that I mourn and miss the feelings of oneness and joy that I had in my earlier days when I was full of love and eagerly gave that love. But it wore me out as gradually I didn't receive equal huge love back. Instead I found myself pleasing the men and it became increasingly more difficult to do. I lost interest over time, not having my giving of pleasure reciprocated, and I don't mean sexually but lovingly. Lack of sex was never an issue. Lack of respect, honor, beautiful caring and kindness and openness and listening and - words cannot convey what was missing. It was all about sex all the time and I died a little every time until I eventually had to stop.

If I may put it bluntly, the men seemed intent on giving physical pleasure, but seemed to miss what a woman REALLY wanted in the sense of holding close, embracing, enjoying each other's company and presence, stopping the clock and dreaming together. Yes, it CAN be done in swinging. It does not have to take days, weeks and years to make connection. It can be done in an hour at a swing party. I have done it myself on rare occasions. But most men do not know how to do that. They seem to be running on a clock that is ticking away so fast that they have to get to it as quickly as possible or they will miss it. This is what is missed in the swinging scene. I say it here to help, not to vent or complain. I wish men would understand and start to try to provide a little of the warmth that women want.

One woman asked once, "How do you get a man to give you more foreplay? I ask my husband for more foreplay and he went down harder on me (ouch!)". It is misunderstanding. That is why I write and spell it out. As men have continually asked over the years, "Why don't women say what they want? We are not mind-readers!" But they do not hear the women. They want the women to answer them in male language when women are continually speaking in female language: soft, gentle, quietly, and mostly through their body movements. The onus is on men to learn how to listen and observe female body language. They speak differently than men. As men tap into their own feminine side, i.e., being tender, open and listening, observing of others, they will start to get it. I have noticed that men like everything honed down to a concise, clear, identifiable, bottom line. They seem (to me) to require it of the world. Maybe that's why the world is so crazy out of control. It's simply too fast. Nobody is slowing down or listening to gentle voices.

All I wanted was connection, oneness, lying still in the moment, feeling blended harmony between us. This could be before the man-act or after. It doesn't exclude the man thing and what he wants. But what is missing is  the feminine side of it. Lovemaking is not about sex but about all the other feelings around, in, through, above and beyond the sex. And then couched in there somewhere the man can get what he wants too. No problem. I did not realize just how restricted the male view of love was until I had had enough in swinging. Exhausted and bent out of shape, I retired from swinging and then realized I had graduated from a tough, hands-on school. It was only then that I began to step back and look at it from a wider picture. I began to put into perspective. I realized what was missing and I began to write about it with more understanding. I am a woman and this is how I see it.

Bu I can say, yes, I miss the connection of bodies lying with other bodies. I wish I could still have it. But I can't with the men of my culture. They are not designed for lovemaking. It is such a magnificent beautiful feeling to be with a man in unconditional love, which means he doesn't want anything from me at all, but simply to be with me. Then we can make love the way the gods and goddesses do it. But I won't be going back into swinging anytime soon. Not until men stop looking at the clock and trying to do the whole house before their wives want to leave the party. Was it all in my imagination that I expected more? I'm not sure. But I'm not complaining because it was such an opportunity to learn about human love. I know what it is now.

Wow! I didn't know I was going to write an article!  It just came out without thought. So I post this here in the hope of adding something to understanding female lovemaking. In 95% of the women it's not about physical sex-making. It is an attitude of connection which frees up and loosens the spirit to soar. A man and woman are designed to make love but it does not require falling in love or having an emotional attachment. It does not require them to marry each other forever. Two strangers can have a connection if they take the time to blend their energies together without hurrying through it, so both are in the right attitude.

Gathering the women in goddess circles is my way of asking for feminine validation, and to bring the feminine truth out of the closet of denial. Many women are in denial. I have seen it close up. They lie to themselves. They are not being truthful to their own hearts desires. I want to share with them and compare notes with them.  Over the 40 plus years of engaging with couples, I have seen how women cater to men without realizing they are doing it. They do it by default and deny themselves the feeling of liberation which is the goddess in them - free to enjoy their own bodies in a way that pleases them instead of the way it pleases the man. I hope the reader is not offended by my comments here. I encourage each man who reads this to imagine what it might be like to live inside a female body. It will not take away your manhood to visualize and feel this. I have experienced it in reverse, what it is like to live inside a man's body. It will empower you as a whole human being, for we have within us both masculine and feminine energies. They should be flowing equally, the active (pushy) side and the passive (receiving) side.

12/8/18 - Be kind to yourself today. Challenge unkind language. Challenge unkind thoughts. Challenge unkind systems. Do this from your heart. Become aware. Breathe into the ebb and flow of feelings moving through you. Pay attention to how they feel and what they are pulling you toward.  If they are dark or sad, challenge them and lift them up into higher state of mind. Consciously become more joyful. Practice self care. Reprogram yourself with positive mantras and quiet time throughout the day. Be ever mindful of the negative energies that make you droop. Don't let them snare you, entrap you, entangle you. Negative energies are subtle. Catch them quickly and nip them in the bud. Send them skyward with positive affirmations. Make a commitment to bettering yourself. One way to do this is to take 10 or 15 minutes in the morning to do conscious breathing exercises. I have posted a new link today on the Goddess page called Feminine Empowerment Exercises. (Link HERE) It starts with a breathing exercise. There will be more. Conscious breathing is the number one self-improvement exercise. Ancient mystery schools, yoga, tantra and tao schools, all taught breathing exercises to new students. It is important because it brings your feminine energy and your masculine energy into equal balance. Normally we are flowing heavily with either masculine energy or feminine energy, and a weakened energy flow of the opposite.

12/1/18 - The first Goddess Gathering for women is underway for Monday, January 7, 2019. Our two guests of honor - Tamsen from Hawaii - bring a sense of freedom and delight to this our first gathering. It is a coming together for the three of us, Tamsen, Elle and me after many years, and we want to include those of you we have met over the years. Each time we women meet in freedom (without the men) we have no agenda. We simply soar. We love the atmosphere. There is so much to tell in this special, sacred circle of women. Little did we realize at the time 8, 9 years ago that we were planting seeds of goddess energy into the soil of Naples. There are many changes going on today that were not available back then.  

Goddess energy is a waking up. Goddess energy IS an awakening. It happens in men too. It happens to ALL souls no matter what gender. We focus on women today because women are the most repressed and locked up, buried inside a patriarchal mindset of brittle old men. We need to gather without the men to break free, but we assure the men they also have goddess energy in them too, and it is needed very much for all of us to understand that. We are all very much alike underneath. Not on the surface but underneath we share the same feelings and the same consciousness, but we've grown crooked and separate from a heartless, soulless society.

We live in a murky sea of effluvia down here at land and city level. A murky and tumultuous ocean composed of centuries of wrong thoughts, erroneous habits, false belief systems and depressed or repressed emotions. It's not our fault! No, it's not our fault but we're in it up to and over our heads, so it's  up to us to get out of it. To get out of It requires lots of inspiration, lots of love, support, caring and hand-holding. And when it's time to break the seals, it's time. But not until. So if you're ready, read on. If not, stop here, it's not for you.

It starts with a quickening, an alertness, an attention-getting flash of light in the mind. It's a wakeup call. It's a germination. In that flashing moment there is an opportunity. We are not a lump of clay, blood and bones, but a conscious mind waking up from a dream. A conscious mind that has not been seen in centuries. It has been buried in effluvia. Our CONSCIOUS mind (emphasis on conscious) is a light that flashes on and off from time to time amidst the semi-conscious state of normalcy. But when it flashes, it's like, "Pay attention!" Don't ignore it. Most people don't give themselves enough credit for receiving flashes of inspiration from within. They pass it off as "whatever". We are so buried. This flash of light is a germination. It is a cracking open of the hardened shell of effluvia we call our mind but which is the mass mind, not our own mind. We have grown accustomed to the mass mind which bogs us down. The flash of inspiration from within is a signal from our unique mind. Let it be free. Liberation is the delight of the goddess - to be free. So when it happens, go into a non-thinking daydream state and zoom out like a camera lens, and expand out of this world into a wider one. 

Whenever the flash of inspiration comes, it's a light that has been buried for eons in the thickness of human mistakes, which is really depressing on us. We've grown accustomed to the heaviness pressing down on us. We've adapted, sadly to say. We've lent our own thoughts to the world, adding to the depressing state of affairs. But this light that is cracking open in the everyday mind is not of this world. It is that which the religions have referred to over the centuries as God/Goddess, Creator. What the religions didn't tell you (on purpose) is that God/Goddess is YOU! God/Goddess is not someone outside of you or above you far away. It is within and we have to take responsibility for it and uncover it. It is our own unique truth, this light within. YOU are the light (!) and you - the real you - has been buried underneath the heaving, ponderous, confusing waves of  human error and conditioning.

You are the light that is flowing through your earthy body. It lies beneath the mask. It is not ego. It is you as conscious light weaving through the substance. There is a divine you and a human you. We've been distracted by human stuff happening. This is effluvia that has built up over on top of us and we swim in its smog.  The light of the natural man and woman has been hidden, buried. We don't know that we are not natural because we have adapted, but there is an awakening going on. There is a quickening going on, a shift going on that has a lightening effect, a breaking-of-the-dawn effect. It is time to notice the dawn that is breaking and not sweep it under the rug. It's not an explosion, it's subtle. Pay attention. It's gentle. It's comforting. It's stirring our finer selves. It's seeping out tenderly, bleeding out quietly from within through a crack in the crusty outer mind which is growing tired of the game and saying, "Enough is enough! I'm tired of all this." The seeping is coming from a light inside the heart. It's a feeling that is erupting and drawn upward into the brain as an inspiring thought. It's not raining down from clouds above. It's coming from within. It's a germination. 

A seed goes through the same thing when it cracks open in the heavy dark soil and sprouts a new growth. The new growth moves steadily upward, drawn to the surface and daylight by the light within itself. We human beings do the same thing. We germinate from something inside. Our new growth starts as a feeling and then becomes a thought. It is an opportunity to let the light in the mind express itself and be seen by others, for it has been buried through many lifetimes. It is a consciousness expansion.

We don't grow new limbs, like the seed, we expand our awareness. We become more alert. We become more attentive. We become more mindful. We become more thoughtful. We become more sensitive. More caring. More truthful. These are the attributes of the divine light, the divine mind, within. It is unknown and unseen until it becomes consciously aware of itself by streaming forth through the brain.  We must own it by recognizing it. This is the dawning of the new world, the new day. It is natural. It is not supernatural. It is simply the revealing of what has been hidden. Who we really are. Each one of us has been uniquely built out of light. We are the ancient, forbidden, holy and sacred that was seeded on the earth a long time ago. The light within is the divine feminine and divine masculine that is being seen on the internet, referenced in articles, in women's gatherings because the women are leading the way.

When we have such germinating moments, when the light flashes on in our minds, we pay attention. We might think to ourselves, "Now, where did THAT come from?" Sometimes it is ignored and swept away in the distractions of the moment. Those artistically inclined compose music or paint pictures or invent new healing devices or technological improvements. Others of us don't pay attention but the world is changing. The light is dawning and the goddess movement, the women's movement, is calling attention to it. It is a liberation. In the past, most people would pass it off as impractical, impossible, fantasy, and it would be rejected and unappreciated and re-buried. But the time is fast approaching that we can't sweep it away, because there's too much light out there. We are noticing the lightening effect. We are appreciating. People's minds are waking up. In everyone. It is a goodness. It is not just in women. Notice it. It is a crackling alertness. It has been there all along, for life after life after life. Now, in this one life, there is an opportunity for a gigantic leap forward. It is a spiritual evolution and everyone is involved.  

We are calling the women to gather first, without the men, because they are the most covered over with the mud of careless indifference, not to mention persecution. But we don't want to call attention to the pain. Instead we want to call attention to the growing sensitivities of love, caring, kindness and helping others, including themselves. Women need to spend more time supporting themselves and stop putting so much attention on other people. It is draining them. It is time for women to be appreciated and elevated to a higher level of respect. And who is going to appreciate the inner feminine better than other women! Men do not because men are still dismissing their OWN inner feminine. 

As women begin to gather together in little groups to honor and celebrate feminine values and feminine truths, these values are spreading out, as grass roots spread out underground. Goddess movements, women's movements, are underway across the globe today. We see them on the internet.  It is a gathering of light and it is growing more powerful as more women attend so that it breaks the seal and the crust of centuries of patriarchal dismissal of feminine values. It requires courage and daring for a woman to express these truths, for their families do not recognize them as they truly are. My mother did not come out, so I was not aware of who my mother was. And my family did not recognize me when I broke free. 

When a woman dares to express even one little tiny iota of an original true thought, they are not expressing a vendetta against men, though it may appear that way on the surface. They are kicking off the covers. They are owning the light and truth within them that has been long hidden and denied by them. When women decide to do that, they are seen as crazy or demented. A friend of ours recently did that and suffered negatives in response. Women need each other through the crust-breaking stage to hold life together. It is love that is missing. Love is the glue that holds everything together. Lack of love, understanding, consideration, empathy, caring, listening, is what has caused women to go underground all those centuries ago. This mind set has been passed down from mothers to daughters to today. Love has been missing from the world and it's now being re-born. The soul is being quickened. In time men will have their own gathering ceremonies to awaken their divine masculine hearts, but first it is the era of the woman because she is the most buried and she needs to be healed first. 11/26/18 - Recently I added a page to this website entitled GODDESS. This website is my own personal journey into new territory. As I learn I like to share because it opens doors for me. I urge my readers to do the same. Tell someone. I have been discovering SO much about Goddess energy or Goddess love or simply Goddess, that I have had difficulty posting articles or sending newsletters, because it is so vast, so pure, so holy, so deeply feminine. I just didn't know where to begin. But I follow instructions from unseen guides and so I posted the Goddess page and scheduled the first goddess meeting and sent the announcement out. And then I waited.  

I tend to mull too much over what to write (it's such a vast subject) and my instructors know this. I can't get out of my own way. So this morning I was given a short definition to share.  It came while in the shower. Downloads often begin in the shower and they come fast and disappear fast so I have to hang onto it tight until I can dry off and write it down. 

"God is light, Goddess is love. God is the masculine and is unformed light, while the form is the feminine and receives the light (information) into its flesh and blood and cells and tissues, and it becomes love. Human beings are the ones who create love out of the air, the breath, the wind, the sun, out of nothingness."

It is up to us human beings to create love. If we don't, nobody else will. I received this definition via light language and it was much simpler in the original. But to put it into English words requires more thought. So being the one who received it into this body of flesh and blood, I took this inspiring message and opened my computer and went to work trying to weave it into words. Try it this way and that way, working the syntax of the sentence first one way and then another to see if it rings true. Trying to put light language (mental telepathy) into a spoken Earth language is difficult. That's why we have to love it and work with it and try to figure out how best to use it - the light and inspirational messages that come in. If we don't hold it and embrace it and acknowledge it, no one else will. If we are gifted with an inspiration, a thought, an idea, an invention, a music, an art piece, a vision, then we are responsible for "working" it like clay. Build something with it. This IS what we're here for. All of us are here to receive the inspiration from our higher selves via light language streaming directly into our open minds (and we are to keep our minds open) and then to love it into shape and form for the benefit of gracing our world. That's feminine energy. That is the goddess.

We are the ones - we in human forms - are the ones that create love out of nothingness. It is up to us to figure out how to pour love into everything we do - thought, feeling, action, intention. How to apply love. How to use the vast cosmic resources that shine down on us through the sun. How can we express it?  How can we share it? How can we model it so others will be inspired? How can we make the world a better place? How can we heal it without pushing ourselves on people? Light is non-physical. Love is how it becomes physical. We receive it and allow that light to grace our cells, blood, organs, actions and words. We nourish the inspiration and use it to elevate our environment. Light becomes love through the actions of human beings. Or it becomes violent and stressful. It's up to us to choose. Everybody is a receiver of light from the vast cosmos beyond us. It doesn't follow a text book when it arrives here. We breathe it in and we feel it come alive.

Everybody is feminine in that respect.  But there are two different genders here and it is the feminine body that men look to for feminine sweetness. Even same sex partners have a feminine and masculine component working between them. It is the women that embody the feminine in a way that men cannot. It's important to remember that we have lived lives as the opposite gender from what we are today. We've all been male and we've all been female. Some of us spend more lifetimes as one gender than the other. It's the soul's choice. But we've all experienced through feminine eyes and also through masculine eyes. It's the soul that matters. Because on this planet the masculine took over as the dominant force (patriarchy) and subdued the feminine, it has been great denial of heart-felt emotions and contact with spirit, goddess, the divine feminine. This is the age of the women. Where women break out of their shell like robots coming to life and breaking out of the expected mold with a refreshing new dynamic and power of their own.  This is the goddess that is hiding in all forms, but we notice it in the women first. They are breaking out. The men who have goddess awakening in them are stepping down and back to watch and help where they can. Masculine goddess energy (divine masculine) is very important as a silent partner in this coming out.

We women need to learn how to bring forth the goddess love in us because it is going to change the world from its violence and disorder. The healing begins with the women who will agree to set aside their petty jealousies, and personal vendettas, which are masculine patternings in us created by masculine rules which made us hard and resentful and angry. Forgiveness of self and others is the first quality of the goddess. First, to heal and soothe herself, and secondly her home and community. Women have more power than men when they are true to their own feminine nature, because of her ability to hold the love in her body. Men have denied the inner love and have focused their attention into physical forms. That is why men are drawn to women magnetically. We are seeing in the news how men are losing it and going crazy and doing violent things. Goddess energy is a tender, loving energy that soothes, heals and radiates kindness even without touching.

I ran across a website today that expresses the goddess energy beautifully. I didn't like the coarse sound of the article, but the author expresses the goddess energy in ways I could not. I commend him. It was only at the end that I understood it was written by a man. Thank you, Jim, whoever you are. 11/25/18 - We inherit our bodies, we inherit our families, we inherit our community and environment. They were given to us upon our arrival here as new-borns. But we did NOT inherit our minds. That is ours alone. We brought it with us. It is the eternal, immortal part of us that lives forever and bounces in and out of physicality through life after life in order to evolve and grow in wisdom and become more beautiful and loving by making better choices. 

Most of us go along with everything the way it is - the growing up, attending school, learning the history of our people, and follwing the cultural traditions like falling in love a few times and getting our hearts broken, deciding on a career, etc., etc.  We follow along and re-program ourselves as we get older with the same old patterns we inherited. What if we changed some of that? What if we looked out the windows of our soul (which is the REAL us) and say something like: "I'd like to change this!" 

That's when we begin waking up to our OWN reality. I had a conversation with my husband this morning and I simply mentioned during the conversation, "But we each have our own reality!" Meaning we see things differently. But he was visibly upset and sharply retorted, "There's only one reality!" Well, of course I knew what he meant but we see things differently, he and I. He is focused on the world outside and I am focused internally, on the world inside. I am aware of my spiritual roots. I've studied myself through inner eyes even as I lived in the world. I have created my own reality. Now I respect everyone else's reality but I like to remind people that they have another reality underneath their outer one. We inherited our outer reality, our physical body, family, town, country, world, but we brought with us our own mind. We can make up our minds whenever we want to. We can change our minds from dwelling on the outer world to dwelling on the inner world. And we can learn how to do both at the same time. We can alter our reality. It's how we link up the pieces. Life itself is a jigsaw puzzle that is endless and eternal. It will never be finished because we will never be finished creating our reality. We are creators. We can create ways to hurt people or we can create ways to help people. There is an infinite range of possibilities. We can create depression and thoughts of suicide, and we can create happiness and thoughts of joy. It is within our capability to choose what to dwell upon. What we focus upon is our reality.

Yesterday I tackled a new thing which has caused me anxiety, shakes, trembles in the past, to the point of procrastinating. It's computer technology that causes me such anxiety. I can USE technology, but don't get me into codes and things. It's too left brain. But I did it. I undertook the project that was given to me and I psyched myself up and was determined to get past the shakes, trembles and anxiety. I focused. And I succeeded. It was a major success for me. But that was yesterday and today I see how small and petty it was. It was just a "thing" that I got past. Now, today, moving on, I for the first time am blogging directly into the website. This is it. No editing. I'm proud of myself. I not only change my reality by tackling the impossible task, but I open doors for fresh new source material to come flooding through to inspire me. 

We are not "minds", we are soul intelligence and we have lived before. We call it a "mind" but it's so much more. And it is uniquely ours to use and experiment with, to create with, to add value to whatever comes along and presents itself to us. We can change it. We have the power to change it. It, meaning life. Life is us moving through situations. We can change our situations with our minds. I am creating my reality as I go along. I can be courageous and tackle the thing that presents itself, or I can procrastinate and turn aside from what is presenting itself to me. I can choose to avoid or deny by repeating the pre-programming that I inherited and grew up with, or I can choose to alter it right now, on the spot, and change it by shifting my mind to a new focus - by adding a new thought to it. It's a shift in my mind. I am creating my reality as I go along. There is no right or wrong. There is only me experimenting with life as it unfolds before me. Large or small, it doesn't matter. An insignificant little thing, like a glass accidentally falling and smashing into pieces on the tile floor, or a big world-shaking decision I must make today, it doesn't matter. I can shift focus from fear and anxiety to brightness, happiness, joy, peace and transcendence. I can choose that, or I can choose to do what I've always done, what I inherited, and follow the old fear and anxiety program. I am experimenting. I am learning how to change my reality. Yesterday I created a new time line for myself. I altered the harmonics of the universe. And I am seeing that today as I flow these thoughts onto this page without having to cram or edit it.

11/18/18 - Much of what I post here is in response to someone who wrote to me. This comes from a personal letter. Personal communications open us to draw an knowledge that we have inside us but isn't stored in the brain, like memory of where you put your glasses or the name of your next door neighbor. Without having meaningful communications with people, these inner doorways to the soul would not open. This is the reason for the all-women's goddess gatherings - because girls like to share stories and men don't appear to. Not in the easy way that girls do it. The following may shed a little more light on why we are gearing up to have goddess gatherings for women only, not including men.

What is happening across the planet is a deep underground movement of inner hearts opening up. The power is coming from the cracking open of the heart. Each individual is feeling it differently. The power of each person's soul is joined in with the heart of Mother Earth, so there is no question how powerful this movement is.  It's growing in momentum. It's very human and very humane. The power of feminine divine love is expanding. It is coming up from underneath a crust that is so thick, so dark and so lonely and dried up from the lack of love on the surface, that it's like a feeble old man who has spent his life being mean and selfish and has grown crusty and brittle. He can hardly walk any more. The old men are dying from lack of love in the heart. The power that's causing the shift is love in the heart. The outer crust is dying from the brittleness and ready to crack open. It's not a revolution, it's a healing. But chaos is happening because people are confused. They feel changes and don't know which way to go with it. Many individuals are not prepared for this powerful force that is surfacing. Storms, tornadoes, floods and fires are part of the breaking up of the crust, but human beings will survive if there is love in the heart. This is where women step forward with their loving nature. Feminine love is not logical, not premeditated, not scientific, not measureable with instruments and not provable with due diligence and court documents, but it's going to save the planet so it is wise to bite back the taunts and be quiet about it. Just listen and go with the flow.

I have been writing about it (feminine love) for years, and the more I write about it the more it opens doors to the vast underground vaults. I have access and I keep getting more to the degree that I share it. It's coming closer and closer to the surface, like a galactic, cosmic tidal wave. The men are responding as well as women, to this love, each one deep, deep inside, feeling the softening. Or resistance. Some are resisting and hardening themselves and refusing to go with the flow. But it will only cause pain. As women gather and share their stories, it will grow larger and ease the pain in the world. Women need to gather in order to enlarge the Oneness. Women need to share whatever they need to get off their chest. The men will just have to wait their turn because they aren't prepared to speak feminine language yet. Men are not ready to be quiet. They speak a loud verbal language, different from women.

I've been posting on Anakosha about my experiences with kundalini. Recently I've discovered that kundalini IS the goddess. This is a major piece of the puzzle that was missing. Fitting that piece into place (for me) enlarges the picture. Kundalini is feminine. Kundalini is the goddess. The female side of God in human form. Not separate. Kundalini or the Goddess is flowing through muscles, blood, tissues and bones of the body and it affects the genital organs in a big way. Goddess love is the infrastructure. It is larger than the surface life that has enthralled us and kept us superficial, busy and active. God in human form is the love that has been missing because the mind, mental, ego, logic, competition, selfishness, took over and held it back and locked it in and did not let it flow naturally. All-women goddess gatherings will help to unlock doors. Women share stories. Men don't share stories. A lot of sharing that needs to be done is the sexual-spiritual connection. There's an overlap. Sex and spirit belong together but women have to be given permission to speak - and space to speak - because they have been overruled by the loud male ego power structure. 

I posted a blog on Anakosha a couple days ago about a dream I had of this power. It came up from the earth as it was drawn up by the magnetic pull of the sun. Sun is positive, earth is negative. Father Sky and Mother Earth. The power came up through me and caused my body to undulate. I was sitting on top of my husband in the dream, and I was in a transcendental space. Revelations were washing through me. A power like a tsunami took hold of my muscles and I was undulating like a snake as the power rose upward. I awoke still undulating and lay there thinking about it. I published it and, since it touched on sexuality, the number of hits on the website tripled overnight. People don't respond to spiritual writing very well, but they are hungry to know how spiritual love fits into sexual love. How it overlaps. There is great hunger to know how love works in the human body and it is connected to sex. This power (kundalini) expands the outer limits of of the known world, of sex and romantic behavior. It changes it. It pushes it further and further out beyond our limited understanding. It's not something we can read about in books. It has to be felt and experienced. I was amazed to realize that Kundalini is the goddess, the divine feminine. I had a kundalini awakening 42 years ago which was very dramatic. It changed my life. Like, whoa! What is this? I've been trying to figure it what happened ever since. Now, today, I will gather the women together and draw out the kundalini in them by asking them to tell me their stories. I will not teach. I will listen because they have a piece of the vastness that I don't have.

Many women have been following in their husband's footsteps. He has been acting as the provider, protector and voice for her. He was programmed into that role and that responsibility just because that's the way it was. And he did it as best he could. Now it is time to move past the husband as the only authority, giving him some relief and the woman a chance to build her own authority, within. This is a solitary work which requires some release of attachments and issues. It does not mean separation, it means creating equality in how men and women do their life together. This leads to immense relief for the one who carries too much power, and to liberation for the one who does not have enough. It is time to stop catering to the one person who seems to hold authority over others as a ruling power. It is time to start catering to one's own power within, to wisdom, love and truth within. By withdrawing the focus of attention on someone else, and turning the focus of attention to the within, we find peaceful corrections taking place. Equalizing the power structure of the home. It is the great work that we call the spiritual path and all must undertake it sooner or later, when we get tired of chasing rainbows and wars. We come into the world alone, and we leave alone. Hopefully we leave it with more wisdom.

We hold our mates back more often than not by showering them with phony or fake attention, as if that is the role we assumed when we formed the relationship. And the mate is probably doing the same thing without realizing it. We hold each other back. We each need the solitary connection to the god/goddess within, to that which we call the soul. We need an hour or so every day to commune with that powerful presence within. It is calming. Give yourself space. Give yourself time out. Just breathe, relax and allow some inner peace. And when the hour is done, get up and leave feeling lighter, more peaceful, happier and with more energy. The power within supports us. It is mysterious. We can't put our finger on it. We have built superficial personalities, very colorful characters, and we wear it like a costume and a mask to the world. Our outer personality is unique, and precious beyond belief. It is not to be discarded but to be integrated with the god/goddess within, which is soft, quiet, gentle and wiser. What happens is, we merge our outer personality character into the immortal that exists within. We are becoming immortalized as a human being. We become more patient, more kind, more honest, more peaceful, more helpful to others. The goddess within is not a separate being. It is you, but it is still in hiding. We have simply GOT to find out how to loosen it and set it free. 

Switching subjects: my Hawaiian friend Tamsen will be here for a visit in January, so I will be scheduling a goddess gathering in Naples some time between January 7 and January 10. Weekends will be tied up, so middle of the week is the best window of opportunity. She is delighted to know a goddess gathering is being planned.  We used to enjoy goddess nights together when she lived here. I will post the date(s) as soon as it is cemented into place. Tamsen is an old, old soul with a large presence. She is a shaman (wise woman) from the Mother Land of Lemuria, the lost continent that went down thousands of years ago, leaving only mountain tops above water which today we call Hawaii.  It will be a celebration, not a workshop. A time for introductions, merry-making, sharing stories and all without an agenda except for a guided meditation to join hearts and minds.

11/9/18 -  (Newsletter sent today.) Today the goddess movement is on my mind. The term "goddess" refers to love. It is the feminine side of God. While I have been writing about goddess love for years on Anakosha, it is time to go full-fledge over to the feminine side. A new persona has been created under which I will write. It will come from "[email protected]". 

Anakosha started as a website in 1993 to invite couples to explore intimacy beyond the confines of monogamy. Private parties were held. Men were the larger audience. Over the years the activities gradually became more physically focused and the feelings of love diminished. So I began writing more and more about the love that was missing. Now I am ready to shift my writing style to a full goddess approach, which includes how divine love - free and unconditional love - fits into human life. This allows me to write without offending the men because it is being properly labeled. Experience has shown me that men are stuck on sexual love and don't, won't or can't go beyond that level of love. Perhaps with a little more insight into feminine love, they can.

It needs to be allowed. Men will enjoy the benefits. It will help men to liberate their own feelings. The sensations of feelings and emotions is the same in both genders. It doesn't matter whether a man or a woman, we have all been repressed by  patriarchal rule which outlawed love. Men in general did not do this. The elite monied male sinister power structure did, starting with the all-male religious leaders. They understood that love was their number one enemy. 

We grew up ruled by people who chose to repress love because free love would not have permitted the the patriarchal takeover. We grew up in a mental-physical world that frowned on love and other emotionally-inspired whimsical fantasies, which is what our emotional-spiritual world is made of. It is in the heavens of our beings that creativity, justice, truth, honor, decency and freedom come from. Down from higher places. We have been taught to ignore these higher feelings and not to go there. The Goddess movement, aka the womens movement, is coming forward due to natural attrition. One can't live forever without love and spirit. There comes a time when balance is restored. What is lost is being found. The feminine side of every human being is activating, not just in women. Love has been blocked in everyone.

11/1/18 - Continuing with yesterday’s blog, I would like to pick up the thread about purifying the mind. This is a practice that many people have used over the ages to cleanse their minds so they feel more clear and light-headed in their thinking. It clears the pathways for more light to come through via spiritual guidance from one's higher self or soul.

In trying to lift one’s mind into a place of clarity, one must choose what thoughts to entertain. If one wants to clean up their life and change themselves for the better, the place to begin is to cleanse the mind of riff-raff. One does not have control over what thoughts enter the mind, for we swim in an ocean of thought. I hate to say it, but we swim in a cesspool of thought, for very few people have learned how to monitor their thoughts. Thoughts float in the atmosphere all around us. We have no choice but sink or swim in them. But there are ways to swim above them. One may cleanse one's mind by becoming more astute and monitor the thoughts that are milling around inside one's head. It is possible to kick out a thought that is unwanted, and then leaving a vacuum in the mind. Or one can replace the unwanted thought with another thought, which is a healthier way of elevating oneself, for thoughts influence one's emotions, feelings and the physical health itself. 

Incidentally, as an aside, the mind covers the body like a sheathe, it is not confined to the brain. The brain is a physical unit which processes input, but the mind itself is an etheric layer of light over the body. It is one of the four lower "bodies" (out of seven) which have been polluted by wrong thinking. Of the seven bodies which cover us, the four lower bodies, meaning the most dense, are the physical body, the emotional body, the mental body, and the spiritual body, in order from low to high in refinement. The spiritual body is a higher mental body that we use when we daydream about cosmic, heavenly, angelic or other spiritual matters. Each body covers us incrementally from low to high and the three bodies above these are pure and uncontaminated. They refer to the higher self.

It is an age-old problem. But there is one practice that can be used to clean up one's life without too much effort. It is the science of sound, or the science of toning out loud. The Buddhists call it the science of mantra. It is an ancient technique used by monks to this day. I practice decreeing. A decree is more than a positive affirmation. A decree carries divine light in the statement which is repeated like a mantra. I learned about mantra from my older sister years ago, as she was trained to do by an Indian enlightened man. But I learned from a western source who taught me about the ascended masters. But it's the same thing - the science of sound clears the personal energy field called "the aura".

Eastern students were practicing mantra thousands of years ago in temples and monastaries, day in and day out. It was their life. They lived a life of prayer and it lifted them to very high states, way above the world into heaven's blissful heights. But they did not have an outer life. Here in the West we are a different culture. We lead very busy, chaotic, physically active lives. We are busily engaging with all sorts of people and facing chaotic situations every day. It is quite stressful and demanding. We just don't have time to monitor our thoughts, unless we are spiritual practitioners. Many people don't have the inclination to meditate, but there is an easy practice that could be used every day to improve the quality of their minds, which leads to a better emotional life and a better physical life. How is this done?

Whenever we speak a word, we set in motion the atoms and molecules in the air around us. Imagine all the subatomic particles whirling, buzzing, zigzagging and bouncing off walls around us even now. Even if it seems quiet, the air around you is active. If you walked into one of the sacred temples that is maintained with prayer on a daily basis, you could tell the difference. In our western world we have a noise and vibration pollution that spikes up through the roof and stays there. From TV, computers, telephones and appliances that murmur, click, beep and ring, the atmosphere is teeming with toxic sounds. Add to that human rants, raves, lectures, conversation, ball game cheering, and more.  It is often difficult to think clear in our current atmosphere, but we have adapted. We have adapted by shutting down our reception, which also numbs us to the voices of our purer higher selves.

The science of the spoken word is the practice of speaking positive affirmations in repetition for x-number of times every day. It clears one's energy field. Each word spoken carries a frequency or vibration, which causes a movement in the air. We ripple the air currents around us every time we speak. We fill our homes with our vibrations. When we speak repetitive POSITIVE words into the atmosphere, we line up the atoms and molecules in the air in a more coherent, clean pattern which is more in tune with higher dimensions. It connects us with our higher selves. Because most people do not understand - I get a lot of glassy-eyed stares - I am speaking about it now to prepare the way to the future that is coming. The future that is here now.

A doctor in Japan, Dr. Emoto, is famous today for his water experiments. He studied what effect words had on water. They weren’t words spoken out load, not at first anyway. He started with words written on paper. He taped to glass containers filled with water, the word “Hate” to one glass. To another the word “Love”. After a certain length of time he looked at the water under a microscope. He found the water molecules in the glass with the word "Love" taped to it, to be beautifully symmetrical, like a crystal snow flake. And the water in the "Hate" container was a dirty smudge-like blob. I am sure these photos can be found on the internet under "Dr. Emoto".

He also analyzed water that had been exposed to different kinds of music. Hard metal rock created smudge-like water molecules, while Mozart classical music created beautiful snowflake symmetry. This study by Dr. Emoto supports the benefits of positive affirmations. Cleaning up the atmosphere immediately around our own body will set new clean patterns in the atmosphere. Sort of like carving a path out of an overgrown jungle, we're carving a path out of the random chaos that obscures the mind. There is light awaiting us. It brings us more in touch with that light. Foggy and confused minds CAN be cleared. Try it. After awhile of practicing repetitive positive affirmations or decrees, it begins to spread out through the house we live in, and unwanted situations slowly disappear. There is a universal law of harmony that governs higher dimensions. This practice clears the debris so that higher guidance flows smoothly around us. 

It takes conscious effort to keep our personal energy field scrubbed clean. We wouldn’t put the effort into cleaning our house, and then leave the front door open for anybody to walk in and use it, would we? To start lifting a life to a higher, clearer, more inspired, more creative life, one of the best practices to begin is practicing the science of the spoken word with positive intentions, in repetition daily. Spiritual students trained in the east, call them mantras, we in the West call them affirmations. I call them "decrees" because I learned that word years ago. Just 15 minutes a day would start the process. I have had people ask me for something to help them, who were experiencing negatives in their lives. They did not know what to do. This is what I recommend.  If you can’t seem to get negative thoughts out of your head, if they are plaguing you unmercifully, and there are horror stories out there including "attacks", then look over the list of decrees that I have posted HERE (just click and select one). Memorize it and today, tonight repeat it for minimum 15 minutes out loud. Do it three times a day for dramatic results. Or four or five or all day if you're undergoing an attack. There are masters watching and they can see when an aura lights up. Then they add their own energy to help and boost it. 

Say it out loud and you'll line up the atoms and molecules in the air and send a beam of sacred light straight up above. Imagine a light above your head, like a small sun of gold and white light. It's called your "soul star chakra". It helps to imagine it as you are giving your affirmations. There are qualities embedded in each word and as you speak it out loud, it sends a vibration out into the air. If you start out in a hateful or angry or despondent mood, keep saying it and you will soon feel yourself settling down into a more peaceful state. The atoms and molecules will reposition themselves within your body, mind and feeling worlds. About 15 minutes every morning is a good start.  Practice saying it silently when others are within hearing distance. And say it as you drop off to sleep. Fall alsleep repeating it and it will set you up for a good nighttime journey in your astral body. 

The air around us is in constant motion. Atoms are coming and going all the time. Every atom is conscious and carries thoughts in the space between the whirling electrons and its central sun, which are as far apart as the earth is from its central sun, our sun. Thoughts are carried through the atmosphere in this fashion. Thoughts affect your etheric body first, which is your electromagnetic energy field. But they might be picked up first by your body. You might register a sudden chill, or a sudden elation and wonder, "Where did THAT come from?" Profund, out-of-the-ordinary thoughts and emotions cause us to be alert, but countless others bombard us day and night without our detection. We are  immune. We've become desensitized for we have adapted to the  noise pollution and toxic chemicals and radio waves. 

These moving particles in the air are in a constant state of flux, and we ourselves are setting them in motion. Wouldn't it be a wonderful idea to tone and send some beautiful crystal symmetrical molecules out into the atmosphere? It's the science of prayer. It does work. The mind will begin to shine and feel clearer, less muddied. Better choices will be made. Better guidance from the soul is received. A clean aura repels negative thoughts. It doesn't require more than practicing positive affirmations out loud as often as possible. It will begin immediately to put the random atoms and molecules in your vicinity into a more light-filled space. You feel should feel lighter right away from building a structured, intelligent, coherent pattern of beauty in the air around you. Negative thoughts and emotions are repelled by a positive aura. Done on a consistent basis, it will provide a protective shield around you.

I've been practicing this for many years and negatives don't touch me any more. I don‘t have to put special effort into protecting myself. It‘s done automatically because I‘ve done it for so long. I am here to share my story because it really does work to lift, raise consciousness levels and access higher dimensional love. Many years ago I was told by my guidance to memorize first one mantra. After I did that I was told to memorize another one. And then another, and another. One at a time they prodded me. It was exciting. I was on fire with enthusiasm and light-headed. After cultivating a mantra for each of the seven chakras, I was guided to create seven for each chakra. Seven times seven equals 49. I now have 49 mantras which I do every day. It takes me about 30 minutes. 

If you have a negative situation in your life currently, saying mantras every day is not going to change it. What it will do is clear your mind so you can receive clearer guidance from your higher self. Verbalizing positive sounds (mantra, decrees, affirmations) in repetitive fashion, carves a path of light through your etheric body which in many people is often muddied. Light can reach your brain synapses better. You'll hear instructions  from your spiritual guides with more clarity. We all have spiritual guides but due to pollution in the air, bodies, minds and emotions, many people are numb. We don't hear well. We are getting more and more advice to purify. To cleanse. To eat cleaner foods, drink cleaner water. Organize. Focus. Pay attention. There are no saviors. Mantras will not save anyone from a bad situation, but it will clear you to receive advice. We are each responsible for taking charge of maintaining our bodies, minds and feelings. We do this by shaping and molding the light within us with intention and positive affirmations. And it will spread out to those nearby, your family and community will benefit also.

Young people growing into adulthood are especially susceptible as they are sorting out their emotions and learning how to manage their lives. Interacting with school mates and strangers is challenging, emotionally. It is recommended by the masters to teach young ones as early as possible to use the science of sound to maintain their energy fields clean. Explain to them about the noxious atmosphere we live in. The science of positive words and playing beautiful music every day will be like donning an invisibility cloak to ward off negative energies and repel people who do not match their vibrations. It will help set young people on clear and positive life path by maintaining their aura with a powerful technique. It will protect them like a shield, but they have to do the work. All they have to do is sit quietly and focus for 15 minutes to start. Then they'll get clearer instruction from their own master guides.

10/31/18 - What I am about to write about today is long overdue. It is lengthy so be prepared. I have hesitated to put this information into words because it cuts sharply into the very heart of a long-held but erroneous belief. It involves the belief in sex. Not lovemaking but sex. I myself have been caught in the web of self-lies. Love is the saving grace. Love is the healing element. Without love, sex behaves in a rather warped manner. If both people enjoy it, of course it is perfectly all right. The insidious and dangerous part is when a person goes along with the sexual relationship and gets trapped in behavior that doesn’t feel right. Then it leads downward into toxic relationships. The trap is that, when we engage in sex with others, we take on or absorb the entire history of that person through etheric blending. We become “hooked” into the other person through sexual intimacy, because sex is etheric, not physical. We feel horny because we have etheric patterns, many of them habitual patterns, that flow through us. 

Last night a man came to me for a hands-on healing session out of the blue. He just knocked without warning on the front door. He has a physical condition and is not well. He remembered me from years prior and was drawn to see me. I had stopped doing massage and normally would have said No, but as soon as I saw him I ached to put my hands on him for I am filled with love energy all the time. It is time to address this matter of what we call “sex” vs. the real thing which is love. Love is healing and it is feminine. It is goddess energy. I just created a page called “goddess” on the Anakosha website to post more on the subject. Love is a healing force that has been interpreted as sexual but it is not. Now, some women may permit it to turn sexual, but that is their choice. It is appropriate for them if that is their desire. But goddess energy is not sexual and for a long, long time, I struggled with this. My attempts at healing were continually being interrupted by men turning it sexual which caused me damage, pain, suffering, confusion, while the healing was not succeeding, which is why I stopped massaging. 

Father sky and Mother Earth are terms used by Native Americans. In a nutshell, there is a flow of purity  coming down from the sun and it is returned back up from the earth to the sun. It is a continual flow and Earth and Sun blend together in a way that creates all kinds of living things on the planet, including human beings. The flow between Father Sky and Mother Earth never stops, though at night when the sun goes down it diminishes. The Earth rests then. Everyone rests during the night. And the flow increases the next day when the sun comes up. The deeper mysteries refer to this flow as love. It is light when it comes down from the sun, and it is love when it is received by earth. Earth is feminine, she receives the masculine or positive radiation from the sun. She as feminine-negative orbits around the sun, masculine-positive. He gives, she receives and gives back. It is a flow and they are balanced. Male and female create life. It is a perfect union for they are in balance and in harmony. 

In human beings the Father Sky enters through the top of the head, flows down through the spinal column, down the legs into earth. Mother Earth flows up through the bottoms of the feet, up through the legs and spine to the top and out of the head, joining with Father Sky. There’s a whole lot more to this, but this is a nutshell version. It is a continual dance of life as we breathe. Breath is an important part of keeping the flow going. Father Sky enters as unmanifest spirit and Mother Earth (our body) receives it and builds a concrete body with it. And it is constant. It never stops. It is constantly manifesting new life into us, and it depends on us to think positive thoughts. Because what we think manifests into our physicality and emotionality. We are flowing purity in, and impurity out. That is the way it is supposed to work as we evolve ourselves and create something better as we live and learn better ways.  

Sex stops this flow. The flow becomes unequal because, when we engage in sex, the flow is no longer smooth. It is disconnected from love. It is usually diverted to one side of the body or the other side. The body is unbalanced. The body feels something lacking. It feels a want. It feels needy. It feels hungry. It suffers.  Everyone thinks sex is so wonderful, but it’s an illusion. It’s fantasy. It works one in x-number of times. It works for the one having the orgasm. I’m not talking about love now or lovemaking. I’m talking about sex. There’s a difference. How many people have been damaged by sex? Virtually everyone. How many people have been damaged by love? Nobody is damaged by love but does anyone know what the difference is? Everyone carries wounds as a result of sex because sex is unbalanced and unequal. One is taking advantage over the other one, even if one wants to be taken advantage of or allows to be taken advantage of, it doesn’t really matter. Sex uses people. Sex uses people up because of the nature of the illusion. There is a hope, a desire, a fantasy, a need, a hunger, an addiction that never gets filled so the chase is on. The game is on and it never stops until one day someone wakes up. Love doesn’t do that. Love enhances, nourishes, expands, enlarges, brings harmony, peace, abundance, creativity, advancement. Love fills people up, where sex breaks people down. If continued it  causes all sorts of trouble. We need to learn more about love and lovemaking. The human race grows old and deteriorates because of imbalanced sex. The taoists have left teachings on how to enjoy sex better, and the tantric masters have also addressed the issue. In both of these teachings we are brought back to focus on self. Self analysis, self discipline and solitary exercise is the training. We pump energy back into our self. We pump self love into ourself. By stopping the habit of giving one's attention (power) away to other people, and focusing on giving attention to oneself, we build up power within. Until we can do that, individuals will continue to get trapped inside loveless relationships. They will continue to become "hooked" without even realizing it.

This is a very delicate matter to address because sex as we know it today, is deeply entrenched, deeply embedded into the human psyche. It goes so far and so deep that how we do it today is accepted as truth. That‘s just the way it is. You make your bed, you lie in it and you take the consequences. Sex is like an old wives tale. The old way of doing things is hard to change. The earth is flat. The church fathers tell you what is sin and what is not. It’s just the way it is. Accept it. Take the blows. It will never change. It’s just the way it is. But it’s wrong. 

Sex, in all the manners of which it is done, is not the root of the problem. It is the effect, the outward expression of a deeper cause of imbalance. I urge for understanding here because I’m not railing against lovemaking, which is a beautiful thing between two people or many people. There is no limit to how far love can take us. What I’m railing against is the cause for the imbalanced sex that so destroys people‘s lives. The cause is faulty belief systems. Faulty beliefs cause faulty energy pathways. Faulty energy pathways cause diseases of the mind, of the heart, of the lungs, liver, pancreas, reproductive organs. Faulty energy pathways are etheric pathways. Father sky descends down through etheric pathways to meet with Mother Earth, but if those etheric pathways are blocked by a faulty belief like, for example, “I am in control and you’ll do it my way,“ or something like that, there is a diminished flow of life force. The Taoists talk about this in printed literature. There are ways to correct these imbalances.

11/9/18 -  (Newsletter sent today.) Today the goddess movement is on my mind. The term "goddess" refers to love. It is the feminine side of God. While I have been writing about goddess love for years on Anakosha, it is time to go full-fledge over to the feminine side. A new persona has been created under which I will write. It will come from "[email protected]". 

Anakosha started as a website in 1993 to invite couples to explore intimacy beyond the confines of monogamy. Private parties were held. Men were the larger audience. Over the years the activities gradually became more physically focused and the feelings of love diminished. So I began writing more and more about the love that was missing. Now I am ready to shift my writing style to a full goddess approach, which includes how divine love - free and unconditional love - fits into human life. This allows me to write without offending the men because it is being properly labeled. We have adapted by shutting down our reception, which also numbs us to the voices of our purer higher selves.

The science of the spoken word is the practice of speaking positive affirmations in repetition for x-number of times every day. It clears one's energy field. Each word spoken carries a frequency or vibration, which causes a movement in the air. We ripple the air currents around us every time we speak. We fill our homes with our vibrations. When we speak repetitive POSITIVE words into the atmosphere, we line up the atoms and molecules in the air in a more coherent, clean pattern which is more in tune with higher dimensions. It connects us with our higher selves. Because most people do not understand - I get a lot of glassy-eyed stares - I am speaking about it now to prepare the way to the future that is coming. The future that is here now.

A doctor in Japan, Dr. Emoto, is famous today for his water experiments. He studied what effect words had on water. They weren’t words spoken out load, not at first anyway. He started with words written on paper. He taped to glass containers filled with water, the word “Hate” to one glass. To another the word “Love”. After a certain length of time he looked at the water under a microscope. He found the water molecules in the glass with the word "Love" taped to it, to be beautifully symmetrical, like a crystal snow flake. And the water in the "Hate" container was a dirty smudge-like blob. I am sure these photos can be found on the internet under "Dr. Emoto".

He also analyzed water that had been exposed to different kinds of music. Hard metal rock created smudge-like water molecules, while Mozart classical music created beautiful snowflake symmetry. This study by Dr. Emoto supports the benefits of positive affirmations. Cleaning up the atmosphere immediately around our own body will set new clean patterns in the atmosphere. Sort of like carving a path out of an overgrown jungle, we're carving a path out of the random chaos that obscures the mind. There is light awaiting us. It brings us more in touch with that light. Foggy and confused minds CAN be cleared. Try it. After awhile of practicing repetitive positive affirmations or decrees, it begins to spread out through the house we live in, and unwanted situations slowly disappear. There is a universal law of harmony that governs higher dimensions. This practice clears the debris so that higher guidance flows smoothly around us. 

It takes conscious effort to keep our personal energy field scrubbed clean. We wouldn’t put the effort into cleaning our house, and then leave the front door open for anybody to walk in and use it, would we? To start lifting a life to a higher, clearer, more inspired, more creative life, one of the best practices to begin is practicing the science of the spoken word with positive intentions, in repetition daily. Spiritual students trained in the east, call them mantras, we in the West call them affirmations. I call them "decrees" because I learned that word years ago. Just 15 minutes a day would start the process. I have had people ask me for something to help them, who were experiencing negatives in their lives. They did not know what to do. This is what I recommend.  If you can’t seem to get negative thoughts out of your head, if they are plaguing you unmercifully, and there are horror stories out there including "attacks", then look over the list of decrees that I have posted HERE (just click and select one). Memorize it and today, tonight repeat it for minimum 15 minutes out loud. Do it three times a day for dramatic results. Or four or five or all day if you're undergoing an attack. There are masters watching and they can see when an aura lights up. Then they add their own energy to help and boost it. 

Say it out loud and you'll line up the atoms and molecules in the air and send a beam of sacred light straight up above. Imagine a light above your head, like a small sun of gold and white light. It's called your "soul star chakra". It helps to imagine it as you are giving your affirmations. There are qualities embedded in each word and as you speak it out loud, it sends a vibration out into the air. If you start out in a hateful or angry or despondent mood, keep saying it and you will soon feel yourself settling down into a more peaceful state. The atoms and molecules will reposition themselves within your body, mind and feeling worlds. About 15 minutes every morning is a good start.  Practice saying it silently when others are within hearing distance. And say it as you drop off to sleep. Fall alsleep repeating it and it will set you up for a good nighttime journey in your astral body. 

The air around us is in constant motion. Atoms are coming and going all the time. Every atom is conscious and carries thoughts in the space between the whirling electrons and its central sun, which are as far apart as the earth is from its central sun, our sun. Thoughts are carried through the atmosphere in this fashion. Thoughts affect your etheric body first, which is your electromagnetic energy field. But they might be picked up first by your body. You might register a sudden chill, or a sudden elation and wonder, "Where did THAT come from?" Profund, out-of-the-ordinary thoughts and emotions cause us to be alert, but countless others bombard us day and night without our detection. We are  immune. We've become desensitized for we have adapted to the  noise pollution and toxic chemicals and radio waves. 

These moving particles in the air are in a constant state of flux, and we ourselves are setting them in motion. Wouldn't it be a wonderful idea to tone and send some beautiful crystal symmetrical molecules out into the atmosphere? It's the science of prayer. It does work. The mind will begin to shine and feel clearer, less muddied. Better choices will be made. Better guidance from the soul is received. A clean aura repels negative thoughts. It doesn't require more than practicing positive affirmations out loud as often as possible. It will begin immediately to put the random atoms and molecules in your vicinity into a more light-filled space. You feel should feel lighter right away from building a structured, intelligent, coherent pattern of beauty in the air around you. Negative thoughts and emotions are repelled by a positive aura. Done on a consistent basis, it will provide a protective shield around you.

I've been practicing this for many years and negatives don't touch me any more. I don‘t have to put special effort into protecting myself. It‘s done automatically because I‘ve done it for so long. I am here to share my story because it really does work to lift, raise consciousness levels and access higher dimensional love. Many years ago I was told by my guidance to memorize first one mantra. After I did that I was told to memorize another one. And then another, and another. One at a time they prodded me. It was exciting. I was on fire with enthusiasm and light-headed. After cultivating a mantra for each of the seven chakras, I was guided to create seven for each chakra. Seven times seven equals 49. I now have 49 mantras which I do every day. It takes me about 30 minutes. 

If you have a negative situation in your life currently, saying mantras every day is not going to change it. What it will do is clear your mind so you can receive clearer guidance from your higher self. Verbalizing positive sounds (mantra, decrees, affirmations) in repetitive fashion, carves a path of light through your etheric body which in many people is often muddied. Light can reach your brain synapses better. You'll hear instructions  from your spiritual guides with more clarity. We all have spiritual guides but due to pollution in the air, bodies, minds and emotions, many people are numb. We don't hear well. We are getting more and more advice to purify. To cleanse. To eat cleaner foods, drink cleaner water. Organize. Focus. Pay attention. There are no saviors. Mantras will not save anyone from a bad situation, but it will clear you to receive advice. We are each responsible for taking charge of maintaining our bodies, minds and feelings. We do this by shaping and molding the light within us with intention and positive affirmations. And it will spread out to those nearby, your family and community will benefit also.

Young people growing into adulthood are especially susceptible as they are sorting out their emotions and learning how to manage their lives. Interacting with school mates and strangers is challenging, emotionally. It is recommended by the masters to teach young ones as early as possible to use the science of sound to maintain their energy fields clean. Explain to them about the noxious atmosphere we live in. The science of positive words and playing beautiful music every day will be like donning an invisibility cloak to ward off negative energies and repel people who do not match their vibrations. It will help set young people on clear and positive life path by maintaining their aura with a powerful technique. It will protect them like a shield, but they have to do the work. All they have to do is sit quietly and focus for 15 minutes to start. Then they'll get clearer instruction from their own master guides.

10/31/18 - What I am about to write about today is long overdue. It is lengthy so be prepared. I have hesitated to put this information into words because it cuts sharply into the very heart of a long-held but erroneous belief. It involves the belief in sex. Not lovemaking but sex. I myself have been caught in the web of self-lies. Love is the saving grace. Love is the healing element. Without love, sex behaves in a rather warped manner. If both people enjoy it, of course it is perfectly all right. The insidious and dangerous part is when a person goes along with the sexual relationship and gets trapped in behavior that doesn’t feel right. Then it leads downward into toxic relationships. The trap is that, when we engage in sex with others, we take on or absorb the entire history of that person through etheric blending. We become “hooked” into the other person through sexual intimacy, because sex is etheric, not physical. We feel horny because we have etheric patterns, many of them habitual patterns, that flow through us. 

Last night a man came to me for a hands-on healing session out of the blue. He just knocked without warning on the front door. He has a physical condition and is not well. He remembered me from years prior and was drawn to see me. I had stopped doing massage and normally would have said No, but as soon as I saw him I ached to put my hands on him for I am filled with love energy all the time. It is time to address this matter of what we call “sex” vs. the real thing which is love. Love is healing and it is feminine. It is goddess energy. I just created a page called “goddess” on the Anakosha website to post more on the subject. Love is a healing force that has been interpreted as sexual but it is not. Now, some women may permit it to turn sexual, but that is their choice. It is appropriate for them if that is their desire. But goddess energy is not sexual and for a long, long time, I struggled with this. My attempts at healing were continually being interrupted by men turning it sexual which caused me damage, pain, suffering, confusion, while the healing was not succeeding, which is why I stopped massaging. 

Father sky and Mother Earth are terms used by Native Americans. In a nutshell, there is a flow of purity  coming down from the sun and it is returned back up from the earth to the sun. It is a continual flow and Earth and Sun blend together in a way that creates all kinds of living things on the planet, including human beings. The flow between Father Sky and Mother Earth never stops, though at night when the sun goes down it diminishes. The Earth rests then. Everyone rests during the night. And the flow increases the next day when the sun comes up. The deeper mysteries refer to this flow as love. It is light when it comes down from the sun, and it is love when it is received by earth. Earth is feminine, she receives the masculine or positive radiation from the sun. She as feminine-negative orbits around the sun, masculine-positive. He gives, she receives and gives back. It is a flow and they are balanced. Male and female create life. It is a perfect union for they are in balance and in harmony. 

In human beings the Father Sky enters through the top of the head, flows down through the spinal column, down the legs into earth. Mother Earth flows up through the bottoms of the feet, up through the legs and spine to the top and out of the head, joining with Father Sky. There’s a whole lot more to this, but this is a nutshell version. It is a continual dance of life as we breathe. Breath is an important part of keeping the flow going. Father Sky enters as unmanifest spirit and Mother Earth (our body) receives it and builds a concrete body with it. And it is constant. It never stops. It is constantly manifesting new life into us, and it depends on us to think positive thoughts. Because what we think manifests into our physicality and emotionality. We are flowing purity in, and impurity out. That is the way it is supposed to work as we evolve ourselves and create something better as we live and learn better ways.  

Sex stops this flow. The flow becomes unequal because, when we engage in sex, the flow is no longer smooth. It is disconnected from love. It is usually diverted to one side of the body or the other side. The body is unbalanced. The body feels something lacking. It feels a want. It feels needy. It feels hungry. It suffers.  Everyone thinks sex is so wonderful, but it’s an illusion. It’s fantasy. It works one in x-number of times. It works for the one having the orgasm. I’m not talking about love now or lovemaking. I’m talking about sex. There’s a difference. How many people have been damaged by sex? Virtually everyone. How many people have been damaged by love? Nobody is damaged by love but does anyone know what the difference is? Everyone carries wounds as a result of sex because sex is unbalanced and unequal. One is taking advantage over the other one, even if one wants to be taken advantage of or allows to be taken advantage of, it doesn’t really matter. Sex uses people. Sex uses people up because of the nature of the illusion. There is a hope, a desire, a fantasy, a need, a hunger, an addiction that never gets filled so the chase is on. The game is on and it never stops until one day someone wakes up. Love doesn’t do that. Love enhances, nourishes, expands, enlarges, brings harmony, peace, abundance, creativity, advancement. Love fills people up, where sex breaks people down. If continued it  causes all sorts of trouble. We need to learn more about love and lovemaking. The human race grows old and deteriorates because of imbalanced sex. The taoists have left teachings on how to enjoy sex better, and the tantric masters have also addressed the issue. In both of these teachings we are brought back to focus on self. Self analysis, self discipline and solitary exercise is the training. We pump energy back into our self. We pump self love into ourself. By stopping the habit of giving one's attention (power) away to other people, and focusing on giving attention to oneself, we build up power within. Until we can do that, individuals will continue to get trapped inside loveless relationships. They will continue to become "hooked" without even realizing it.

This is a very delicate matter to address because sex as we know it today, is deeply entrenched, deeply embedded into the human psyche. It goes so far and so deep that how we do it today is accepted as truth. That‘s just the way it is. You make your bed, you lie in it and you take the consequences. Sex is like an old wives tale. The old way of doing things is hard to change. The earth is flat. The church fathers tell you what is sin and what is not. It’s just the way it is. Accept it. Take the blows. It will never change. It’s just the way it is. But it’s wrong. 

Sex, in all the manners of which it is done, is not the root of the problem. It is the effect, the outward expression of a deeper cause of imbalance. I urge for understanding here because I’m not railing against lovemaking, which is a beautiful thing between two people or many people. There is no limit to how far love can take us. What I’m railing against is the cause for the imbalanced sex that so destroys people‘s lives. The cause is faulty belief systems. Faulty beliefs cause faulty energy pathways. Faulty energy pathways cause diseases of the mind, of the heart, of the lungs, liver, pancreas, reproductive organs. Faulty energy pathways are etheric pathways. Father sky descends down through etheric pathways to meet with Mother Earth, but if those etheric pathways are blocked by a faulty belief like, for example, “I am in control and you’ll do it my way,“ or something like that, there is a diminished flow of life force. The Taoists talk about this in printed literature. There are ways to correct these imbalances.

10/30/18 - This morning as I lie in bed awake with my female cat snuggled up close beside me, I was feeling for the light. In the morning my mind is hard to organize so I have to work to find the positive aspects. It started to click in with an A for allowing. A is for awesome. A is for accepting. B is for breathing, C is for caring, D is for - what? I forget now. E is for excellent, F is for fun, fabulous, freedom, G is for God/Goddess, H is for heart, home. I is for intelligence, J is for ..... I got up and showered and as the water splashed over me, it continued. H is for Home. Home is inside. Outside is always changing and moving. The world and relationships are outside and they never hold still. Everything outside is transient, not stable. Home is inside, it is never moving. It is stable, it can be trusted. I am still showering. The water is bringing new insight. The words are speaking in my now-clear mind.

"Home is not the house where you live or the town or city or country, or the person who lives with you. Family is not home. It is temporary. You have had many families, many homes, many cities, towns and countries. They are all transient. Home is inside. It never changes. It is always there. It is where YOU are. YOU are home. You are within yourself. Learn to trust yourself. You are forever and you never ever change. Only your perceptions change. Only your lessons change. Only your experiences change. Only your mind changes. Only your feelings and emotions change because you are in a body. You appear to grow and change and expand and sometimes contract and sometimes you lose track of who you are, but YOU - the one you identify as “me” or “I” - the one who observes through your eyes, smells through your nose, tastes through your tongue, hears through your ears, touches the skin of other people, never changes because it is the you who never moves. Never dies. Never changes. You allow yourself to descend into form and then die and be released from form, but you never change. You forget when you are in body but inbetween bodies you remember. 

"When you are in a body you participate with the world and the people and you experience changes. You forget who you are but you enjoy the experiences. You participate in the experiences. You have the down-in-the-dumps and the high-in-the-sky raptures but the real you never changes. You are the one who is experiencing it all. You are the consciousness residing within every cell. And you are today the same you that was born out of the heart of God/Goddess as a pure spirit spark, as a powerful consciousness of your own that said, 'I Am'. You remain pure and whole today, even as you dwell inside your body that is showing signs of age and deterioration but you have never changed. Only your body has changed. Do you remember just a little bit?

"You are always you, never unstable, never moving, never hurting, never in pain. You forget this because when in the body you are distracted by the outer world. The changes and movements of the people and the neighborhood and the world blaring out of TV sets and computers keep your attention outside of yourself. But you are eternally you and you have never changed. You are remembering through flashes of inner sight. It is a reminder that you are in form. The planet is changing, and the solar system is changing, and the galaxy is changing and everything in form is changing and these changes are bringing you closer to home. There is something amazing that is happening. You are living in a body and experiencing changes but you have never changed. You are living in a body that is becoming magical. You are becoming more of who you are - the never changing you - while yet living in the body. You are remembering who you are while experiencing the changing body. This has never been done before. All of you.

"Everyone is coming into remembering who they are. Home is coming closer into the body. It feels peaceful and whole and complete as you become conscious that Home is within. Continue to love yourself and be kind to yourself and continue to return your attention back into yourself. Your physical world is lightening. It is becoming more wonderful and more beautiful and more exciting. You are remembering yourself into manifestation so you do not ever get lost again."

Perhaps a good reminder of what Goddess energy means. Our bodies are composed of love. Love is what and who we are. We reside within our body cells. Our body cells are our coats of many colors and vibrations.

10/21/18 - There is a new personality shaping up on this website. It is gathering information on goddess energy. Anakosha will continue as before but it will carry more “goddess” information which is more or less a teaching. It does not mean for women only but men may be uncomfortable with this new persona at first. At least until the teachings start to unfold. There is a gathering of data on this that is a science. It is as old as the earth itself and it includes men as well as women. It’s a difficult concept for men to grasp under the current world view which is male dominant, but it is easy for women. 

In a nutshell, the point is that every human being - man and woman alike - is unique, for each has lived many full and varied lifetimes in other bodies, sometimes as a man, sometimes as a woman, sometimes other cultures and other skin colors. Each human being is non-physical at the core, underneath the heavy layers of physical material that forms the human body. You are a consciousness, not a body, and you evolve your understanding by living life after life after life in various situations. You are consciousness directly connected to God consciousness, or Creator God by whatever name you feel comfortable with.

Each human being has an inner life that he or she is connected to but does not speak of. This hidden, unspoken knowledge is the higher self. It is what we call the goddess energy because it is connected to the creator of all life. It’s in men too. Because we live in a physical body we are dominated by our physical senses. Pleasure and pain are the foremost consideration, so our outer life dominates and obscures the inner life which, when one turns attention to it, brings peace to the mind and body. If we had more guidance and instruction, or more data as my husband has said so often, perhaps we would make better choices and be happier. This is why the goddess teachings are coming forth now. They are blossoming now, if you know where to look, all over the internet, and Anakosha is joining in. 

Since women are more inclined towards spiritual practices, such as yoga, meditation, tai chi and communal type gatherings, a women’s circle will soon be forming, without the men. The reason for making it women-only is because the current world view is patriarchal and men continue to disempower women without realizing they are doing it. Women need validation and support and empowerment comes from other women, not from men. Same genders validate each other. Opposite genders tend to disagree and pull the rug out from under each other. Perhaps in time men will start their own divine masculine circle, which will be the same thing but labeled differently.  

In higher realms - and we all descend from higher realms - male and female are not separated in the same way that we separate genders here. There are male beings and female beings on the higher planes, but each male being knows himself as whole, complete and unique and not dependent upon his soul mate to give him what he does not have. And each female knows herself as whole, complete and unique and is not dependent upon her soul mate to give her what she does not have. Goddess teachings assist in bringing the inner male and the inner female into fully functioning twin aspects in the same body - instead of being predominantly female or predominantly male and then needing the opposite gender to give you what you are hungry for (lacking in).

It’s kind of hard to understand, but that’s where we are heading as a whole race - to integrate the divine feminine and divine masculine. The human race has been distorted and lost and confused because of this imbalance. Once we learn what it's all about we will be much happier. We have been living incomplete and unfulfilled, with feelings of hopelessness and despondency, like "will it ever get better?" because our inner life force has been divided. There's a long story behind that, which will come out in the goddess teachings. So be prepared. There is much to learn - or remember, for once we knew these things.  

The goddess energy started coming onto the internet maybe ten years ago. Perhaps longer. It is saying to patriarchy in a loving way, “Get off your horse and stand on the meadows. Feel the warm vibrations and the wind in your face. Smell the roses. There is a fresh new wind coming down off the mountains that you have forgotten. The sweet fragrance comes from within you, from within your own heart and soul. There is a gentle soothing sound coming along with it. Can you sense it? Goddess energy is a quiet feeling which puts you at peace. It connects you to yourself. It fulfills you. If you can maintain it on a daily basis, your outer human life is happier and more content. The loneliness goes away. The stress melts and the hunger dissipates. This is what balance feels like between your inner male and inner female. It pertains to women and men alike.

9/28/18 - I have noticed a growing awareness of men and their inability to understand what’s happening in politics and the sexual abuse scandals all over the news. I’m not political but I watched a little bit of the hearings Friday of Dr. Ford in the hearing of Judge Kavanaugh. It‘s the talk of the nation along with other scandals. Watching it, I was made aware of the confusion expressed by men. While I am happy this is coming forward for review, I felt sad for the men because they truly don’t understand. Not all men, of course, for there are degrees of male superiority. Some have a more active feminine side where others appear to be 100% hard-wired into male energy which is kind of cold. But when in a man’s body, one sees through male eyes. Even  sensitive men are not totally understanding what's happening. So I’d like to address the men today.

Those who live in a female body have a different feeling and perspective than men do. It comes from her genetics. A female body has genetic layering from her mother who has genes from HER mother, who has genes from HER mother, and on down the line of many mothers gifting their feminine memories and tendencies to their daughters. And since women have been abused for many centuries, the trauma that lives within the genes is passed down the ancestral lines to the one living today. A woman does not know what tendencies she is expressing or feeling. The shame, guilt, fear, doubt, disempowerment will continue to live within the genes until they are cleared, which takes special healing modalities. Women have the knowledge of how to heal trauma but they have not been allowed use them until now. New healing modalities are coming on line now, today, for the first time in eons because they were forbidden in the past dark ages. But many women are not even aware of what is stored inside their cells and tissues. I didn't know but I have learned about myself. The fear, the doubt, the cowering mentality, the shame, the need to obey men - these are all built into women’s bodies as a result of life after life after life living a woman suffering abuse by men.

There IS a divine masculine of course, but it has been harshly covered up, shut down, repressed, and hardly ever addressed because it brings up hooting laughter and derision in the typical male psyche because it reeks of feminine influence. But the divine masculine is not feminine, it is spiritual. It is the soft inner side, the vulnerable underbelly of a man that is connected to love, tenderness, compassion, feelings, justice, truth, mercy, forgiveness, which he has been imprinted to repress and not acknowledge. The mere touching into this soft underbelly brings a rush of feelings to a man which, again, he is programmed to ignore. But the more he does so, the more caring he becomes and the more sensitive to life around him. When he is in touch with that, he is more of a man than the one we see on TV.  He is more sure of himself, more masculine in that he is more of a master of his actions, and more able to move mountains without muscle power, and more able to create miracles through intention instead of having others labor for him. Place this image over on top of the testosterone bully of today who is arrogant, defiant, shows off his muscles, and beats up on smaller weaker ones. Or as compared to the one born into white moneyed privilege who struts his stuff with airs and expects everyone to bow down to him.

These are extreme pictures but they are the ruling families who have been running the world for centuries. The feminine side of such individuals have been shut down and made inactive through sophisticated techniques of male role-modeling of privilege and power. Yes, I feel sad that men will have to face this, for it is a huge challenge. The hardest work is ahead of them because they are not bad men or evil, but they were born into a male body and educated to know their place as dominant over the female. It’s genetic. It's the matrix. Just as mothers pass on trauma and self doubt to their daughters, so do fathers pass on male dominance and all the mean, nasty behaviors that go with it, to their sons.  It is a difficult situation to bring about change to this power structure but it is happening.

This is the crux of what is being brought forward in these days of female sex abuse scandals and priest sex abuse scandals. Women and priests. They are dovetailing together. The male dominant role is crumbling. I feel bad for the men who have done everything in their power to help, and don’t deserve it, and they still don’t understand or know how to cope with it. Where to place it. What side to take. The world is changing before their eyes and I see confusion in their demeanor. Vets home from the war have been damaged and are unable to put their lives back together. They do their best, and now it’s crumbling again. Men trying to live up to a broken system but don’t know how. During the hearing Friday I saw the men on the front line listen to Dr. Ford tell her story, and I saw the men mumbling, struggling to find the words they wanted to use, used to use on similar occasions, but I saw them failing in their attempt to speak. I really do feel bad about it because they are the ones who have a difficult change to make. I've been writing about women’s needs for love and how women don't get what they need from men. But now I think it is not the women who need special attention, but the men.
There is immense kindness, forgiveness and compassion in women. It is natural but men have abused it. It is the men who need to understand what they have done, how they have done it, what precise actions have hurt the women. For men have lived many lives in the past too, and have done the same things over and over to women. So the redemption process is starting with themselves. Not for the sake of the women they should do this, but for the sake of themselves. It is a calling for the men to step up to the plate and express their deep sorrow at hurting women through minor, silly little acts that put women down and in their place. It is something to consider. Then the mending will begin for them and for the world.

Men have been raised to protect the weak and defenseless and bring home the bread, keep food on the table, earn a living, provide a house, car, clothing, education, health insurance, and in return they demand respect, appreciation which borders on worship for all that they have done for them. The over-burdened male is full of stress from working, and not being appreciated so violence increases. They don't know why they are being attacked. They defend themselves. The divine feminine and the divine masculine is a movement back to the divinity that comes through the heart. It is time to give up and give in, surrender to feelings within the heart. It is time to be relieved from having to put up the good fight. Women are coming in to take over. They bring a strong will and skill to mend the broken world with their caring. The same caring that has been put down as silly and emotional. But they are here to heal and lift and raise the quality of life for all concerned. It’s not the man's job any more. Let the women do their thing. Let the feminine heart within men do its thing. This is confusing to the old male order, no doubt. I understand. But let the feminine lead. They will not lead in the way men have been leading. It’s not competition, aggression, power over others. It’s respecting everyone and working hand in hand and in equality and being in the love of the work that they do. There is no build-up of stress when that happens. Kindness is the guiding force. These are goddess values. Women are just beginning to feel the power they contain.

The feminine in men is expressed not in words as it has been in the male power structure, but is expressed in assistance, in silently helping. It is divine in nature. The divine feminine is a calmness and a respect for everyone. Even when you don't like someone you respect their space. Goddess teachings contain a teaching for every situation you can think of, that ends in harmony and good will. Women don‘t understand yet. It is only starting to awaken in them and it is a struggle because they still come under the old male ways. The male structure is still in control. At least as of Friday. But it’s crumbling. The hearings of Judge Kavanaugh and sexual abuse charges against him when he was just 16 years might be considered ridiculous by some, but it’s necessary theater to play out on the world stage. Everyone is watching. All eyes are focused on the fact that women have been abused over the years, and fiercely so, and they‘re calling for an answer. A response. It's out in the open. If it were kept secret it couldn't be discussed the way it is being discussed. So, here it is. What do you say? Not all women have been sexually abused, but all women have been abused by the male powers that govern - and so have men been abused in different ways. Men have been used as tools of big guns to damage and destroy others. Men have been manipulated to play the bad guy. But the real bad guys holding the big guns are  invisible men and women who remain unseen and unknown, although whistleblowers are speaking out about them more and more, and light is being shed into really dark corners that we have not seen before.

So, with fondness for the growing women’s movement, I’m writing out of concern for the men who feel they are being attacked. Just be patient. It’s the system coming under attack, not you personally, and the system goes way back and is layered. As a man, it is important for you to turn inward and touch your own spiritual divine heart which reveals truth and honesty. The goddess movement, aka the women’s movement, is bringing attention to heart-centered values such as the real truth versus the false truth. You as a man are as highly esteemed and valued as any woman. As you touch in to this value you will know what to do. The spiritual values that have in former ages been dismissed as feminine and weak, will bring a sense of justice and equality to the world and abundance for everyone. Poverty is an issue that WILL be corrected. Spiritual values have been missing from the culture ever since the priest-rulers decreed it, and created all-male policies that forced the heart to close down. By removing love and kindness and instilling fear, shame and guilt, these supposed "spiritual men" formed a well-designed religion to set themselves up as God’s only way to heaven, requiring kissing of the ring from a kneeling position. Vulnerable and innocent people followed easily. It was a genius plan that worked. Not everyone who is religious today is at fault, but the rules need to be changed. From heartless to heart full and open and flowing. If they are not loving rules guiding us, they will melt away and disappear.  

Sex is not a sin but it has become a distortion. Learn what future sex is all about by listening to the wise women who are coming of age and emerging into the limelight with their teachings. They lead with love. Women who embody love will show that sex is a salvation, not a sin, but that it must be balanced with the heart. If it is not balanced by the divine qualities of the heart, then sex is abusive. Surrender to love and continue to enjoy the pleasures and beauty of lovemaking. Love is never demanding. Love sets everyone free. Love is not a need. It is a blessing. It does not salivate with an urge so powerful that it overwhelms and abuses the unsuspecting victim.

Women are the leaders in this field. Not all women so beware! The woman who responds with kindness and truth will show you your own feminine side and help you become free to enjoy the pleasures of feeling and emotion. Begin dissolving what those creaky old men left behind in their progeny. Male insensitivity, superiority and arrogance which has caused so much damage to the world. Reconnect with the high morals of your heart and listen to your higher self. In a quiet way, not in a loud way. In silent communication with your better angels. Your heart will feel naturally peaceful and calming. It relieves you of the stress and strain of responsibility that patriarchal ruler-priests laid on you, as a man, to do all the hard work on the planet. They said you have to do this in order to be successful, but they lied. It’s not true. They led you in the opposite direction and hard-wired that direction into you.

When you are heart-based you know that you are already loved, valued and appreciated just for being here as a physical presence. Your heart knows the truth. With your mind open and connected to your heart, you radiate love in a way that women can’t resist. They want to be held by you because every cell in your body is a tiny little oven sending out heat, not the kind that is measured by the thermometer. A heart-centered man with an open mind connected to his heart, is a powerful male presence - and you don’t have to show off your muscles.

In closing, think of a circle with a center point. The center is a hole and through the hole life is flowing out into the circle, spreading out to the edge of the circle. It is flowing continuously, day and night, 24/7 without stopping. Life is flowing out into the world through an opening in the heart and it flows out to the periphery of your circle of influence and you try to hold onto it. In so doing you hold it back and it builds up a shell around the outside of your circle, at the edge.  This shell grows very thick in some cases. Here you are at the edge of your circle, holding life back because you don’t trust it. You don't understand. You use defensive measures to to hold life back that is coming from outside your circle, and you hold life back that is coming from inside your circle. You stand on the edge of life. You make rules to define it. You create language to argue it. You use the genius of your mind to construct boundaries. You live on the edge that you have built, while life is flowing through your heart and spreading out and trying to flow free and you won't let it. You won't let it because you were trained to defend and be afraid. Relax and allow life to flow. The women will show you how. Let them. Give them their freedom. They will show you an even greater power and a greater gift and a greater love by going with the flow.
